Ponekad čovjek ne zna bi li se smijao ili plakao kada u zbiru kuća tradicionalnog izgleda ugleda uljeza, loš pokušaj oponašanja stare gradnje, dotaknut modernim 'operacijama'.

Što često dobivamo dobivamo pritom? Građevinu čiji se dijapazon epiteta često kreće od rugla do smijeha. Evo i primjera, predugački ili nepotrebno postavljeni balkoni koji samo glume svrsishodnost, preogromni prozori kao tek nepotrebni izbojak na fasadi, naknadne XXL nadogradnje i proširenja, dodavane kako se obitelj povećavala.

U ovoj epizodi Pouka baštine, antologijske knjige o tradicijskog gradnji priobalja, govorimo o najčešćim greškama koje ljudi rade, pokušavajući kopirati izgled tradicije. I što za početak nisu ni primijetili ni naučili osnovno pravilo, a to je da su kuće jadranskog podneblja od pamtivijeka građene u najjednostavnijim geometrijskim oblicima.

- Uglavnom pravokutnog, rjeđe kvadratnog tlocrta. Ako se na nekim kućama i dogodi odstupanje od pravog kuta, ono je rezultat nepravilnog oblika parcele. Složeniji oblici izvedbe postizali su se dogradnjama i nadogradnjama, kojima su se na osnovni tlocrt pridodavali novi jednostavni volumeni. Građevinski gledano, kuće takvog najjednostavnijeg oblika bilo je i najlakše napraviti. Osim dobrog uklapanja u okoliš, imale su i izrazitu funkcionalnost – veli Joško Belamarić, urednik i jedan od autora Pouka baštine.

Da, mnogi će primijetiti da su nekadašnje kuće bile puno manje od današnjih. Jesu, raspon između nosivih zidova obično nije prelazio šest metara. Razlozi su bili praktične naravi, prvo, vlasnicima je bilo teže nabaviti dulju drvenu građu za izradu međukatnih i krovnih konstrukcija. S druge strane, s ovakvom dužinom lakše je bilo napraviti krovove. Vodeći se tim razmišljanjem, u nekom mjestu, naselju, izgled kuća je obično bio standardiziran, zbog čega se pojeftinjavala gradnja, ali stvarala i urbanistička i harmonična vizura.

- Naglim i stihijskim uvođenjem suvremenih materijala i industrijskih proizvoda stvorio se nered, osobito u novijoj individualnoj stambenoj izgradnji.

Umjesto kamena kao nekadašnje glavne građevne jedinice, počeo se uvoditi armirani beton, koji je omogućio lako postizanje velikih raspona konstrukcije. Time se počeo raspadati stoljetni provjereni sustav gradnje. Napuštaju se tradicionalni tipovi rasporeda prostorija i izgleda pročelja, a nova arhitektura postaje sluga potrebama korisnika – stoji u Poukama baštine.

A kao primjer novog ruha nudi se izgled vanjskih stuba. Vanjska stubišta, kolokvijalno znana i kao sulari, balature ili shodovi, zapravo su bila vrlo praktična rješenja za kuće s dvojakom ulogom. Prva je bila gospodarske naravi, a ogledala se kroz radne prostorije iz prizemlja. Gornji je kat imao stambenu funkciju. Kod zgrada novog vremena, kopijama tradicijskih građevina, stepenište se zbog uštede stambenog prostora vrlo često dograđuje uz pročelja, nerijetko se protežući i na drugi, pa i treće katove.

- Stepenište tako zaklanja dio pročelja, obično se naknadno i ostakljuje kao prilagodba zimskim uvjetima. I pretvara se u izrazito nagrđujući vizualni element – stoji u Poukama baštine.

Ponekad čovjek ne zna bi li se smijao ili plakao kada u zbiru kuća tradicionalnog izgleda ugleda uljeza, loš pokušaj oponašanja stare gradnje, dotaknut modernim 'operacijama'.

