Mnogi od nas dan vole započeti pecivom, a kad je riječ o pecivima koje volimo jesti na početku dana jedno od najomiljenijih su kroasani. Volite li i vi kroasane, a nisu vam mrske zapečene, sočne stvari, obožavat ćete ideju koja je osvojila društvene mreže. Nabavite stoga koji viška i priredite ono što se naziva složencem od kroasana.
Riječ je o jelu koje se sastoji od slojeva kroasana pomiješanih s maslacem, bobičastim voće, kremastim slatkim vrhnjem i glazurom koja podsjeća na puding. Postoji nekoliko verzija ovog jela, a sve nam djeluju izvrsno, no odlučili smo se za jednu koja jamči top rezultat za samo 20 minuta.
Možete ga pripremiti i večer prije pa ujutro kratko zapeći, dok se vikendom i onih dana kad ujutro imate malo više vremena možete igrati iskušavajući različite načine slaganja kroasana i kombiniranje dodataka poput začina, orašastih plodova i raznih vrsta mliječnih proizvoda.
Ako još niste kušali složenac od kroasana, neka vam ovaj recept bude baza za nove kreacije. Količine su za više osoba pa ih prilagodite svojim potrebama. Ostatak se dobro čuva u hladnjaku do tri dana.

Složenac od kroasana
Sastojci:
240 ml slatkog vrhnja (možete koristiti i biljno)
120 g bobičastog voća
60 g nasjeckanih orašastih plodova
4 kroasana
4 jaja
1 žlica javorovog sirupa
1 žličica cimeta
1 žličica ekstrakta vanilije
1/4 žličice ekstrakta badema
korica naranče
prstohvat soli
maslac za premazivanje
šećer u prahu
Priprema:
Manju posudu za pečenje premažite maslacem. Kroasane narežite što je ravnomjernije moguće, a zatim ih posložite u posudu za pečenje.
Pomiješajte jaja, slatko vrhnje, koricu naranče, začine i sol pa smjesom prelijte kroasane. Ostavite da mješavina odleži desetak minuta kako bi se kroasani namočili, a zatim je stavite u pećnicu zagrijanu na 175 stupnjeva.
Pecite 20 minuta, a zatim izvadite iz pećnice i na vrh stavite bobice i bademe. Vratite u pećnicu na još 15-ak minuta ili dok se krema ne zgusne i ne porumeni.
Pustite da se ohladi, a zatim po vrhu pospite malo šećera u prahu i narežite.

Mnogi od nas dan vole započeti pecivom, a kad je riječ o pecivima koje volimo jesti na početku dana jedno od najomiljenijih su kroasani. Volite li i vi kroasane, a nisu vam mrske zapečene, sočne stvari, obožavat ćete ideju koja je osvojila društvene mreže. Nabavite stoga koji viška i priredite ono što se naziva složencem od kroasana.
Riječ je o jelu koje se sastoji od slojeva kroasana pomiješanih s maslacem, bobičastim voće, kremastim slatkim vrhnjem i glazurom koja podsjeća na puding. Postoji nekoliko verzija ovog jela, a sve nam djeluju izvrsno, no odlučili smo se za jednu koja jamči top rezultat za samo 20 minuta.
Možete ga pripremiti i večer prije pa ujutro kratko zapeći, dok se vikendom i onih dana kad ujutro imate malo više vremena možete igrati iskušavajući različite načine slaganja kroasana i kombiniranje dodataka poput začina, orašastih plodova i raznih vrsta mliječnih proizvoda.
Ako još niste kušali složenac od kroasana, neka vam ovaj recept bude baza za nove kreacije. Količine su za više osoba pa ih prilagodite svojim potrebama. Ostatak se dobro čuva u hladnjaku do tri dana.

Složenac od kroasana
Sastojci:
240 ml slatkog vrhnja (možete koristiti i biljno)
120 g bobičastog voća
60 g nasjeckanih orašastih plodova
4 kroasana
4 jaja
1 žlica javorovog sirupa
1 žličica cimeta
1 žličica ekstrakta vanilije
1/4 žličice ekstrakta badema
korica naranče
prstohvat soli
maslac za premazivanje
šećer u prahu
Priprema:
Manju posudu za pečenje premažite maslacem. Kroasane narežite što je ravnomjernije moguće, a zatim ih posložite u posudu za pečenje.
Pomiješajte jaja, slatko vrhnje, koricu naranče, začine i sol pa smjesom prelijte kroasane. Ostavite da mješavina odleži desetak minuta kako bi se kroasani namočili, a zatim je stavite u pećnicu zagrijanu na 175 stupnjeva.
Pecite 20 minuta, a zatim izvadite iz pećnice i na vrh stavite bobice i bademe. Vratite u pećnicu na još 15-ak minuta ili dok se krema ne zgusne i ne porumeni.
Pustite da se ohladi, a zatim po vrhu pospite malo šećera u prahu i narežite.
