Brojke im u početku nisu išle u prilog. Dok su drugi novozaražene bilježili jednoznamenkastim brojevima, u Južnoj Koreji broj novih slučajeva u danu približio se tisući. A onda se situacija preokrenula i sad se svi pitaju što je to Koreja napravila da to postigne. Odgovor, međutim, nije nimalo jednostavan, a ni kratak. Zapravo, toliko je složen da se oko njega stvara cijeli scenarij, neslužben, dakako, no, barem tako se tvrdi, utemeljen na službenim podacima.

'Korejski scenarij', kako ga nazivaju, je projekt grupe volontera, The COVID translate project, koja se posljednjih tjedana posvetila prevođenju niza dokumenata o testiranju, prijemu i tretiranju oboljelih, kontroli zaraženih i njihovih kontakata, mjerama društvenog distanciranja, načinu donošenja odluka o provođenju svih ovih mjera... Uglavnom, imali su posla preko glave, a rezultat njihovog rada danas bi trebao biti objavljen. Svi su u iščekivanju.

No naravno da je nešto već procurilo, a ako ste radoznali, o tome više možete doznati ovdje, dok ovdje možete proučiti PDF. Ne ulazeći u sve detalje, izložit ćemo samo najbitnije iz 'korejskog scenarija'. 

Prvo i osnovno, zbog iskustva sa sličnim zaraznim bolestima imali su zakonsku podlogu koja je omogućila brzo i učinkovito donošenje odluka od važnosti za suzbijanje epidemije. Korejski ministar zdravstva i njihova inačica centara za kontrolu i suzbijanje zaraze prema zakonu imaju pravo i odgovornost donositi odluke koje se tiču propisivanja mjera socijalnog distanciranja, testiranja i još niza bitnih tema na kojima su druge države zapele zbog birokracije.

Osim toga ministar ima obavezu svako pet godina donijeti master-plan za ovakve situacije. Njime se određuje način na koji relevantne institucije trebaju reagirati u slučaju epidemije, koje će se medicinske ustanove opskrbiti kojom vrstom opreme, kako će se ustrojiti hitne službe i kako će se educirati građane u cilju što ispravnijeg ponašanja.

Južna Koreja se, za razliku od mnogih drugih, predano posvetila testiranju, a to su bili u mogućnosti jer su, za razliku od mnogih drugih, imali pažljivo razrađen program testiranja. Ako se pitate kako to da Korejcima nije nedostajalo testova, a svi drugi vape da ih jednostavno nemaju dovoljno, evo vam odgovor - čim su shvatili što im se sprema, poslali su naredbu u 20 farmaceutskih kompanija širom zemlje da pod hitno počnu raditi testove. Tjedan dana kasnije su ih imali, a nakon toga sve je ovisilo upravo o njima: testiranje im je omogućilo da brzo pronađu i izoliraju osobe izaražene koronavirusom i sve njihove kontakte te su tako obuzdali širenje virusa.

Bitno je bilo i to što su imali male, lokalne timove od 5-7 ljudi zadužene za praćenje zaraženih, primjenu sigurnosnih mjera, provođenje epšidemioloških istraga, a iznad tih timova pažljivo se slagala cijela shema nadređenih. Timovi su bili zaduženi za testiranje, ali su i kontrolirali pridržavaju li se kontakti zaraženi mjera društvenog distanciranja i prijavljuju li (putem službene aplikacije) dva puta dnevno sve promjene u svom zdravstvenom stanju.

Naglasak je bio na kućnoj njezi, kako se bolnički sustav ne bi urušio. Osobama u samoizolaciji plaćeni su hrana, streaming servisi i psihološka podrška. Ono što je također iznimno bitno je i da je građanima osigurana zaštitna oprema u vidu maski i rukavica.

Brojke im u početku nisu išle u prilog. Dok su drugi novozaražene bilježili jednoznamenkastim brojevima, u Južnoj Koreji broj novih slučajeva u danu približio se tisući. A onda se situacija preokrenula i sad se svi pitaju što je to Koreja napravila da to postigne. Odgovor, međutim, nije nimalo jednostavan, a ni kratak. Zapravo, toliko je složen da se oko njega stvara cijeli scenarij, neslužben, dakako, no, barem tako se tvrdi, utemeljen na službenim podacima.

