Gradski vijećnici nisu prihvatili prijedlog petorice kolega iz oporbenih radova da se donese odluka prema kojoj se obustavlja uvođenje 5G telekomunikacijske mreže na području Supetra sve dok se, kako je navedeno, neovisnom i nepristranom studijom ne dokaže da ta tehnologija nema negativan utjecaj na ljude i okoliš.

Predlagatelji su svoju namjeru obrazložili tvrdnjama kako "prilikom emitiranja elektromagnetskog zračenja određenih frekvencija u neposrednoj blizini 5G uređaja dolazi do pomora ptica, a kod ljudi, pogotovo djece, javlja se nekontrolirano i obilno krvarenje iz nosa te zujanje u ušima".

- Kao dodatni problem vidimo i činjenicu da je Hrvatska danas jedina zemlja unutar Europske unije u kojoj za postavljanje baznih stanica nije potrebna građevinska dozvola - stoji u prijedlogu.

Predsjednica Vijeća Danijela Kirigin (SDP) i njezina stranačka kolegica, gradonačelnica Ivana Marković bile su mišljenja da "tu problematiku treba regulirati na državnoj razini", te su dodale kako se "nikakvi antenski sustavi ne bi smjeli postavljati bez suglasnosti lokalnih vlasti", pa je vladajući blok prilikom glasovanja ostao - suzdržan.

Tijekom sjednice koja je prvi put održana u školskoj dvorani prihvaćen je drugi rebalans ovogodišnjeg proračuna. Prema prijedlogu gradonačelnice, prihodi se smanjuju za 21,89 posto i iznosit će 54,03 milijuna kuna, dok će se rashodi biti "teški" nešto više od 50 milijuna kuna, a to znači da će biti "skresani" za 26,18 posto.

Prema tom prijedlogu, ukupan fond za plaće zaposlenih u gradskoj upravi, vrtićkoj ustanovi "Mrvica" i Narodnoj knjižnici smanjit će se za nešto manje od pet posto i iznosit će 7,8 milijuna kuna. Najveći rez predviđen je u Knjižnici gdje će se bruto dohotci spustiti za čak 20 posto.

- Pad gospodarskih aktivnosti uvjetovanih korona krizom utjecao je na ostvarivanje prihoda gradskog proračuna, i to prvenstveno na pad poreznih prihoda i prihoda od upravnih i administrativnih.

Dio pada planiranih prihoda rezultat je i mjera u borbi protiv pandemije koje su se odnosile na oslobađanja od plaćanja ili smanjivanja iznosa po osnovi određenih davanja poduzetnicima kojima je rad bio zabranjen nacionalnog Stožera civilne zaštite.

Manjak prihoda pokrit će se uštedama na rashodovnoj strani proračuna te primicima po osnovi beskamatnoga zajma Ministarstva financija za poreze za koje su poduzetnici dobili odgodu plaćanja.

Dio projekata koji je bio najavljen u ovoj godini trebat će zbog novonastale situacije pričekati sretnija vremena. Projekt uređenja vrtića "Mrvica" je završen, dok se pred Gradom nalaze troškovi za izgradnju Vatrogasnog doma - naglasila je Marković.

Oporbena nezavisna vijećnica Marijeta Arnerić kazala je kako se radi o nerealnom planiranju proračuna, što se, kako je ustvrdila, ponavlja iz godine u godinu, dok je Dijana Ivelić, u ime vladajuće koalicije SDP-HSU, odala priznanje gradonačelnici i gradskoj upravi na svemu učinjenom, jer je to "doprinijelo da je Grad uspio održati glavu iznad vode".

Usvojena je i odluka o raspisivanju natječaja za prodaju dviju nekretnina u gospodarsko-poslovnoj zoni "Žedno-Drage", ukupne površine 2746 četvornih metara, a početna cijena koju je utvrdio sudski vještak iznosi gotovo 3 milijuna kuna.

Gradski vijećnici nisu prihvatili prijedlog petorice kolega iz oporbenih radova da se donese odluka prema kojoj se obustavlja uvođenje 5G telekomunikacijske mreže na području Supetra sve dok se, kako je navedeno, neovisnom i nepristranom studijom ne dokaže da ta tehnologija nema negativan utjecaj na ljude i okoliš.

