Bijela struktura na vrhu nokta naziva se Lunula (na latinskom znači "mali mjesec") i to je veoma osjetljiv dio nokta.

Bijela boja ovog "polumjeseca" je samo prividna, zbog toga što peti temeljni sloj epiderme ‘skriva’ krvne žile koje se nalaze ispod nje. Najbolje se vidi na palcu, ali nije baš svaka lunula vidljiva. U nekim slučajevima, zanoktice su zadebljan sloj kože koji okružuje nokte na nogama i rukama i može djelimično ili u potpunosti prekriti lunulu, piše zadovoljna.hr.


Ona je zapravo vidljivi dio korijena nokta i ne bi trebala biti oštećena na bilo koji način jer ako se ošteti cijeli će nokat biti deformiran.
 
U alternativnoj medicini vjeruje se da bijeli polumjesec na noktima - lunula, može otkriti veoma važne informacije o vašem cjelokupnom zdravlju. Na primjer, tradicionalna kineska medicina smatra da nedostatak lunule ukazuje na anemiju i neuhranjenost, dok blijeda ili plava lunula ukazuje na mogućnost dijabetesa. Ako lunula kod neke osobe ima crvenkaste mrlje, to znači da ta osoba možda pati od kardiovaskularnih bolesti

Nedostatak lunule ili vrlo mala lunula obično ukazuje na lošu probavu i spor metabolizam.
Kineski medicinski stručnjaci još napominju da svaki zdrav čovjek ima sedam ili osam lunula na noktima. Ako imate lunule samo na palčevima, to znači da vam bubrezi otkazuju.

Normalan nokat treba biti roze boje, čvrst i lučnog oblika, a lunula jasno vidljiva na noktima. Ona pokazuje koliko ste zdravi i energični. Što više energije imate, lunule su bjelje. U suprotnom, bit će tamnije

Lunula treba iznositi 1/5 nokta i imati oštre i čiste ivice. Ako ste bolesni, lunula će vam to pokazati promjenom boje ili smanjenjem. Kada se tijelo oporavi, lunula će ponovo izrasti na vrhu nokta.

Bijela struktura na vrhu nokta naziva se Lunula (na latinskom znači "mali mjesec") i to je veoma osjetljiv dio nokta.

Bijela boja ovog "polumjeseca" je samo prividna, zbog toga što peti temeljni sloj epiderme ‘skriva’ krvne žile koje se nalaze ispod nje. Najbolje se vidi na palcu, ali nije baš svaka lunula vidljiva. U nekim slučajevima, zanoktice su zadebljan sloj kože koji okružuje nokte na nogama i rukama i može djelimično ili u potpunosti prekriti lunulu, piše zadovoljna.hr.


Ona je zapravo vidljivi dio korijena nokta i ne bi trebala biti oštećena na bilo koji način jer ako se ošteti cijeli će nokat biti deformiran.
 
U alternativnoj medicini vjeruje se da bijeli polumjesec na noktima - lunula, može otkriti veoma važne informacije o vašem cjelokupnom zdravlju. Na primjer, tradicionalna kineska medicina smatra da nedostatak lunule ukazuje na anemiju i neuhranjenost, dok blijeda ili plava lunula ukazuje na mogućnost dijabetesa. Ako lunula kod neke osobe ima crvenkaste mrlje, to znači da ta osoba možda pati od kardiovaskularnih bolesti

Nedostatak lunule ili vrlo mala lunula obično ukazuje na lošu probavu i spor metabolizam.
Kineski medicinski stručnjaci još napominju da svaki zdrav čovjek ima sedam ili osam lunula na noktima. Ako imate lunule samo na palčevima, to znači da vam bubrezi otkazuju.

Normalan nokat treba biti roze boje, čvrst i lučnog oblika, a lunula jasno vidljiva na noktima. Ona pokazuje koliko ste zdravi i energični. Što više energije imate, lunule su bjelje. U suprotnom, bit će tamnije

Lunula treba iznositi 1/5 nokta i imati oštre i čiste ivice. Ako ste bolesni, lunula će vam to pokazati promjenom boje ili smanjenjem. Kada se tijelo oporavi, lunula će ponovo izrasti na vrhu nokta.
