Gradić Primošten, dragulj Dalmacije i Hrvatske, početkom šezdesetih godina prošloga stoljeća otvorio je vrata turizmu i prvim stranim gostima.

Početkom sedamdesetih već je imao hotele “Raduča”, “Zora”, “Slava” i “Marina Lučica” s 1800 kreveta visoke kategorije. Danas su prazni i većim dijelom – ruševni.

U vrijeme procvata gradića koji je nekoć bilo otok, pa je “premošten”, odakle mu i ime dolazi, susretali smo ondje tisuće gostiju koji su punili hotele i kojima je na raspolaganju bio vrhunski kadar tadašnjeg Hotelijersko-turističkog poduzeća “Primošten”, kvalitetno ugostiteljstvo, kulturno-zabavni programi i atraktivni izleti. I nadasve, čisto more i ljepota podneblja, zaleđa i otoka.

I sada, nakon toliko desetljeća, pri skorašnjem našem obilasku, u Primoštenu su nas dočekali “ostaci ostataka” nekoć slavnih hotela. Ponajprije svojedobno luksuzne “Marine Lučice”.

Opustošena sezona

Sve opustošeno, devastirano, razneseno. Samo kričavi grafiti “rese” zidove tih prostore i onog što je od hotela ostalo. I hoteli na Raduči, u blizini središta gradića, zatvoreni su prošle godine, jer je novi mađarski vlasnik, naslijedivši svoga prethodnika-sunarodnjaka, preuzeo hotelsku tvrtku “Primošten”. I ostavio sve po starom, ne obnovivši ih.

Neke odgovore na tu nečuvenu situaciju, potražili smo kod Josipa Pažanina, koji je bio zadnji direktor HTP-a prije pretvorbe i privatizacije, odnosno od 1975. do 1994. godine.

– Istina, hotele je nakon odlaska brojnih prognanika koji su u njima tijekom rata našli utočište, trebalo renovirati. Posebno “Raduču”, a to nisu bila nužno velika sredstva.

Sve se moglo izvesti, kako bi se reklo, “s nekoliko kanta i piture”. Ali, tadašnjeg većinskog vlasnika, Privrednu banku Zagreb, koja je “Primoštenu” postavila i svog direktora, to nije zanimalo. Hotel je opustošen 1995. godine.

Ni kasniji mađarski vlasnik Kerekeš nije htio od hotelskoga prvijenca iz 1963. ništa učiniti, niti kasnija tvrtka, novi vlasnik kojoj je hotel prodan. Ista sudbina čekala je i “Marinu Lučicu” – dodaje Pažanin.

Teško je povjerovati da su takvim postupanjem, s osobito teškim posljedicama za turističku sredinu poput Primoštena, ključni objekti dovedeni do ovakve razine. Da jedan od jadranskih simbola ostane bez hotelskih kapaciteta.

Pod Gospinim skutima

Naposljetku, naš nas je obilazak odveo i do vrha brda Gaj i vidikovca na 178 metara nadmorske visine sa zadivljujućim pogledom na Primošten, okruženog modrinom smaragdnog mora.

Na tom je vrhu i velebni spomenik od 17 metara s likom Gospe od Loreta koja bdije nad tim krajem. Susreli smo ondje brojne turiste i izletnike, a na vrh se uspela i skupina njemačkih biciklista.

Svoje divljenje ondje su nam izrazili Karlo i Ana iz Splita, koji nisu odvajali pogleda od onoga što gledaju pred sobom. Usprkos takvim dojmovima, napustili smo Primošten s gorkim okusom onoga što smo vidjeli u upropaštenom hotelskom kompleksu.

Gradić Primošten, dragulj Dalmacije i Hrvatske, početkom šezdesetih godina prošloga stoljeća otvorio je vrata turizmu i prvim stranim gostima.

Početkom sedamdesetih već je imao hotele “Raduča”, “Zora”, “Slava” i “Marina Lučica” s 1800 kreveta visoke kategorije. Danas su prazni i većim dijelom – ruševni.

U vrijeme procvata gradića koji je nekoć bilo otok, pa je “premošten”, odakle mu i ime dolazi, susretali smo ondje tisuće gostiju koji su punili hotele i kojima je na raspolaganju bio vrhunski kadar tadašnjeg Hotelijersko-turističkog poduzeća “Primošten”, kvalitetno ugostiteljstvo, kulturno-zabavni programi i atraktivni izleti. I nadasve, čisto more i ljepota podneblja, zaleđa i otoka.

I sada, nakon toliko desetljeća, pri skorašnjem našem obilasku, u Primoštenu su nas dočekali “ostaci ostataka” nekoć slavnih hotela. Ponajprije svojedobno luksuzne “Marine Lučice”.

Opustošena sezona

Sve opustošeno, devastirano, razneseno. Samo kričavi grafiti “rese” zidove tih prostore i onog što je od hotela ostalo. I hoteli na Raduči, u blizini središta gradića, zatvoreni su prošle godine, jer je novi mađarski vlasnik, naslijedivši svoga prethodnika-sunarodnjaka, preuzeo hotelsku tvrtku “Primošten”. I ostavio sve po starom, ne obnovivši ih.

Neke odgovore na tu nečuvenu situaciju, potražili smo kod Josipa Pažanina, koji je bio zadnji direktor HTP-a prije pretvorbe i privatizacije, odnosno od 1975. do 1994. godine.

– Istina, hotele je nakon odlaska brojnih prognanika koji su u njima tijekom rata našli utočište, trebalo renovirati. Posebno “Raduču”, a to nisu bila nužno velika sredstva.

Sve se moglo izvesti, kako bi se reklo, “s nekoliko kanta i piture”. Ali, tadašnjeg većinskog vlasnika, Privrednu banku Zagreb, koja je “Primoštenu” postavila i svog direktora, to nije zanimalo. Hotel je opustošen 1995. godine.

Ni kasniji mađarski vlasnik Kerekeš nije htio od hotelskoga prvijenca iz 1963. ništa učiniti, niti kasnija tvrtka, novi vlasnik kojoj je hotel prodan. Ista sudbina čekala je i “Marinu Lučicu” – dodaje Pažanin.

Teško je povjerovati da su takvim postupanjem, s osobito teškim posljedicama za turističku sredinu poput Primoštena, ključni objekti dovedeni do ovakve razine. Da jedan od jadranskih simbola ostane bez hotelskih kapaciteta.

Pod Gospinim skutima

Naposljetku, naš nas je obilazak odveo i do vrha brda Gaj i vidikovca na 178 metara nadmorske visine sa zadivljujućim pogledom na Primošten, okruženog modrinom smaragdnog mora.

Na tom je vrhu i velebni spomenik od 17 metara s likom Gospe od Loreta koja bdije nad tim krajem. Susreli smo ondje brojne turiste i izletnike, a na vrh se uspela i skupina njemačkih biciklista.

Svoje divljenje ondje su nam izrazili Karlo i Ana iz Splita, koji nisu odvajali pogleda od onoga što gledaju pred sobom. Usprkos takvim dojmovima, napustili smo Primošten s gorkim okusom onoga što smo vidjeli u upropaštenom hotelskom kompleksu.
