Za otkup dviju privatnih parcela u Velikom Brdu, makarski vijećnici dali su suglasnost gradonačelniku Zoranu Paunoviću i to za potrebe provedbe projekta izgradnje dječjeg igrališta.

Ugovor o kupoprodaji zemljišta gradonačelnik će sklopiti s vlasnikom Milanom Baškovićem, a riječ je o česticama od ukupno 546 četvornih metara, odnosno pojedinačnih površina od 458 i 88 kvadrata.

Za obje čestice Grad će platiti 832 tisuće kuna, odnosno 110 tisuća eura. Na zemljištu od 458 kvadrata, kvadrat košta 225 eura, dok na terenu od 88 četvornih metara, kvadrat košta 99 eura.

Inače, cijela stvar oko otkupljivanja zemljišta bila je usporena jer je stvarni vlasnik provodio parcelaciju čestica za koje je ishodio pravomoćnu sudsku odluku, i još uvijek se nije upisao kao vlasnik.

Međutim, njegov zahtjev temeljem presude je zabilježen u zemljišnoj knjizi, a prije toga je u redu rješavanja parcelacijski elaborat temeljem kojeg će tek nastati ove dvije parcele koje Grad kupuje. Dakle, parcelacija je provedena u katastru, ali još uvijek nije u zemljišniku.

Kako je pojasnio Bojan Mileta, zamjenik pročelnice Upravnog odjela za opće poslove i gradsku imovinu, ugovor o kupoprodaji bi se mogao zaključiti odmah, ali je bolje da se stvarni vlasnik upiše u zemljišnu knjigu.

- Podnesen je parcelacijski elaborat kako bi u zemljišnoj knjizi bila cijepana nekretnina i kako bi nastale ove dvije čestice koje Grad kupuje, a odmah iza toga slijedi uknjižba prava vlasništva temeljem sudske presude - kazao je Mileta.

Otkup zemljišta pozdravio je vijećnik Jurica Klarić (SDP) koji je kazao kako je izvrsna vijest da će Grad napokon otkupiti zemljište u Velikom Brdu za gradnju dječjeg igrališta. Otkup je pozdravila i vijećnica Ivana Miočević Franić (Nezavisna lista Osejava) koja je napomenula da je još 2021. godine u dogovoru s Baškovićem, NLO uputio pismo namjere gradonačelniku i Gradu s prijedlogom otkupa navedenog zemljišta.

- Nadam se da ćete se prilikom odluke o namjeni cjelokupnog prostora koje graniči s postojećim igralištem na zemljištu Crkve, savjetovati s članovima Mjesnog odbora Veliko Brdo koji rade odličan posao, kako se ne bi dogodilo da se nešto planira i radi mimo stvarnih potreba Vrlobrđana - kazala je Miočević Franić podsjetivši vijećnike kako je Crkva blagonaklona da se postojeće igralište zadrži na njihovoj parceli pa se otvara mogućnost za dodatne sadržaje na otkupljenom zemljištu.

Za otkup dviju privatnih parcela u Velikom Brdu, makarski vijećnici dali su suglasnost gradonačelniku Zoranu Paunoviću i to za potrebe provedbe projekta izgradnje dječjeg igrališta.

Ugovor o kupoprodaji zemljišta gradonačelnik će sklopiti s vlasnikom Milanom Baškovićem, a riječ je o česticama od ukupno 546 četvornih metara, odnosno pojedinačnih površina od 458 i 88 kvadrata.

Za obje čestice Grad će platiti 832 tisuće kuna, odnosno 110 tisuća eura. Na zemljištu od 458 kvadrata, kvadrat košta 225 eura, dok na terenu od 88 četvornih metara, kvadrat košta 99 eura.

Inače, cijela stvar oko otkupljivanja zemljišta bila je usporena jer je stvarni vlasnik provodio parcelaciju čestica za koje je ishodio pravomoćnu sudsku odluku, i još uvijek se nije upisao kao vlasnik.

Međutim, njegov zahtjev temeljem presude je zabilježen u zemljišnoj knjizi, a prije toga je u redu rješavanja parcelacijski elaborat temeljem kojeg će tek nastati ove dvije parcele koje Grad kupuje. Dakle, parcelacija je provedena u katastru, ali još uvijek nije u zemljišniku.

Kako je pojasnio Bojan Mileta, zamjenik pročelnice Upravnog odjela za opće poslove i gradsku imovinu, ugovor o kupoprodaji bi se mogao zaključiti odmah, ali je bolje da se stvarni vlasnik upiše u zemljišnu knjigu.

- Podnesen je parcelacijski elaborat kako bi u zemljišnoj knjizi bila cijepana nekretnina i kako bi nastale ove dvije čestice koje Grad kupuje, a odmah iza toga slijedi uknjižba prava vlasništva temeljem sudske presude - kazao je Mileta.

Otkup zemljišta pozdravio je vijećnik Jurica Klarić (SDP) koji je kazao kako je izvrsna vijest da će Grad napokon otkupiti zemljište u Velikom Brdu za gradnju dječjeg igrališta. Otkup je pozdravila i vijećnica Ivana Miočević Franić (Nezavisna lista Osejava) koja je napomenula da je još 2021. godine u dogovoru s Baškovićem, NLO uputio pismo namjere gradonačelniku i Gradu s prijedlogom otkupa navedenog zemljišta.

- Nadam se da ćete se prilikom odluke o namjeni cjelokupnog prostora koje graniči s postojećim igralištem na zemljištu Crkve, savjetovati s članovima Mjesnog odbora Veliko Brdo koji rade odličan posao, kako se ne bi dogodilo da se nešto planira i radi mimo stvarnih potreba Vrlobrđana - kazala je Miočević Franić podsjetivši vijećnike kako je Crkva blagonaklona da se postojeće igralište zadrži na njihovoj parceli pa se otvara mogućnost za dodatne sadržaje na otkupljenom zemljištu.

Grad dalmatinskom privatniku ‘iskrcao‘ 110 tisuća € za nešto više od 500 kvadrata, zna se i tko je utržio dobar novac

Za otkup dviju privatnih parcela u Velikom Brdu, makarski vijećnici dali su suglasnost gradonačelniku Zoranu Paunoviću i to za potrebe provedbe projekta izgradnje dječjeg igrališta.

Ugovor o kupoprodaji zemljišta gradonačelnik će sklopiti s vlasnikom Milanom Baškovićem, a riječ je o česticama od ukupno 546 četvornih metara, odnosno pojedinačnih površina od 458 i 88 kvadrata.

Za obje čestice Grad će platiti 832 tisuće kuna, odnosno 110 tisuća eura. Na zemljištu od 458 kvadrata, kvadrat košta 225 eura, dok na terenu od 88 četvornih metara, kvadrat košta 99 eura.

Inače, cijela stvar oko otkupljivanja zemljišta bila je usporena jer je stvarni vlasnik provodio parcelaciju čestica za koje je ishodio pravomoćnu sudsku odluku, i još uvijek se nije upisao kao vlasnik.
