Naime, do nas su došle informacije pojedinih korisnika derutnih potleušica da je usmenim putem iz Banovine došla obavijest da bi se iz poslovnih prostora trebali iseliti 30. travnja.

Tolerirat će se, rečeno im je, vrijeme od 15-ak dana i nakon tog datuma, kako bi svi uspjeli iseliti svoje stvari i inventar.

Provjeru informacije da je pred korisnicima prostora u barakama skoro iseljenje, potražili smo u Gradu Splitu, točnije kod zamjenice gradonačelnika Aide Batarelo.

– Prema protokolu koji je potpisan između Grada Splita i Željka Bilića još 10. srpnja prošle godine, barake su trebale biti predane Gradu najkasnije do 31. prosinca 2014. Dakle, već su odavno trebale biti iseljene i nakon toga datuma nema nikakvih drugih rokova.

Nakon potpisivanja spomenutog protokola, počeo je pritisak na Grad od strane gospodina Bilića, a nedugo zatim počeli su i požari. Javnost je više puta bila upoznata s činjenicom da idu i skore izmjene GUP-a, ali Gradu u ovom trenutku nije prioritet da se obavljaju bilo kakve takve izmjene na tom području – kazala nam je zamjenica Batarelo.

Pozvala je tako i ovim putem korisnike baraka koji se nalaze na zemljištu u gradskom vlasništvu da isprazne svoje prostore i ključeve predaju Gradu.

– Grad je zatražio očitovanje MUP-a po pitanju poduzetih mjera protupožarne zaštite, jer je to očito najveći problem koji muči barake u posljednje vrijeme, a isto je zatražila i građevinska inspekcija kojoj je predana sva dokumentacija. Nakon izvještaja MUP-a, Grad će odrediti pravni način kako ukloniti barake – najavila je dogradonačelnica Batarelo.

Kazala nam je također kako sa Željkom Bilićem (odgovornoj osobi u tvrtki “Snaga vjetra”, koja trenutno gospodari barakama i daje ih u zakup korisnicima, nap.a.) nikad nije razgovarala, niti namjerava, s obzirom da on više nije odgovorna osoba u tvrtki PIS d.d. koja je u stečaju, a s kojom je Grad Split sklopio nagodbu još davne 1996. godine.

Tom je nagodbom, podsjetimo, utvrđen rok predaje baraka do 1. travnja 2001. godine, dakle prije 15 godina. Odgovorna osoba PIS-a d.d. u stečaju je stečajni upravitelj Josip Hrga, a on, navodi naša sugovornica, nikad nije zatražio prijem u gradskoj upravi.

Protokol dobre volje

Potpisani protokol bio je samo znak dobre volje između dviju strana i nema, kako su nam pojasnili pravni stručnjaci, pravnu snagu s kojom je Grad, u slučaju njegova nepoštovanja, mogao preuzeti stvar u svoje ruke i 1. siječnja 2015. godine sravniti barake sa zemljom. No to će najvjerojatnije i moći učiniti uskoro, kada dođe izvještaj iz MUP-a o protupožarnoj zaštiti i nakon što građevinska inspekcija odradi svoje.

Naime, do nas su došle informacije pojedinih korisnika derutnih potleušica da je usmenim putem iz Banovine došla obavijest da bi se iz poslovnih prostora trebali iseliti 30. travnja.

Tolerirat će se, rečeno im je, vrijeme od 15-ak dana i nakon tog datuma, kako bi svi uspjeli iseliti svoje stvari i inventar.

Provjeru informacije da je pred korisnicima prostora u barakama skoro iseljenje, potražili smo u Gradu Splitu, točnije kod zamjenice gradonačelnika Aide Batarelo.

– Prema protokolu koji je potpisan između Grada Splita i Željka Bilića još 10. srpnja prošle godine, barake su trebale biti predane Gradu najkasnije do 31. prosinca 2014. Dakle, već su odavno trebale biti iseljene i nakon toga datuma nema nikakvih drugih rokova.

Nakon potpisivanja spomenutog protokola, počeo je pritisak na Grad od strane gospodina Bilića, a nedugo zatim počeli su i požari. Javnost je više puta bila upoznata s činjenicom da idu i skore izmjene GUP-a, ali Gradu u ovom trenutku nije prioritet da se obavljaju bilo kakve takve izmjene na tom području – kazala nam je zamjenica Batarelo.

Pozvala je tako i ovim putem korisnike baraka koji se nalaze na zemljištu u gradskom vlasništvu da isprazne svoje prostore i ključeve predaju Gradu.

– Grad je zatražio očitovanje MUP-a po pitanju poduzetih mjera protupožarne zaštite, jer je to očito najveći problem koji muči barake u posljednje vrijeme, a isto je zatražila i građevinska inspekcija kojoj je predana sva dokumentacija. Nakon izvještaja MUP-a, Grad će odrediti pravni način kako ukloniti barake – najavila je dogradonačelnica Batarelo.

Kazala nam je također kako sa Željkom Bilićem (odgovornoj osobi u tvrtki “Snaga vjetra”, koja trenutno gospodari barakama i daje ih u zakup korisnicima, nap.a.) nikad nije razgovarala, niti namjerava, s obzirom da on više nije odgovorna osoba u tvrtki PIS d.d. koja je u stečaju, a s kojom je Grad Split sklopio nagodbu još davne 1996. godine.

Tom je nagodbom, podsjetimo, utvrđen rok predaje baraka do 1. travnja 2001. godine, dakle prije 15 godina. Odgovorna osoba PIS-a d.d. u stečaju je stečajni upravitelj Josip Hrga, a on, navodi naša sugovornica, nikad nije zatražio prijem u gradskoj upravi.

Protokol dobre volje

Potpisani protokol bio je samo znak dobre volje između dviju strana i nema, kako su nam pojasnili pravni stručnjaci, pravnu snagu s kojom je Grad, u slučaju njegova nepoštovanja, mogao preuzeti stvar u svoje ruke i 1. siječnja 2015. godine sravniti barake sa zemljom. No to će najvjerojatnije i moći učiniti uskoro, kada dođe izvještaj iz MUP-a o protupožarnoj zaštiti i nakon što građevinska inspekcija odradi svoje.
