Nakon gotovo pet mjeseci neizvjesnosti, borbe za poslovni i životni opstanak, svi članovi posade broda "Mirjana K" napokon stižu u Hrvatsku iz grčkog Pireja.

Taj se opskrbni tegljač kojim upravlja tvrtka "Alveus capital" u vlasništvu Riječanina Alana Klanca, nekadašnjeg direktora "Jadrolinije", u najvećoj grčkoj luci nalazi već pet mjeseci i prema međunarodnim pomorskim konvencijama proglašen je - napuštenim od strane brodara.

Na brodu koji plovi pod panamskom zastavom bila su petorica hrvatskih pomoraca, među kojima i jedan Splićanin čiji povratak kući početkom listopada, kako izvještavaju iz Sindikata pomoraca Hrvatske, nije mogao proći bez problema, jer su mu bile dostavljene putne karte samo do Zagreba.

- Nakon dugotrajnih i iscrpljujućih pregovora s lučkim vlastima, napokon su se smilovali i dozvolili povratak ostatku posade. Pregovori u samoj završnici nisu bili nimalo lagani te bih se ovim putem htio zahvaliti na pomoći Veleposlanstvu Hrvatske u Grčkoj, tajništvu Pariškog memoranduma i djelatnicima "Kvarner Crewing Servicesa", kao i svim dobrim ljudima koji su doprinijeli da se ova agonija konačno završi.

Nakon što je nova ekipa napokon došla na brod, lučke vlasti nisu dozvoljavale smjenu posade zbog certifikata koji nema apsolutno nikakve veze s repatrijacijom pomoraca. Ali, napokon su popustili pod pritiscima - rekao je Luka Simić, inspektor Međunarodne federacije transportnih radnika, te je dodao:

- Prvenstveno zahvaljujem pomorcima s broda "Mirjana K" na strpljenju i ukazanom povjerenju. Ovo je bilo dugih i iscrpljujućih pet mjeseci, kako za njih tako i za njihove obitelji. Do sada se nisam susreo s ovako kompliciranim slučajem, ali mi je neizmjerno drago da smo ga napokon priveli kraju.

Htio bih istaknuti da je rješavanje ovoga slučaja konstantno opstruirao gospodin Klanac te da je u potpunosti podbacio kao menadžer broda. Upravo je zbog njegovog djelovanja ovaj slučaj i trajao toliko dugo.

Troškove povratka pomoraca svojim kućama, kao i isplate ostatka zaostalih plaća, u potpunosti će snositi osiguravatelj broda.

Nakon gotovo pet mjeseci neizvjesnosti, borbe za poslovni i životni opstanak, svi članovi posade broda "Mirjana K" napokon stižu u Hrvatsku iz grčkog Pireja.

Taj se opskrbni tegljač kojim upravlja tvrtka "Alveus capital" u vlasništvu Riječanina Alana Klanca, nekadašnjeg direktora "Jadrolinije", u najvećoj grčkoj luci nalazi već pet mjeseci i prema međunarodnim pomorskim konvencijama proglašen je - napuštenim od strane brodara.

Na brodu koji plovi pod panamskom zastavom bila su petorica hrvatskih pomoraca, među kojima i jedan Splićanin čiji povratak kući početkom listopada, kako izvještavaju iz Sindikata pomoraca Hrvatske, nije mogao proći bez problema, jer su mu bile dostavljene putne karte samo do Zagreba.

- Nakon dugotrajnih i iscrpljujućih pregovora s lučkim vlastima, napokon su se smilovali i dozvolili povratak ostatku posade. Pregovori u samoj završnici nisu bili nimalo lagani te bih se ovim putem htio zahvaliti na pomoći Veleposlanstvu Hrvatske u Grčkoj, tajništvu Pariškog memoranduma i djelatnicima "Kvarner Crewing Servicesa", kao i svim dobrim ljudima koji su doprinijeli da se ova agonija konačno završi.

Nakon što je nova ekipa napokon došla na brod, lučke vlasti nisu dozvoljavale smjenu posade zbog certifikata koji nema apsolutno nikakve veze s repatrijacijom pomoraca. Ali, napokon su popustili pod pritiscima - rekao je Luka Simić, inspektor Međunarodne federacije transportnih radnika, te je dodao:

- Prvenstveno zahvaljujem pomorcima s broda "Mirjana K" na strpljenju i ukazanom povjerenju. Ovo je bilo dugih i iscrpljujućih pet mjeseci, kako za njih tako i za njihove obitelji. Do sada se nisam susreo s ovako kompliciranim slučajem, ali mi je neizmjerno drago da smo ga napokon priveli kraju.

Htio bih istaknuti da je rješavanje ovoga slučaja konstantno opstruirao gospodin Klanac te da je u potpunosti podbacio kao menadžer broda. Upravo je zbog njegovog djelovanja ovaj slučaj i trajao toliko dugo.

Troškove povratka pomoraca svojim kućama, kao i isplate ostatka zaostalih plaća, u potpunosti će snositi osiguravatelj broda.

Nakon gotovo pet mjeseci neizvjesnosti, borbe za poslovni i životni opstanak, svi članovi posade broda "Mirjana K" napokon stižu u Hrvatsku iz grčkog Pireja.

Taj se opskrbni tegljač kojim upravlja tvrtka "Alveus capital" u vlasništvu Riječanina Alana Klanca, nekadašnjeg direktora "Jadrolinije", u najvećoj grčkoj luci nalazi već pet mjeseci i prema međunarodnim pomorskim konvencijama proglašen je - napuštenim od strane brodara.

Na brodu koji plovi pod panamskom zastavom bila su petorica hrvatskih pomoraca, među kojima i jedan Splićanin čiji povratak kući početkom listopada, kako izvještavaju iz Sindikata pomoraca Hrvatske, nije mogao proći bez problema, jer su mu bile dostavljene putne karte samo do Zagreba.
