Kroštule se smatraju jednim od pokladnih kolača, uz bok fritulama i krafnama, ali tako su dobre da se jedu tijekom cijele godine. Mnogi se hvale da je baš njihov recept za kroštule najbolji, najjednostavniji, najtradicionalniji, da su baš njihove kroštule najhrskavije, najsavršenije, najukusnije, no teško je reći tko je u pravu. Kad je riječ o kroštulama, puno malih detalja čini razliku, a veliku ulogu, naravno, igra i osobni ukus. Mi zagovaramo stav da je najbolji onaj recept za kroštule koji se vama najviše sviđa i zato vam, bez ikakve usporedbe, nudimo čak tri.
Prvi je starinski recept koji smo dobili od poznate splitske chefice Marije Lulić, koja je godinama uspješno radila u kultnom splitskom hotelu Park. Drugi nam je otkrila food blogerica Anka Slišković, koju smo vam nedavno predstavili u našem prilogu Stil (podsjetite se ovdje), a treći kruži društvenim mrežama kao "jednostavan i brz, a jako dobar". Pa izaberite koji vam najviše odgovara i bacite se na posao.
Marijine kroštule
Sastojci:
2 jaja
2 žlice šećera
1 vanilin šećer
8 žlica rastopljene masti
4 žlice rakije
4 žlice ruma
brašna ‘koliko popije‘
Priprema:
Pomiješajte jaja, žumanjke i oba šećera, dodajte im rastopljenu mast, rum i rakiju. U to dodajte brašna "koliko popije". Tijesto dobro izradite, pokrijte krpom i ostavite da malo odleži. Tijesto tanko razvaljajte pa izrežite trake i vežite ih u mašnice ili radite druge oblike po želji. Pržite u vrelom ulju, gotove pospite šećerom u prahu.

Ankine kroštule
Sastojci:
oko 300 g brašna
2 jaja
3 žlice rakije
2 žlice ruma
4 žlice otopljene masti
2 vanilija šećera
1 žličica šećera
prstohvat soli
Priprema:
Jaja, šećere, rakiju, prstohvat soli, rum i mast izmiksajte. Postupno dodajte brašna i umjesite tijesto. Ostavite tijesto pola sata da počiva pa ga podijelite na tri dijela i svaki razvaljajte na pobrašnjenoj podlozi i izrežite u trakice, a trakice vežite u fjoke.
Frigajte u dubokom ulju vrlo kratko dok ne dobiju malo boje. Nikako ne smiju potamniti. Vadite ih i tople pospite šećerom u prahu.
Brze i jednostavne kroštule
Sastojci:
150 g brašna
30 g šećera
1 žumanjak
1 vanilin šećer
50 ml ulja
50 ml rakije
75 ml mlijeka
korica 1/2 limuna
malo soli
Priprema:
Pomiješajte brašno, žumanjak, šećer, vanilin šećer, mlijeko, ulje, rakiju i naribanu limunovu koricu.
Tijesto razvaljajte i režite na trake pa ih oblikujte po želji i pržite na vrelom ulju dok ne porumene. Izvadite ih na kuhinjski papir, a kad se malo ohlade pospite ih šećerom u prahu.

Kroštule se smatraju jednim od pokladnih kolača, uz bok fritulama i krafnama, ali tako su dobre da se jedu tijekom cijele godine. Mnogi se hvale da je baš njihov recept za kroštule najbolji, najjednostavniji, najtradicionalniji, da su baš njihove kroštule najhrskavije, najsavršenije, najukusnije, no teško je reći tko je u pravu. Kad je riječ o kroštulama, puno malih detalja čini razliku, a veliku ulogu, naravno, igra i osobni ukus. Mi zagovaramo stav da je najbolji onaj recept za kroštule koji se vama najviše sviđa i zato vam, bez ikakve usporedbe, nudimo čak tri.
Prvi je starinski recept koji smo dobili od poznate splitske chefice Marije Lulić, koja je godinama uspješno radila u kultnom splitskom hotelu Park. Drugi nam je otkrila food blogerica Anka Slišković, koju smo vam nedavno predstavili u našem prilogu Stil (podsjetite se ovdje), a treći kruži društvenim mrežama kao "jednostavan i brz, a jako dobar". Marijine kroštule
Sastojci:
2 jaja
2 žlice šećera
1 vanilin šećer
8 žlica rastopljene masti
4 žlice rakije
4 žlice ruma
brašna ‘koliko popije‘
Priprema:
Pomiješajte jaja, žumanjke i oba šećera, dodajte im rastopljenu mast, rum i rakiju. U to dodajte brašna "koliko popije". Tijesto dobro izradite, pokrijte krpom i ostavite da malo odleži. Tijesto tanko razvaljajte pa izrežite trake i vežite ih u mašnice ili radite druge oblike po želji. Pržite u vrelom ulju, gotove pospite šećerom u prahu.

Ankine kroštule
Sastojci:
oko 300 g brašna
2 jaja
3 žlice rakije
2 žlice ruma
4 žlice otopljene masti
2 vanilija šećera
1 žličica šećera
prstohvat soli
Priprema:
Jaja, šećere, rakiju, prstohvat soli, rum i mast izmiksajte. Postupno dodajte brašna i umjesite tijesto. Ostavite tijesto pola sata da počiva pa ga podijelite na tri dijela i svaki razvaljajte na pobrašnjenoj podlozi i izrežite u trakice, a trakice vežite u fjoke.
Frigajte u dubokom ulju vrlo kratko dok ne dobiju malo boje. Nikako ne smiju potamniti. Vadite ih i tople pospite šećerom u prahu.
Brze i jednostavne kroštule
Sastojci:
150 g brašna
30 g šećera
1 žumanjak
1 vanilin šećer
50 ml ulja
50 ml rakije
75 ml mlijeka
korica 1/2 limuna
malo soli
Priprema:
Pomiješajte brašno, žumanjak, šećer, vanilin šećer, mlijeko, ulje, rakiju i naribanu limunovu koricu.
Tijesto razvaljajte i režite na trake pa ih oblikujte po želji i pržite na vrelom ulju dok ne porumene. Izvadite ih na kuhinjski papir, a kad se malo ohlade pospite ih šećerom u prahu.
