Popularni cheesecake je zbog jednostavne pripreme i savršeno kremastog okusa vrlo brzo dobio na popularnosti. Savršeno se ljubi s raznim dodatcima: voće, keksi, čokoladice,... ma nema toga s čim ne paše. 

U moru recepata ovog poznatog kolača sa sirom, jedan nam je privukao posebnu pažnju. Kombinacija cheesecakea i slane karamele naš je apsolutni favorit. Sam pogled na sastojke uvjerit će vas da je vrijedan kušanja, a tek kad ga pripremite po ovom receptu - fantazija!

Cheesecake sa slanom karamelom 

Sastojci:

Slani karamel:

200 g šećera
300 ml vrhnja za šlag
60 g maslaca 
prstohvat morske soli

Cheesecake:

250 g keksa
30 g prženih badema u listićima
100 g maslaca 
100 g bijele čokolade 
400 ml vrhnja za šlag
600 g punomasnog krem ​​sira
50 g šećera u prahu 

Crumble:

1 žličica suncokretovog ulja
30 g badema u listićima
70 g šećera
prstohvat morske soli

Priprema: 

Premažite i obložite dno i stranice okruglog kalupa za torte promjera 20 cm maslacem i papirom za pečenje.

Prvo napravite slani karamel. Zagrijte veliku tavu na srednje jakoj vatri. Pospite šećerom u prahu i vrtite posudu tako da ravnomjerno prekrije podlogu. Bez miješanja ostavite šećer da se otopi do duboke zlatne boje, ako je potrebno prilagodite toplinu da se šećer dodatno otopi. Pažljivo dodajte vrhnje i maslac. Vratite na srednju vatru i ostavite da se stvaraju mjehurići uz povremeno miješanje dok ne dobijete glatku karamelu, otprilike jednu do dvije minute. Kad se dovoljno ohladi, začinite prstohvatom morske soli. Slanu karamelu ulijte u steriliziranu staklenku i ostavite sa strane.

Kekse u multipraktiku usitnite u mrvice. Pomiješajte bademe i maslac dok se dobro ne sjedine, zatim stavite u pripremljeni kalup za pečenje i zagladite stražnjom stranom žlice. Ohladite u hladnjaku dok ne zatreba.

Otopite bijelu čokoladu na pari, a u posebnoj velikoj zdjeli izmiksajte vrhnje, krem ​​sir i šećer u prahu oko jednu do dvije minute te dodajte bijelu čokoladu. Žlicom prelijte pola smjese na podlogu od keksa, zatim premažite s četiri žlice slane karamele i prelijte preostalom smjesom od sira. Zagladite vrh, pokrijte i ohladite u hladnjaku najmanje 2 sata ili najviše 48 sati.

Za izradu lomljive komponente malo nauljite manji pleh. Dodajte bademe u tavu postavljenu na srednje jaku vatru i pržite ih jednu do dvije minute dok ne porumene. Izvadite ih iz tave, a zatim pospite šećerom i promiješajte, dopuštajući da se ravnomjerno karameliziraju do tamno zlatne boje. Zatim vratite nakratko na vatru, ako je potrebno, da potaknete šećer da se karamelizira. Izlijte na lim za pečenje, pospite preko badema i potpuno ohladite dok ne postane tvrdo, prije nego što se razbije na komade.

Kada se kolač od sira stegne, izvadite ga iz kalupa i prelijte i ukrasite preostalom slanom karamelom.

Popularni cheesecake je zbog jednostavne pripreme i savršeno kremastog okusa vrlo brzo dobio na popularnosti. Savršeno se ljubi s raznim dodatcima: voće, keksi, čokoladice,... ma nema toga s čim ne paše. 

U moru recepata ovog poznatog kolača sa sirom, jedan nam je privukao posebnu pažnju. Kombinacija cheesecakea i slane karamele naš je apsolutni favorit. Sam pogled na sastojke uvjerit će vas da je vrijedan kušanja, a tek kad ga pripremite po ovom receptu - fantazija!

