U uvali Maslinica kod Staroga Grada na otoku Hvaru niče novi hotelski kompleks "Maslina Resort" u koji francuski investitori, kći i otac Maud i Daniel Truchi, ulažu oko 30 milijuna eura.
Glavni suradnici su im arhitekt Tomislav Alujević iz Splita iz ureda "AALTO", te projektni upravljački tim na čelu s odvjetnicom Miom Jug Dujaković i Zoranom Pejovićem, hotelijerom s dugogodišnjim međunarodnim iskustvom. Krajobrazni arhitekt je Thomas Seconde, dok unutarnji dizajn potpisuje mlada dizajnerica Leonie Alma Mason, oboje iz Pariza.
Hotelski kompleks je u aktualnoj varijanti osmišljen u ljeto 2017. godine, a tri godine potom bi trebao otvoriti vrata svojim prvim gostima. Završetak gradnje je bio planiran za proljeće ove godine, a otvaranje s prvim danima svibnja, no sve je odgođeno za nekoliko mjeseci uslijed pandemije koronavirusa, pa se prvi gosti očekuju početkom kolovoza.
Naravno, i taj je rok pod uvjetom da se granice Hrvatske i ostalih država otvore za putovanja i da aviokompanije počnu opet redovito letjeti do Splita i ostalih naših aerodroma.
– Ova godina, nažalost, velikim dijelom je izgubljena, a investitori su svjesni velikih gubitaka koji će nastati zbog ekonomske krize uzrokovane bolešću COVID-19, no ustrajni su u namjeri da projekt dovedu do kraja već ove turističke sezone. Maud i Daniel Truchi su se iskreno zaljubili u Hvar, naročito u uvalu Maslinica, još svojim prvim dolaskom na otok prije pet godina.
Maud često kaže da se vrlo rano u životu i karijeri suočila s demonima korporacijskog poslovnog svijeta te je poželjela izgraditi i stvoriti nešto za budućnost, ali s obiteljskim predznakom. Upoznavanje škoja poklopilo se s rođenjem njezina prvog djeteta i odlučila je ostaviti mu nešto vrijedno u nasljeđe, a to je hotel "Maslina Resort" koji sada "izranja" iz borove šume u Maslinici – kaže Pejović.
Odluka da se dopusti izgradnja u uvali donesena je znatno ranije, godinama prije dolaska obitelji Truchi na Hvar, a u međuvremenu je dio građevinske zone iz stambeno-mještovite pretvoren u turističku. Dosadašnja investicija u projekt premašuje 30 milijuna eura, pa ulagači tvrde da će "Maslina Resort" postati jedna od najvećih investicija po sobi u Lijepoj našoj.
Hotel će imati 50 soba i tri aneksa, zapravo tri luksuzne vile, od kojih će dvije imati po četiri sobe, dok će najveća nuditi pet soba. Od ostalih sadržaja, turistički kompleks će imati spa & wellness centar u zasebnoj građevini s teretanom, salonom ljepote, tri saune i pet soba za masažu te restoranom i barom u obalnom dijelu uvale, neposredno uz šetnicu što se proteže od trajektne luke do plaže u Maslinici.
– "Maslina Resort" će poslovati kao neovisni boutique hotel koji će voditi mala hotelijerska tvrtka "Paradox" na čijem čelu je Zoran Pejović (široj javnosti poznat kao suvlasnik splitskog restorana "Paradox", op.a.), a poseban kuriozitet je da je hotel i prije otvaranja primljen u prestižno udruženje malih luksuznih obiteljskih hotela "Relais & Chateaux", čime je i otok Hvar uvršten u još jednu obitelj luksuznih odredišta. Kompleks će u prvim godinama poslovati u razdoblju od ožujka do kraja listopada, s namjerom produženja rada na cijelu godinu čim to povećana povezanost Splita s ostatkom Europe dopusti. Također će maksimalno biti otvoren za suradnju s lokalnim proizvođačima i OPG-ovima, a dragi gosti u restoranima i u spa & fitness centru bit će i svi stanovnici škoja – poručuju uz uprave hotelskog kompleksa.
Glavni izvođač radova je tvrtka "Radnik" iz Križevaca, čiji su djelatnici započeli izgradnju krajem 2018. godine. Prema tvrdnjama naših sugovornika, projekt se uspješno privodi kraju unatoč svim restrikcijama zbog koronavirusa koje su značajno usporile, ali ne i zaustavile izgradnju.

Dobra kapljica sa škoja i iz – Bordeauxa
– Važno je naglasiti da je "Maslina Resort" zamišljen kao visokokategornik koji bi u drevni Faros trebao dovesti goste visoke platežne moći koji uz more i sunce žele uživati i u kulturnom i povijesnom nasljeđu otoka. Sva kozmetika u hotelu bit će prirodnog podrijetla, napravljena u Hrvatskoj, dok će sva posteljina biti 100 posto od organski certificiranog pamuka. Namjera nam je maksimalno smanjiti uporabu jednokratne plastike, dok je filozofija hrane "nula kilometara", što u naravi podrazumijeva maksimalno korištenje namirnica uzgojenih na otoku. Na vinskoj karti naći će se skoro svi proizvođači vina s Hvara, ali i zavidna selekcija vina iz Bordeauxa, jer su vlasnici podrijetlom upravo iz toga globalno poznatoga vinogradarsko-vinskog kraja – rekao je Pejović.

