Tvrtka ORCO, privatni partner državi u upravljanju “Sučanim Hvarom” uskoro bi mogla postati vlasnik Hotelsko-turističkog poduzeća “Šolta”.

Naime, traju pregovori i analiza poslovanja koja bi trebala dati konačan odgovor hoće li šoltanska tvrtka kojoj je otprije sedam godina 85-postotni vlasnik Miroslav Brkić, uskoro “oživjeti” pod upravljanjem međunarodne korporacije ORCO.

U ORCO-u nam je neslužbeno potvrđena ta informacija, uz ogradu da će odgovor dati analiza poslovanja i cijena koju su onda oni spremni ponuditi za većinski paket.

HTP Šolta ima 200 starih apartmana i 45 izgrađenih 2001. od kada je vlasnik Brkić. Tada je, doduše, bilo izgrađeno 320 apartmana, ali je većina prodana tvrtkama i pojedincima. Najveći problem HTP Šolta jest što je za gradnju tih apartmana vlasniku sredstva osigurala banka uz posredovanje i garanciju slovenskoga “Kompasa” s kojim je sklopljen ugovor o ekskluzivnom zakupu svih kapaciteta HTP-a Šolta koji ih je trebao puniti 77 dana godišnje čime bi tvrtka vratila kredit.

No, “Kompas”, saznajemo, realizira punjenje od tek 32 dana, čime HTP Šolta godišnje gubi samo na smještaju oko 800.000 eura. Iz svega je jasno da je vlasniku koji nije hotelijer trenutačno najveći interes HTP Šoltu prodati i riješiti se dugova, a neslužbeno se spominje iznos od 12 milijuna eura za HTP Šoltu. Uz apartmane, tu je i niz restorana, diskoklubova, poslovnih prostora...

Tvrtka ORCO, privatni partner državi u upravljanju “Sučanim Hvarom” uskoro bi mogla postati vlasnik Hotelsko-turističkog poduzeća “Šolta”.

Naime, traju pregovori i analiza poslovanja koja bi trebala dati konačan odgovor hoće li šoltanska tvrtka kojoj je otprije sedam godina 85-postotni vlasnik Miroslav Brkić, uskoro “oživjeti” pod upravljanjem međunarodne korporacije ORCO.

U ORCO-u nam je neslužbeno potvrđena ta informacija, uz ogradu da će odgovor dati analiza poslovanja i cijena koju su onda oni spremni ponuditi za većinski paket.

HTP Šolta ima 200 starih apartmana i 45 izgrađenih 2001. od kada je vlasnik Brkić. Tada je, doduše, bilo izgrađeno 320 apartmana, ali je većina prodana tvrtkama i pojedincima. Najveći problem HTP Šolta jest što je za gradnju tih apartmana vlasniku sredstva osigurala banka uz posredovanje i garanciju slovenskoga “Kompasa” s kojim je sklopljen ugovor o ekskluzivnom zakupu svih kapaciteta HTP-a Šolta koji ih je trebao puniti 77 dana godišnje čime bi tvrtka vratila kredit.

No, “Kompas”, saznajemo, realizira punjenje od tek 32 dana, čime HTP Šolta godišnje gubi samo na smještaju oko 800.000 eura. Iz svega je jasno da je vlasniku koji nije hotelijer trenutačno najveći interes HTP Šoltu prodati i riješiti se dugova, a neslužbeno se spominje iznos od 12 milijuna eura za HTP Šoltu. Uz apartmane, tu je i niz restorana, diskoklubova, poslovnih prostora...
