"Song of Innocence" u prvom tjednu prodaje u Americi prodan je u samo 28 tisuća primjeraka, što je bilo dovoljno za tek deveto mjesto na Bilboardovoj tjednoj ljestvici najprodavanijih albuma.

Ispričao se

Na prvom je mjestu album country grupe Florida Georgia Line "Anything Goes" koji je prodan u 197 tisuća primjeraka.

Pjevač U2 Bono prošli se tjedan ispričao svim onim korisnicima iTunesa koji su prigovarali što su automatski dobili "Song of Innocence" iako ga nisu ni tražili niti htjeli.

Rekao je da je ideja da se album pokloni stotinama tisuća korisnika i Tunesa odraz "zrnca megalomanije, daška velikodušnosti, ponešto samopromocije i dubokog straha da se te pjesme u koje smo unijeli proteklih nekoliko godina života neće čuti."

Ispričao se

Na prvom je mjestu album country grupe Florida Georgia Line "Anything Goes" koji je prodan u 197 tisuća primjeraka.

Pjevač U2 Bono prošli se tjedan ispričao svim onim korisnicima iTunesa koji su prigovarali što su automatski dobili "Song of Innocence" iako ga nisu ni tražili niti htjeli.

Rekao je da je ideja da se album pokloni stotinama tisuća korisnika i Tunesa odraz "zrnca megalomanije, daška velikodušnosti, ponešto samopromocije i dubokog straha da se te pjesme u koje smo unijeli proteklih nekoliko godina života neće čuti."