'Korejski scenarij', kako ga nazivaju, je projekt grupe volontera, The COVID translate project, koja se posljednjih tjedana posvetila prevođenju niza dokumenata o testiranju, prijemu i tretiranju oboljelih, kontroli zaraženih i njihovih kontakata, mjerama društvenog distanciranja, načinu donošenja odluka o provođenju svih ovih mjera... Uglavnom, imali su posla preko glave, a rezultat njihovog rada danas bi trebao biti objavljen. Svi su u iščekivanju.

No naravno da je nešto već procurilo, a ako ste radoznali, o tome više možete doznati ovdje, dok ovdje možete proučiti PDF. Ne ulazeći u sve detalje, izložit ćemo samo najbitnije iz 'korejskog scenarija'. 

Prvo i osnovno, zbog iskustva sa sličnim zaraznim bolestima imali su zakonsku podlogu koja je omogućila brzo i učinkovito donošenje odluka od važnosti za suzbijanje epidemije. Korejski ministar zdravstva i njihova inačica centara za kontrolu i suzbijanje zaraze prema zakonu imaju pravo i odgovornost donositi odluke koje se tiču propisivanja mjera socijalnog distanciranja, testiranja i još niza bitnih tema na kojima su druge države zapele zbog birokracije.

Osim toga ministar ima obavezu svako pet godina donijeti master-plan za ovakve situacije. Njime se određuje način na koji relevantne institucije trebaju reagirati u slučaju epidemije, koje će se medicinske ustanove opskrbiti kojom vrstom opreme, kako će se ustrojiti hitne službe i kako će se educirati građane u cilju što ispravnijeg ponašanja.

Južna Koreja se, za razliku od mnogih drugih, predano posvetila testiranju, a to su bili u mogućnosti jer su, za razliku od mnogih drugih, imali pažljivo razrađen program testiranja. Ako se pitate kako to da Korejcima nije nedostajalo testova, a svi drugi vape da ih jednostavno nemaju dovoljno, evo vam odgovor - čim su shvatili što im se sprema, poslali su naredbu u 20 farmaceutskih kompanija širom zemlje da pod hitno počnu raditi testove. Tjedan dana kasnije su ih imali, a nakon toga sve je ovisilo upravo o njima: testiranje im je omogućilo da brzo pronađu i izoliraju osobe izaražene koronavirusom i sve njihove kontakte te su tako obuzdali širenje virusa.

Bitno je bilo i to što su imali male, lokalne timove od 5-7 ljudi zadužene za praćenje zaraženih, primjenu sigurnosnih mjera, provođenje epšidemioloških istraga, a iznad tih timova pažljivo se slagala cijela shema nadređenih. Timovi su bili zaduženi za testiranje, ali su i kontrolirali pridržavaju li se kontakti zaraženi mjera društvenog distanciranja i prijavljuju li (putem službene aplikacije) dva puta dnevno sve promjene u svom zdravstvenom stanju.

Naglasak je bio na kućnoj njezi, kako se bolnički sustav ne bi urušio. Osobama u samoizolaciji plaćeni su hrana, streaming servisi i psihološka podrška. Ono što je također iznimno bitno je i da je građanima osigurana zaštitna oprema u vidu maski i rukavica.

Što je Južna Koreja napravila ispravno, a svi drugi rade pogrešno? I kod njih je korona u početku divljala, ali ovako je brzo stavljena pod kontrolu

Brojke im u početku nisu išle u prilog. Dok su drugi novozaražene bilježili jednoznamenkastim brojevima, u Južnoj Koreji broj novih slučajeva u danu približio se tisući. A onda se situacija preokrenula i sad se svi pitaju što je to Koreja napravila da to postigne. Odgovor, međutim, nije nimalo jednostavan, a ni kratak. Zapravo, toliko je složen da se oko njega stvara cijeli scenarij, neslužben, dakako, no, barem tako se tvrdi, utemeljen na službenim podacima.

'Korejski scenarij', kako ga nazivaju, je projekt grupe volontera, The COVID translate project, koja se posljednjih tjedana posvetila prevođenju niza dokumenata o testiranju, prijemu i tretiranju oboljelih, kontroli zaraženih i njihovih kontakata, mjerama društvenog distanciranja, načinu donošenja odluka o provođenj...
