Neki od najčešćih karcinoma nemaju jasne simptome u svojim ranim fazama. Uočavanje simptoma vrlo je važno, osobito ako su povezani s prepoznavanjem raka. Rano otkrivanje raka znači lakše liječenje.
Rak dojke
Prvi simptom raka dojke koji većina ljudi primijeti je kvržica na dojci. Ali prema Klinici Mayo, mnoge žene kojima je dijagnosticiran rak dojke nikada nemaju nikakve simptome i njihov se rak otkrije na testu probira, kao što je mamografija, piše Express.
Ako se simptomi pojave, Cancer Research UK kaže da treba pripaziti na:
- novu kvržicu ili zadebljanje na dojci ili pazuhu
- promjenu u veličini, obliku ili opipu dojki
- kožne promjene na dojkama poput naboranosti, udubljenja, osipa ili crvenila kože
- curenje tekućine iz bradavice kod žene koja nije trudna ili ne doji
- promjene u položaju bradavice
Većina kvržica na dojci nije rak, ali uvijek je važno da kvržicu na dojci pregleda vaš liječnik.
Rak jajnika
Simptomi raka jajnika su nejasni. Na primjer, jedan od simptoma raka jajnika je osjećaj nadutosti, koji mnogi ljudi osjećaju nakon što pojedu obrok.
No NHS kaže da ako se sljedeći simptomi javljaju često, otprilike 12 ili više puta mjesečno, to bi mogao biti znak raka jajnika:
- otečen trbuh ili osjećaj nadutosti
- bol ili osjetljivost u trbuhu ili području između kukova (zdjelice)
- gubitak apetita ili osjećaj sitosti brzo nakon jela
- hitna potreba za mokrenjem ili češća potreba za mokrenjem
Rak crijeva
Rak crijeva često se naziva tihim ubojicom jer rane faze često nemaju simptome. Ljudi također mogu odbaciti simptome zbog manje ozbiljnih zdravstvenih problema.

- vaginalno krvarenje koje je za vas neuobičajeno

- bol u donjem dijelu leđa, između kostiju kuka (zdjelice) ili u donjem dijelu trbuha
Fibroidi i endometrioza također mogu uzrokovati ove simptome, ali važno je da odete na pregled kod svog liječnika.
Rak gušterače
Rak gušterače često ne uzrokuje simptome u ranim fazama. Ali kako rak raste, može početi izazivati simptome.
“Simptomi možda nisu specifični za rak gušterače i mogu se pojaviti i nestati u početku. To može otežati dijagnosticiranje raka gušterače,” kaže Pancreatic Cancer UK.
Navode uobičajene simptome koje treba uočiti:
- probavne smetnje
- bol u trbuhu ili leđima
- gubitak težine
- žutica
Rak pluća
Rak pluća jedna je od najčešćih i najozbiljnijih vrsta raka, ali obično nema znakova ili simptoma u ranim fazama.
NHS kaže da mnogi ljudi s ovim stanjem na kraju razviju simptome uključujući:
uporan kašalj
- iskašljavanje krvi
- nedostatak daha
- neobjašnjiv umor i gubitak težine
- bol prilikom disanja ili kašljanja

Neki od najčešćih karcinoma nemaju jasne simptome u svojim ranim fazama. Uočavanje simptoma vrlo je važno, osobito ako su povezani s prepoznavanjem raka. Rano otkrivanje raka znači lakše liječenje.
Rak dojke
Prvi simptom raka dojke koji većina ljudi primijeti je kvržica na dojci. Ali prema Klinici Mayo, mnoge žene kojima je dijagnosticiran rak dojke nikada nemaju nikakve simptome i njihov se rak otkrije na testu probira, kao što je mamografija, piše Express.
Ako se simptomi pojave, Cancer Research UK kaže da treba pripaziti na:
- novu kvržicu ili zadebljanje na dojci ili pazuhu
- promjenu u veličini, obliku ili opipu dojki
- kožne promjene na dojkama poput naboranosti, udubljenja, osipa ili crvenila kože
- curenje tekućine iz bradavice kod žene koja nije trudna ili ne doji
- promjene u položaju bradavice
Većina kvržica na dojci nije rak, ali uvijek je važno da kvržicu na dojci pregleda vaš liječnik.
Rak jajnika
Simptomi raka jajnika su nejasni. Na primjer, jedan od simptoma raka jajnika je osjećaj nadutosti, koji mnogi ljudi osjećaju nakon što pojedu obrok.
No NHS kaže da ako se sljedeći simptomi javljaju često, otprilike 12 ili više puta mjesečno, to bi mogao biti znak raka jajnika:
- otečen trbuh ili osjećaj nadutosti
- bol ili osjetljivost u trbuhu ili području između kukova (zdjelice)
- gubitak apetita ili osjećaj sitosti brzo nakon jela
- hitna potreba za mokrenjem ili češća potreba za mokrenjem
Rak crijeva
Rak crijeva često se naziva tihim ubojicom jer rane faze često nemaju simptome. Ljudi također mogu odbaciti simptome zbog manje ozbiljnih zdravstvenih problema.
Bowel Cancer UK navodi simptome zbog kojih trebate posjetiti svog liječnika:
- krvarenje iz stražnjice i/ili krv u izmetu
- promjena u navici pražnjenja crijeva
- neobjašnjivi gubitak težine
- ekstremni umor bez očitog razloga
- bol ili kvržica u trbuhu
Rak vrata maternice
Rak vrata maternice još je jedan rak koji često ne uzrokuje simptome sve dok ne dosegne kasniju fazu.
Ali NHS kaže da simptomi raka vrata maternice mogu uključivati:
- vaginalno krvarenje koje je za vas neuobičajeno
- promjene u vašem vaginalnom iscjetku
- bol tijekom seksa
- bol u donjem dijelu leđa, između kostiju kuka (zdjelice) ili u donjem dijelu trbuha
Fibroidi i endometrioza također mogu uzrokovati ove simptome, ali važno je da odete na pregled kod svog liječnika.
Rak gušterače
Rak gušterače često ne uzrokuje simptome u ranim fazama. Ali kako rak raste, može početi izazivati simptome.
“Simptomi možda nisu specifični za rak gušterače i mogu se pojaviti i nestati u početku. To može otežati dijagnosticiranje raka gušterače,” kaže Pancreatic Cancer UK.
Navode uobičajene simptome koje treba uočiti:
- probavne smetnje
- bol u trbuhu ili leđima
- gubitak težine
- žutica
Rak pluća
Rak pluća jedna je od najčešćih i najozbiljnijih vrsta raka, ali obično nema znakova ili simptoma u ranim fazama.
NHS kaže da mnogi ljudi s ovim stanjem na kraju razviju simptome uključujući:
uporan kašalj
- iskašljavanje krvi
- nedostatak daha
- neobjašnjiv umor i gubitak težine
- bol prilikom disanja ili kašljanja