Predlagatelji su svoju namjeru obrazložili tvrdnjama kako "prilikom emitiranja elektromagnetskog zračenja određenih frekvencija u neposrednoj blizini 5G uređaja dolazi do pomora ptica, a kod ljudi, pogotovo djece, javlja se nekontrolirano i obilno krvarenje iz nosa te zujanje u ušima".

- Kao dodatni problem vidimo i činjenicu da je Hrvatska danas jedina zemlja unutar Europske unije u kojoj za postavljanje baznih stanica nije potrebna građevinska dozvola - stoji u prijedlogu.

Predsjednica Vijeća Danijela Kirigin (SDP) i njezina stranačka kolegica, gradonačelnica Ivana Marković bile su mišljenja da "tu problematiku treba regulirati na državnoj razini", te su dodale kako se "nikakvi antenski sustavi ne bi smjeli postavljati bez suglasnosti lokalnih vlasti", pa je vladajući blok prilikom glasovanja ostao - suzdržan.

Tijekom sjednice koja je prvi put održana u školskoj dvorani prihvaćen je drugi rebalans ovogodišnjeg proračuna. Prema prijedlogu gradonačelnice, prihodi se smanjuju za 21,89 posto i iznosit će 54,03 milijuna kuna, dok će se rashodi biti "teški" nešto više od 50 milijuna kuna, a to znači da će biti "skresani" za 26,18 posto.

Prema tom prijedlogu, ukupan fond za plaće zaposlenih u gradskoj upravi, vrtićkoj ustanovi "Mrvica" i Narodnoj knjižnici smanjit će se za nešto manje od pet posto i iznosit će 7,8 milijuna kuna. Najveći rez predviđen je u Knjižnici gdje će se bruto dohotci spustiti za čak 20 posto.

- Pad gospodarskih aktivnosti uvjetovanih korona krizom utjecao je na ostvarivanje prihoda gradskog proračuna, i to prvenstveno na pad poreznih prihoda i prihoda od upravnih i administrativnih.

Dio pada planiranih prihoda rezultat je i mjera u borbi protiv pandemije koje su se odnosile na oslobađanja od plaćanja ili smanjivanja iznosa po osnovi određenih davanja poduzetnicima kojima je rad bio zabranjen nacionalnog Stožera civilne zaštite.

Manjak prihoda pokrit će se uštedama na rashodovnoj strani proračuna te primicima po osnovi beskamatnoga zajma Ministarstva financija za poreze za koje su poduzetnici dobili odgodu plaćanja.

Dio projekata koji je bio najavljen u ovoj godini trebat će zbog novonastale situacije pričekati sretnija vremena. Projekt uređenja vrtića "Mrvica" je završen, dok se pred Gradom nalaze troškovi za izgradnju Vatrogasnog doma - naglasila je Marković.

Oporbena nezavisna vijećnica Marijeta Arnerić kazala je kako se radi o nerealnom planiranju proračuna, što se, kako je ustvrdila, ponavlja iz godine u godinu, dok je Dijana Ivelić, u ime vladajuće koalicije SDP-HSU, odala priznanje gradonačelnici i gradskoj upravi na svemu učinjenom, jer je to "doprinijelo da je Grad uspio održati glavu iznad vode".

Usvojena je i odluka o raspisivanju natječaja za prodaju dviju nekretnina u gospodarsko-poslovnoj zoni "Žedno-Drage", ukupne površine 2746 četvornih metara, a početna cijena koju je utvrdio sudski vještak iznosi gotovo 3 milijuna kuna.

Sukob oko 5G mreže u Supetru: oporbenjaci tražili odbijanje njezina uvođenja zbog ‘pogibelji za djecu‘, a vladajući SDP-ovci ostali - suzdržani

Gradski vijećnici nisu prihvatili prijedlog petorice kolega iz oporbenih radova da se donese odluka prema kojoj se obustavlja uvođenje 5G telekomunikacijske mreže na području Supetra sve dok se, kako je navedeno, neovisnom i nepristranom studijom ne dokaže da ta tehnologija nema negativan utjecaj na ljude i okoliš.

Predlagatelji su svoju namjeru obrazložili tvrdnjama kako "prilikom emitiranja elektromagnetskog zračenja određenih frekvencija u neposrednoj blizini 5G uređaja dolazi do pomora ptica, a kod ljudi, pogotovo djece, javlja se nekontrolirano i obilno krvarenje iz nosa te zujanje u ušima".