U uvali Maslinica kod Staroga Grada na otoku Hvaru niče novi hotelski kompleks "Maslina Resort" u koji francuski investitori, kći i otac Maud i Daniel Truchi, ulažu oko 30 milijuna eura.
Glavni suradnici su im arhitekt Tomislav Alujević iz Splita iz ureda "AALTO", te projektni upravljački tim na čelu s odvjetnicom Miom Jug Dujaković i Zoranom Pejovićem, hotelijerom s dugogodišnjim međunarodnim iskustvom. Krajobrazni arhitekt je Thomas Seconde, dok unutarnji dizajn potpisuje mlada dizajnerica Leonie Alma Mason, oboje iz Pariza.
Hotelski kompleks je u aktualnoj varijanti osmišljen u ljeto 2017. godine, a tri godine potom bi trebao otvoriti vrata svojim prvim gostima. Završetak gradnje je bio planiran za proljeće ove godine, a otvaranje s prvim danima svibnja, no sve je odgođeno za nekoliko mjeseci uslijed pandemije koronavirusa, pa se prvi gosti očekuju početkom kolovoza.
Naravno, i taj je rok pod uvjetom da se granice Hrvatske i ostalih država otvore za putovanja i da aviokompanije počnu opet redovito letjeti do Splita i ostalih naših aerodroma.
– Ova godina, nažalost, velikim dijelom je izgubljena, a investitori su svjesni velikih gubitaka koji će nastati zbog ekonomske krize uzrokovane bolešću COVID-19, no ustrajni su u namjeri da projekt dovedu do kraja već ove turističke sezone. Maud i Daniel Truchi su se iskreno zaljubili u Hvar, naročito u uvalu Maslinica, još svojim prvim dolaskom na otok prije pet godina.
Maud često kaže da se vrlo rano u životu i karijeri suočila s demonima korporacijskog poslovnog svijeta te je poželjela izgraditi i stvoriti nešto za budućnost, ali s obiteljskim predznakom. Upoznavanje škoja poklopilo se s rođenjem njezina prvog djeteta i odlučila je ostaviti mu nešto vrijedno u nasljeđe, a to je hotel "Maslina Resort" koji sada "izranja" iz borove šume u Maslinici – kaže Pejović.
Odluka da se dopusti izgradnja u uvali donesena je znatno ranije, godinama prije dolaska obitelji Truchi na Hvar, a u međuvremenu je dio građevinske zone iz stambeno-mještovite pretvoren u turističku. Dosadašnja investicija u projekt premašuje 30 milijuna eura, pa ulagači tvrde da će "Maslina Resort" postati jedna od najvećih investicija po sobi u Lijepoj našoj.
Hotel će imati 50 soba i tri aneksa, zapravo tri luksuzne vile, od kojih će dvije imati po četiri sobe, dok će najveća nuditi pet soba. Od ostalih sadržaja, turistički kompleks će imati spa & wellness centar u zasebnoj građevini s teretanom, salonom ljepote, tri saune i pet soba za masažu te restoranom i barom u obalnom dijelu uvale, neposredno uz šetnicu što se proteže od trajektne luke do plaže u Maslinici.
– "Maslina Resort" će poslovati kao neovisni boutique hotel koji će voditi mala hotelijerska tvrtka "Paradox" na čijem čelu je Zoran Pejović (široj javnosti poznat kao suvlasnik splitskog restorana "Paradox", op.a.), a poseban kuriozitet je da je hotel i prije otvaranja primljen u prestižno udruženje malih luksuznih obiteljskih hotela "Relais & Chateaux", čime je i otok Hvar uvršten u još jednu obitelj luksuznih odredišta. Kompleks će u prvim godinama poslovati u razdoblju od ožujka do kraja listopada, s namjerom produženja rada na cijelu godinu čim to povećana povezanost Splita s ostatkom Europe dopusti. Također će maksimalno biti otvoren za suradnju s lokalnim proizvođačima i OPG-ovima, a dragi gosti u restoranima i u spa & fitness centru bit će i svi stanovnici škoja – poručuju uz uprave hotelskog kompleksa.
Glavni izvođač radova je tvrtka "Radnik" iz Križevaca, čiji su djelatnici započeli izgradnju krajem 2018. godine. Prema tvrdnjama naših sugovornika, projekt se uspješno privodi kraju unatoč svim restrikcijama zbog koronavirusa koje su značajno usporile, ali ne i zaustavile izgradnju.

Dobra kapljica sa škoja i iz – Bordeauxa
– Važno je naglasiti da je "Maslina Resort" zamišljen kao visokokategornik koji bi u drevni Faros trebao dovesti goste visoke platežne moći koji uz more i sunce žele uživati i u kulturnom i povijesnom nasljeđu otoka. Sva kozmetika u hotelu bit će prirodnog podrijetla, napravljena u Hrvatskoj, dok će sva posteljina biti 100 posto od organski certificiranog pamuka. Namjera nam je maksimalno smanjiti uporabu jednokratne plastike, dok je filozofija hrane "nula kilometara", što u naravi podrazumijeva maksimalno korištenje namirnica uzgojenih na otoku. Na vinskoj karti naći će se skoro svi proizvođači vina s Hvara, ali i zavidna selekcija vina iz Bordeauxa, jer su vlasnici podrijetlom upravo iz toga globalno poznatoga vinogradarsko-vinskog kraja – rekao je Pejović.
