Predstavljeno je dvadesetak Verzottijevih fotografija, kolaža kojima se komentiraju ili kritiziraju društvena zbivanja, a nastali su, kako je rekla kustosica izložbe Ana Peraica, još od autorova studija u Pragu sedamdesetih godina prošloga stoljeća pa sve do danas.

Za većinu izloženih fotografija Peraica kaže da su kritika međunarodnih događaja s posljedičnim utjecajem na Hrvatsku, poput globalizacije, komercijalizacije, ekstremnog šovinizma i nestanka pojedinačnog.

Naziv izložbe "Kriptofotografije" odabran je zbog potrebe dekodiranja svakog pojedinačnog izloška, ističe kustosica.

Verzotti je na otvorenju ustvrdio da se fotografijom kao gradivnim elementom koristio uz druge umjetničke iskaze, te istaknuo kako se na nacizam i rasizam nije reflektirao samo kao na povijesne fenomene, nego kao na još uvijek postojeće pokrete. Značajan dio radova tematizira globalizacijske procese te značenje Amerike kao pokretača mnogih trendova suvremenog svijeta.

Ante Verzotti rođen je 1942. godine u Splitu a diplomirao je filmsko i televizijsko snimanje na akademiji FAMU u Pragu. Priredio je 25 samostalnih i sudjelovao na 90 skupnih izložaba u Hrvatskoj i inozemstvu. Prvi u Hrvatskoj je 2009. godine dobio zvanje Majstora fotografije. Uz to, dobio je brojne nagrade i priznanja. Predaje na umjetničkoj akademiji UMAS u Splitu.

Izložba ostaje otvorena do 21. rujna.

Fotografska manifestacija Photori obuhvaća 11 fotografskih izložaba te predavanja, predstavljanja knjiga i radionice. Među ostalim, izlagat će mladi članovi fotokluba Rijeka, predstavit će se suvremena makedonska fotografija, potom i aktualna riječka fotografija s prikazom rada riječkih autora koji se bave izlagačkom fotografijom. Postavit će se međunarodna izložba malog formata s temom "Suživot" te međunarodna izložba na temu vode pod nazivom "Treći element". Organizirat će se i FotoBuvljak na kojem će se moći kupovati, prodavati ili mijenjati rabljena fotografska oprema, pribor i literatura koji će se moći i darovati fotoklubu za muzejsku zbirku.

Organizator manifestacije je Fotoklub Rijeka.

Predstavljeno je dvadesetak Verzottijevih fotografija, kolaža kojima se komentiraju ili kritiziraju društvena zbivanja, a nastali su, kako je rekla kustosica izložbe Ana Peraica, još od autorova studija u Pragu sedamdesetih godina prošloga stoljeća pa sve do danas.

Za većinu izloženih fotografija Peraica kaže da su kritika međunarodnih događaja s posljedičnim utjecajem na Hrvatsku, poput globalizacije, komercijalizacije, ekstremnog šovinizma i nestanka pojedinačnog.

Naziv izložbe "Kriptofotografije" odabran je zbog potrebe dekodiranja svakog pojedinačnog izloška, ističe kustosica.

Verzotti je na otvorenju ustvrdio da se fotografijom kao gradivnim elementom koristio uz druge umjetničke iskaze, te istaknuo kako se na nacizam i rasizam nije reflektirao samo kao na povijesne fenomene, nego kao na još uvijek postojeće pokrete. Značajan dio radova tematizira globalizacijske procese te značenje Amerike kao pokretača mnogih trendova suvremenog svijeta.

Ante Verzotti rođen je 1942. godine u Splitu a diplomirao je filmsko i televizijsko snimanje na akademiji FAMU u Pragu. Priredio je 25 samostalnih i sudjelovao na 90 skupnih izložaba u Hrvatskoj i inozemstvu. Prvi u Hrvatskoj je 2009. godine dobio zvanje Majstora fotografije. Uz to, dobio je brojne nagrade i priznanja. Predaje na umjetničkoj akademiji UMAS u Splitu.

Izložba ostaje otvorena do 21. rujna.

Fotografska manifestacija Photori obuhvaća 11 fotografskih izložaba te predavanja, predstavljanja knjiga i radionice. Među ostalim, izlagat će mladi članovi fotokluba Rijeka, predstavit će se suvremena makedonska fotografija, potom i aktualna riječka fotografija s prikazom rada riječkih autora koji se bave izlagačkom fotografijom. Postavit će se međunarodna izložba malog formata s temom "Suživot" te međunarodna izložba na temu vode pod nazivom "Treći element". Organizirat će se i FotoBuvljak na kojem će se moći kupovati, prodavati ili mijenjati rabljena fotografska oprema, pribor i literatura koji će se moći i darovati fotoklubu za muzejsku zbirku.

Organizator manifestacije je Fotoklub Rijeka.

Otvaranjem izložbe fotografija Ante Verzottija "Kriptofotografije" u riječkoj galeriji Principij sinoć je počela fotografska manifestacija Photori koja će trajati do kraja studenoga.
