Kolač od jabuka pravi je klasik, nikad ne razočara i svi ga vole. Biskvit, jabuke i cimet dobitna su kombinacija za svaku priliku. 

S vremenom je ova jednostavna kombinacija dobila razne varijacije na temu, pronašli su se dodatci uz koje kolač ispadne još ukusniji. Tako smo i mi pronašli jedan recept koji uz osnovnu kombinaciju uključuje i umak od karamele i Streusel preljev, vjerujte nam nema slađeg deserta. 

Kolač od jabuka i karamele

Sastojci: 

75 g maslaca
3 jabuke Granny Smith
150 g šećera
2 jaja 
150 g glatkog brašna
praška za pecivo
prstohvat soli
150 ml mlijeka
2 žličice ekstrakta vanilije

Streusel preljev:

150 g glatkog brašna
100 g nasjeckanih oraha 
50 g maslaca
50 g smeđeg šećera
25 g granuliranog šećera
2 žličice mljevenog cimeta
prstohvat soli 

Umak od karamele:

100 g smeđeg šećera
50 g  maslaca
60 ml vrhnja za šlag
50 g meda

Priprema: 

Rastopite maslac u tavi na srednje jakoj vatri, dodajte jabuke i pirjajte 5 minuta ili dok ne omekšaju. Maknite ih s vatre i potpuno ohladite, otprilike oko 30 minuta.

U međuvremenu pripremite Streusel preljev i umak od karamele. Za preljev pomiješajte brašno, orahe, rastopljeni maslac, smeđi šećer, granulirani šećer, cimet i sol dok se ne sjedine. Pustite da odstoji 30 minuta ili dok se dovoljno ne stegne da se raspadne u male komadiće.

Za umak zakuhajte smeđi šećer, maslac, vrhnje za šlag i med u srednje velikoj posudi na srednje jakoj vatri. Kuhajte uz stalno miješanje 2 minute. Maknite s vatre i ohladite 15 minuta prije posluživanja. Umak možete čuvati u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi u hladnjaku do jednog tjedna. Za ponovno zagrijavanje, miješajte na laganoj vatri dok ne postane glatko.

Sad se vratite na glavni dio, preostali maslac izmiksajte srednjom brzinom električnom miješalicom dok ne postane kremast. Postupno dodajte šećer, dobro miksajući. Dodajte jaja, jedno po jedno, miksajući dok se ne sjedine nakon svakog dodavanja.

Umiješajte brašno, prašak za pecivo i sol te dodajte smjesu brašna u smjesu maslaca s mlijekom. Miksajte pri maloj brzini dok se ne sjedini te dodajte ekstrakt vanilije. Tijesto izlijte u podmazan i pobrašnjen kalup, prekrijte vrh tijesta jabukama. Prelijte s 50 ml karamel umaka i pospite Streusel preljevom.

Pecite na 175 stupnjeva 45 minuta. Potom prekrijte kolač aluminijskom folijom i pecite još 25 do 30 minuta. Potpuno ohlađen kolač prelijte preostalim karamel umakom.

Kolač od jabuka pravi je klasik, nikad ne razočara i svi ga vole. Biskvit, jabuke i cimet dobitna su kombinacija za svaku priliku. 

S vremenom je ova jednostavna kombinacija dobila razne varijacije na temu, pronašli su se dodatci uz koje kolač ispadne još ukusniji. Tako smo i mi pronašli jedan recept koji uz osnovnu kombinaciju uključuje i umak od karamele i Streusel preljev, vjerujte nam nema slađeg deserta. 

Kolač od jabuka i karamele

Sastojci: 

75 g maslaca
3 jabuke Granny Smith
150 g šećera
2 jaja 
150 g glatkog brašna
praška za pecivo
prstohvat soli
150 ml mlijeka
2 žličice ekstrakta vanilije

Streusel preljev:

150 g glatkog brašna
100 g nasjeckanih oraha 
50 g maslaca
50 g smeđeg šećera
25 g granuliranog šećera
2 žličice mljevenog cimeta
prstohvat soli 

Umak od karamele:

100 g smeđeg šećera
50 g  maslaca
60 ml vrhnja za šlag
50 g meda

Priprema: 

Rastopite maslac u tavi na srednje jakoj vatri, dodajte jabuke i pirjajte 5 minuta ili dok ne omekšaju. Maknite ih s vatre i potpuno ohladite, otprilike oko 30 minuta.

U međuvremenu pripremite Streusel preljev i umak od karamele. Za preljev pomiješajte brašno, orahe, rastopljeni maslac, smeđi šećer, granulirani šećer, cimet i sol dok se ne sjedine. Pustite da odstoji 30 minuta ili dok se dovoljno ne stegne da se raspadne u male komadiće.