Što često dobivamo dobivamo pritom? Građevinu čiji se dijapazon epiteta često kreće od rugla do smijeha. Evo i primjera, predugački ili nepotrebno postavljeni balkoni koji samo glume svrsishodnost, preogromni prozori kao tek nepotrebni izbojak na fasadi, naknadne XXL nadogradnje i proširenja, dodavane kako se obitelj povećavala.

I što za početak nisu ni primijetili ni naučili osnovno pravilo, a to je da su kuće jadranskog podneblja od pamtivijeka građene u najjednostavnijim geometrijskim oblicima.

- Uglavnom pravokutnog, rjeđe kvadratnog tlocrta. Ako se na nekim kućama i dogodi odstupanje od pravog kuta, ono je rezultat nepravilnog oblika parcele. Složeniji oblici izvedbe postizali su se dogradnjama i nadogradnjama, kojima su se na osnovni tlocrt pridodavali novi jednostavni volumeni. Građevinski gledano, kuće takvog najjednostavnijeg oblika bilo je i najlakše napraviti. Osim dobrog uklapanja u okoliš, imale su i izrazitu funkcionalnost – veli Joško Belamarić, urednik i jedan od autora Pouka baštine.

Da, mnogi će primijetiti da su nekadašnje kuće bile puno manje od današnjih. Jesu, raspon između nosivih zidova obično nije prelazio šest metara. Razlozi su bili praktične naravi, prvo, vlasnicima je bilo teže nabaviti dulju drvenu građu za izradu međukatnih i krovnih konstrukcija. S druge strane, s ovakvom dužinom lakše je bilo napraviti krovove. Vodeći se tim razmišljanjem, u nekom mjestu, naselju, izgled kuća je obično bio standardiziran, zbog čega se pojeftinjavala gradnja, ali stvarala i urbanistička i harmonična vizura.

- Naglim i stihijskim uvođenjem suvremenih materijala i industrijskih proizvoda stvorio se nered, osobito u novijoj individualnoj stambenoj izgradnji.

Umjesto kamena kao nekadašnje glavne građevne jedinice, počeo se uvoditi armirani beton, koji je omogućio lako postizanje velikih raspona konstrukcije. Time se počeo raspadati stoljetni provjereni sustav gradnje. Napuštaju se tradicionalni tipovi rasporeda prostorija i izgleda pročelja, a nova arhitektura postaje sluga potrebama korisnika – stoji u Poukama baštine.

A kao primjer novog ruha nudi se izgled vanjskih stuba. Vanjska stubišta, kolokvijalno znana i kao sulari, balature ili shodovi, zapravo su bila vrlo praktična rješenja za kuće s dvojakom ulogom. Prva je bila gospodarske naravi, a ogledala se kroz radne prostorije iz prizemlja. Gornji je kat imao stambenu funkciju. Kod zgrada novog vremena, kopijama tradicijskih građevina, stepenište se zbog uštede stambenog prostora vrlo često dograđuje uz pročelja, nerijetko se protežući i na drugi, pa i treće katove.

- Stepenište tako zaklanja dio pročelja, obično se naknadno i ostakljuje kao prilagodba zimskim uvjetima. I pretvara se u izrazito nagrđujući vizualni element – stoji u Poukama baštine.

Ponekad čovjek ne zna bi li se smijao ili plakao kada u zbiru kuća tradicionalnog izgleda ugleda uljeza, loš pokušaj oponašanja stare gradnje, dotaknut modernim 'operacijama'.

Što često dobivamo dobivamo pritom? Građevinu čiji se dijapazon epiteta često kreće od rugla do smijeha. Evo i primjera, predugački ili nepotrebno postavljeni balkoni koji samo glume svrsishodnost, preogromni prozori kao tek nepotrebni izbojak na fasadi, naknadne XXL nadogradnje i proširenja, dodavane kako se obitelj povećavala.