Cheesecake sa slanom karamelom 

Sastojci:

Slani karamel:

200 g šećera
300 ml vrhnja za šlag
60 g maslaca 
prstohvat morske soli

Cheesecake:

250 g keksa
30 g prženih badema u listićima
100 g maslaca 
100 g bijele čokolade 
400 ml vrhnja za šlag
600 g punomasnog krem ​​sira
50 g šećera u prahu 

Crumble:

1 žličica suncokretovog ulja
30 g badema u listićima
70 g šećera
prstohvat morske soli

Priprema: 

Premažite i obložite dno i stranice okruglog kalupa za torte promjera 20 cm maslacem i papirom za pečenje.

Prvo napravite slani karamel. Zagrijte veliku tavu na srednje jakoj vatri. Pospite šećerom u prahu i vrtite posudu tako da ravnomjerno prekrije podlogu. Bez miješanja ostavite šećer da se otopi do duboke zlatne boje, ako je potrebno prilagodite toplinu da se šećer dodatno otopi. Pažljivo dodajte vrhnje i maslac. Vratite na srednju vatru i ostavite da se stvaraju mjehurići uz povremeno miješanje dok ne dobijete glatku karamelu, otprilike jednu do dvije minute. Kad se dovoljno ohladi, začinite prstohvatom morske soli. Slanu karamelu ulijte u steriliziranu staklenku i ostavite sa strane.

Kekse u multipraktiku usitnite u mrvice. Pomiješajte bademe i maslac dok se dobro ne sjedine, zatim stavite u pripremljeni kalup za pečenje i zagladite stražnjom stranom žlice. Ohladite u hladnjaku dok ne zatreba.

Popularni cheesecake je zbog jednostavne pripreme i savršeno kremastog okusa vrlo brzo dobio na popularnosti. Savršeno se ljubi s raznim dodatcima: voće, keksi, čokoladice,... ma nema toga s čim ne paše. 

U moru recepata ovog poznatog kolača sa sirom, jedan nam je privukao posebnu pažnju. Kombinacija cheesecakea i slane karamele naš je apsolutni favorit. Sam pogled na sastojke uvjerit će vas da je vrijedan kušanja, a tek kad ga pripremite po ovom receptu - fantazija!

Cheesecake sa slanom karamelom 

Sastojci:

Slani karamel:

200 g šećera
300 ml vrhnja za šlag
60 g maslaca 
prstohvat morske soli

Cheesecake:

250 g keksa
30 g prženih badema u listićima
100 g maslaca 
100 g bijele čokolade 
400 ml vrhnja za šlag
600 g punomasnog krem ​​sira
50 g šećera u prahu 

Crumble:

1 žličica suncokretovog ulja
30 g badema u listićima
70 g šećera
prstohvat morske soli

Priprema: 

Premažite i obložite dno i stranice okruglog kalupa za torte promjera 20 cm maslacem i papirom za pečenje.

Prvo napravite slani karamel. Zagrijte veliku tavu na srednje jakoj vatri. Pospite šećerom u prahu i vrtite posudu tako da ravnomjerno prekrije podlogu. Bez miješanja ostavite šećer da se otopi do duboke zlatne boje, ako je potrebno prilagodite toplinu da se šećer dodatno otopi. Pažljivo dodajte vrhnje i maslac. Vratite na srednju vatru i ostavite da se stvaraju mjehurići uz povremeno miješanje dok ne dobijete glatku karamelu, otprilike jednu do dvije minute. Kad se dovoljno ohladi, začinite prstohvatom morske soli. Slanu karamelu ulijte u steriliziranu staklenku i ostavite sa strane.

Kekse u multipraktiku usitnite u mrvice. Pomiješajte bademe i maslac dok se dobro ne sjedine, zatim stavite u pripremljeni kalup za pečenje i zagladite stražnjom stranom žlice. Ohladite u hladnjaku dok ne zatreba.