Za umak zakuhajte smeđi šećer, maslac, vrhnje za šlag i med u srednje velikoj posudi na srednje jakoj vatri. Kuhajte uz stalno miješanje 2 minute. Maknite s vatre i ohladite 15 minuta prije posluživanja. Umak možete čuvati u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi u hladnjaku do jednog tjedna. Za ponovno zagrijavanje, miješajte na laganoj vatri dok ne postane glatko.

Sad se vratite na glavni dio, preostali maslac izmiksajte srednjom brzinom električnom miješalicom dok ne postane kremast. Postupno dodajte šećer, dobro miksajući. Dodajte jaja, jedno po jedno, miksajući dok se ne sjedine nakon svakog dodavanja.

Umiješajte brašno, prašak za pecivo i sol te dodajte smjesu brašna u smjesu maslaca s mlijekom. Miksajte pri maloj brzini dok se ne sjedini te dodajte ekstrakt vanilije. Tijesto izlijte u podmazan i pobrašnjen kalup, prekrijte vrh tijesta jabukama. Prelijte s 50 ml karamel umaka i pospite Streusel preljevom.

Pecite na 175 stupnjeva 45 minuta. Potom prekrijte kolač aluminijskom folijom i pecite još 25 do 30 minuta. Potpuno ohlađen kolač prelijte preostalim karamel umakom.

Recept uz koji će klasični kolač od jabuka dobiti potpuno novu dimenziju. Tajna je u umaku i jednom posebnom preljevu

Kolač od jabuka pravi je klasik, nikad ne razočara i svi ga vole. Biskvit, jabuke i cimet dobitna su kombinacija za svaku priliku. 

S vremenom je ova jednostavna kombinacija dobila razne varijacije na temu, pronašli su se dodatci uz koje kolač ispadne još ukusniji. Tako smo i mi pronašli jedan recept koji uz osnovnu kombinaciju uključuje i umak od karamele i Streusel preljev, vjerujte nam nema slađeg deserta. 

Kolač od jabuka i karamele

Sastojci: 

75 g maslaca
3 jabuke Granny Smith
150 g šećera
2 jaja 
150 g glatkog brašna
praška za pecivo
prstohvat soli
150 ml mlijeka
2 žličice ekstrakta vanilije

Streusel preljev:

150 g glatkog brašna
100 g nasjeckanih oraha 
50 g maslaca
50 g smeđeg šećera
25 g granuliranog šećera
2 žličice mljevenog cimeta
prstohvat soli 

Umak od karamele:

100 g smeđeg šećera
50 g  maslaca
60 ml vrhnja za šlag
50 g meda

Priprema: 

Rastopite maslac u tavi na srednje jakoj vatri, dodajte jabuke i pirjajte 5 minuta ili dok ne omekšaju. Maknite ih s vatre i potpuno ohladite, otprilike oko 30 minuta.

U međuvremenu pripremite Streusel preljev i umak od karamele. Za preljev pomiješajte brašno, orahe, rastopljeni maslac, smeđi šećer, granulirani šećer, cimet i sol dok se ne sjedine. Pustite da odstoji 30 minuta ili dok se dovoljno ne stegne da se raspadne u male komadiće.

Za umak zakuhajte smeđi šećer, maslac, vrhnje za šlag i med u srednje velikoj posudi na srednje jakoj vatri. Kuhajte uz stalno miješanje 2 minute. Maknite s vatre i ohladite 15 minuta prije posluživanja. Umak možete čuvati u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi u hladnjaku do jednog tjedna. Za ponovno zagrijavanje, miješajte na laganoj vatri dok ne postane glatko.

Sad se vratite na glavni dio, preostali maslac izmiksajte srednjom brzinom električnom miješalicom dok ne postane kremast. Postupno dodajte šećer, dobro miksajući. Dodajte jaja, jedno po jedno, miksajući dok se ne sjedine nakon svakog dodavanja.

Umiješajte brašno, prašak za pecivo i sol te dodajte smjesu brašna u smjesu maslaca s mlijekom. Miksajte pri maloj brzini dok se ne sjedini te dodajte ekstrakt vanilije. Tijesto izlijte u podmazan i pobrašnjen kalup, prekrijte vrh tijesta jabukama. Prelijte s 50 ml karamel umaka i pospite Streusel preljevom.

Pecite na 175 stupnjeva 45 minuta. Potom prekrijte kolač aluminijskom folijom i pecite još 25 do 30 minuta. Potpuno ohlađen kolač prelijte preostalim karamel umakom.
