Predstava traje tri sata (u što su uključene dvije stanke).

Prvim “Macbethom” u povijesti splitske Opere ravnat će maestro Ivo Lipanović, a redatelj je Petar Selem.

Naslovnu će ulogu na premijeri tumačiti solist Opere moskovskog Boljšoj teatra bariton Jurij Nečajev, a Lady Macbeth bit će grčka sopranistica Sofia Mitropoulos.

Istoimenu Shakespeareovu tragediju, priču o zločinu u koji vodi zaslijepljenost vlašću, Verdi je smatrao jednim od najvećih ljudskih kreacija.

Opera je nastala 1847. i mnogi je smatraju najhrabrijom, najkonzistentnijom i najidealističkijom operom tog razdoblja Verdijeva stvaralaštva.

U Splitu je realizira autorski tim u kojem su, osim maestra Lipanovića i redatelja Selema, još i scenograf Ivo Knezović, kostimografkinja Dora Argento, koreografkinja i asistentica redatelja Snježana Abramović-Miljković, zborovođa Domeniko Briški, te oblikovatelji svjetla i tona Zoran Mihanović i Željko Mravak.

Bariton Jurij Nečajev, koji tumači ulogu škotskoga kralja Macbetha, glavni je solist Opere Boljšoj teatra iz Moskve, pjevač koji nastupa na najvećim svjetskim opernim pozornicama poput milanske Scale, Metropolitana, Covent Gardena, a nastup u predstojećoj splitskoj premijeri bit će mu debi u ulozi Macbetha.

Lady Macbeth, jednu od najzahtjevnijih uloga sopranskog opernog repertoara, tumačit će mlada grčka sopranistica Sofia Mitropoulos, pjevačica zavidne međunarodne karijere.

U ostalim će se solističkim ulogama na premijeri pojaviti Ivica Čikeš, Domagoj Dorotić, Špiro Boban, Antonija Teskera, Mate Akrap, Tonči Banov, Jadran Barišković, Zlatko Aurelio Kokeza, Stipe Bakić, uz Zbor i Orkestar Opere HNK Split.

Premijeri će, prema najavama, prisustvovati predsjednici Republike Hrvatske i Republike Makedonije Ivo Josipović i Đorge Ivanov, te potpredsjednik Sabora RH Vladimir Šeks

Predstava traje tri sata (u što su uključene dvije stanke).

Prvim “Macbethom” u povijesti splitske Opere ravnat će maestro Ivo Lipanović, a redatelj je Petar Selem.

Naslovnu će ulogu na premijeri tumačiti solist Opere moskovskog Boljšoj teatra bariton Jurij Nečajev, a Lady Macbeth bit će grčka sopranistica Sofia Mitropoulos.

Istoimenu Shakespeareovu tragediju, priču o zločinu u koji vodi zaslijepljenost vlašću, Verdi je smatrao jednim od najvećih ljudskih kreacija.

Opera je nastala 1847. i mnogi je smatraju najhrabrijom, najkonzistentnijom i najidealističkijom operom tog razdoblja Verdijeva stvaralaštva.

U Splitu je realizira autorski tim u kojem su, osim maestra Lipanovića i redatelja Selema, još i scenograf Ivo Knezović, kostimografkinja Dora Argento, koreografkinja i asistentica redatelja Snježana Abramović-Miljković, zborovođa Domeniko Briški, te oblikovatelji svjetla i tona Zoran Mihanović i Željko Mravak.

Bariton Jurij Nečajev, koji tumači ulogu škotskoga kralja Macbetha, glavni je solist Opere Boljšoj teatra iz Moskve, pjevač koji nastupa na najvećim svjetskim opernim pozornicama poput milanske Scale, Metropolitana, Covent Gardena, a nastup u predstojećoj splitskoj premijeri bit će mu debi u ulozi Macbetha.

Lady Macbeth, jednu od najzahtjevnijih uloga sopranskog opernog repertoara, tumačit će mlada grčka sopranistica Sofia Mitropoulos, pjevačica zavidne međunarodne karijere.

U ostalim će se solističkim ulogama na premijeri pojaviti Ivica Čikeš, Domagoj Dorotić, Špiro Boban, Antonija Teskera, Mate Akrap, Tonči Banov, Jadran Barišković, Zlatko Aurelio Kokeza, Stipe Bakić, uz Zbor i Orkestar Opere HNK Split.

Premijeri će, prema najavama, prisustvovati predsjednici Republike Hrvatske i Republike Makedonije Ivo Josipović i Đorge Ivanov, te potpredsjednik Sabora RH Vladimir Šeks
