Jedan od simbola dubrovačkog elitnog turizma za kakvim i danas stremimo, ali i starog gradskog porta, "vaporetto" hotela "Villa Dubrovnik" po svemu sudeći nećemo ubrzo vidjeti kako ponovno pristaje na Mali mul ispred Peskarije.
Naime, Iako su drveni brodić kojim su se prevozili hotelski gosti među kojima i brojne hollywodske zvijezde iz kvarta Sveti Jakov u središte grada gledale generacije Dubrovčana, od kada je hotel i otvoren, davne 1967. godine, Ministarstvo graditeljstva naložilo je gradskom Upravnom odjelu za izdavanje i provedbu dokumenata prostornog uređenja da poništi lokacijsku dozvolu za gradnju novog drvenog mula ispod hotela, izdanu u studenom 2021. godine.

Naime, iz resornog Ministarstva pojašnjavaju kako Grad nema pravo izdavati takvu dozvolu, jer se na toj parceli nalazi uređena plaža na kojoj se ne smiju graditi privezišta za plovila. Iako su kupalište i mulić uz koji je pristajao hotelski brodić desetljećima prvi susjedi i nikada se nije dogodio nikakav incident, zakon je ipak zakon.
Nejasno je samo kako se onda na plažama, primjerice, iznajmljuju vodeni skuteri koji su također plovila.

Da su dobili nalog resorne administracije da ponište dozvolu, potvrdili su nam i iz dubrovačke vlasti koja je u ovom slučaju zapravo "druga ruka" u postupku.
- Županija dubrovačko-neretvanska zatražila je izdavanje lokacijske dozvole za izgradnju privezišta plovila ispred hotela "Villa Dubrovnik". U pokrenutom postupku Grad se vodio člankom GUP-a i rezultatima priložene maritimne studije.
Naime, članak GUP-a govori o mogućnostima izgradnje privezišta za zone ugostiteljsko-turističke namjene, a pozicije su popisane u tablici članka 79.. Također, jednim od stavaka određeno je da se privezišta mogu dopuštati i na drugim lokacijama za istu svrhu uz zadovoljenje svih potrebnih uvjeta (idejni projekt, lokacijski uvjeti, uvjeti zaštite i maritimna studija).
Tako je nakon provedenog postupka, izvan koncesijskog područja plaže ispod "Ville Dubrovnik" izdana lokacijska dozvola za izgradnju privezišta u zoni ugostiteljsko-turističke namjene. Međutim, Ministarstvo graditeljstva je kroz svoje tumačenje GUP-a zaključilo da se takvi pristani ne smiju graditi izvan (turističke) T1 zone, pa je temeljem takvog stava Grad, a uvažavajući uputu Ministarstva, izdanu lokacijsku dozvolu - poništio.
Na rješenje Grada o poništenju dozvole je Županija pravodobno podnijela žalbu. Trenutno je spis po žalbi Županije na postupanju u Ministarstvu – poručuju iz gradske administracije.
Iz hotela "Villa Dubrovnik" koja je ovakvim rješenjem ostala bez jednog od svojih prepoznatljivih brendova, "vaporetta", danas luksuznog venecijanera, nisu željeli komentirati nastalu situaciju. No kako neslužbeno saznajemo, spremni su se prilagoditi zakonskim odredbama te ako je potrebno, za nekoliko metara izmjestiti lokaciju drvenog mulića koji na tom mjestu stoji već skoro 60 godina te tako izići iz područja koje se vodi kao plaža.

Jedan od simbola dubrovačkog elitnog turizma za kakvim i danas stremimo, ali i starog gradskog porta, "vaporetto" hotela "Villa Dubrovnik" po svemu sudeći nećemo ubrzo vidjeti kako ponovno pristaje na Mali mul ispred Peskarije.
Naime, Iako su drveni brodić kojim su se prevozili hotelski gosti među kojima i brojne hollywodske zvijezde iz kvarta Sveti Jakov u središte grada gledale generacije Dubrovčana, od kada je hotel i otvoren, davne 1967. godine, Ministarstvo graditeljstva naložilo je gradskom Upravnom odjelu za izdavanje i provedbu dokumenata prostornog uređenja da poništi lokacijsku dozvolu za gradnju novog drvenog mula ispod hotela, izdanu u studenom 2021. godine.

Naime, iz resornog Ministarstva pojašnjavaju kako Grad nema pravo izdavati takvu dozvolu, jer se na toj parceli nalazi uređena plaža na kojoj se ne smiju graditi privezišta za plovila. Iako su kupalište i mulić uz koji je pristajao hotelski brodić desetljećima prvi susjedi i nikada se nije dogodio nikakav incident, zakon je ipak zakon.
Nejasno je samo kako se onda na plažama, primjerice, iznajmljuju vodeni skuteri koji su također plovila.

Da su dobili nalog resorne administracije da ponište dozvolu, potvrdili su nam i iz dubrovačke vlasti koja je u ovom slučaju zapravo "druga ruka" u postupku.
- Županija dubrovačko-neretvanska zatražila je izdavanje lokacijske dozvole za izgradnju privezišta plovila ispred hotela "Villa Dubrovnik". U pokrenutom postupku Grad se vodio člankom GUP-a i rezultatima priložene maritimne studije.
Naime, članak GUP-a govori o mogućnostima izgradnje privezišta za zone ugostiteljsko-turističke namjene, a pozicije su popisane u tablici članka 79.. Također, jednim od stavaka određeno je da se privezišta mogu dopuštati i na drugim lokacijama za istu svrhu uz zadovoljenje svih potrebnih uvjeta (idejni projekt, lokacijski uvjeti, uvjeti zaštite i maritimna studija).
Tako je nakon provedenog postupka, izvan koncesijskog područja plaže ispod "Ville Dubrovnik" izdana lokacijska dozvola za izgradnju privezišta u zoni ugostiteljsko-turističke namjene. Međutim, Ministarstvo graditeljstva je kroz svoje tumačenje GUP-a zaključilo da se takvi pristani ne smiju graditi izvan (turističke) T1 zone, pa je temeljem takvog stava Grad, a uvažavajući uputu Ministarstva, izdanu lokacijsku dozvolu - poništio.
Na rješenje Grada o poništenju dozvole je Županija pravodobno podnijela žalbu. Trenutno je spis po žalbi Županije na postupanju u Ministarstvu – poručuju iz gradske administracije.
Iz hotela "Villa Dubrovnik" koja je ovakvim rješenjem ostala bez jednog od svojih prepoznatljivih brendova, "vaporetta", danas luksuznog venecijanera, nisu željeli komentirati nastalu situaciju. No kako neslužbeno saznajemo, spremni su se prilagoditi zakonskim odredbama te ako je potrebno, za nekoliko metara izmjestiti lokaciju drvenog mulića koji na tom mjestu stoji već skoro 60 godina te tako izići iz područja koje se vodi kao plaža.
