Neki recepti su toliko dobri da su naširoko poznati, a takav je recept za kifliće koji je i nama postao najdraži. Njegova je ljepota u jednostavnosti pripreme, ali i u savršenom rezultatu: neodoljivo mekanim kiflićima koji su toliko dobri da im punjenje ni ne treba, ali ga ipak izvrsno podnose, bilo da je riječ o slatkom ili slanom nadjevu.
Nama su najdraži sa slaninom, ali jako su dobri i s pestom, a kad se zaželimo slatkih, nema nam do Nutelle...
Spomenuli smo da je recept naširoko poznat i to je točno, godinam se prepisivao iz bilježnice u bilježnicu, zatim je stekao popularnost po forumima, a u posljednje je vrijeme hit na društvenim mrežama.

Kiflići sa sezamom
Sastojci:
500 g glatkog brašna
180 ml kiselog vrhnja
180 ml mlijeka
80 ml ulja
1 jaje
1 instant suhi kvasac
1 vrećica praška za pecivo
1 žlica šećera
2 žličice soli
2 žličice sezama
Priprema:
Pomiješajte brašno, kvasac, prašak za pecivo, šećer i sol. Posebno izmiješajte ulje, vrhnje i toplo mlijeko. Dodajte smjesu s mlijekom u smjesu s brašnom pa umijesite glatko tijesto.
Podijelite tijesto na četiri dijela pa svaki razvaljajte u krug na otprilike pola centimetra debljine. Svaki krug zatim podijelite na trokute pa na najširi dio svakog trokuta stavite nadjev po izboru te zarolajte prema najužem dijelu.
Dobivene kifliće posložite na lim za pečenje prekriven papirom za pečenje pa ih premažite razmućenim jajem i pospite sezamom.
Pustite kifliće da odstoje dvadesetak minuta do pola sata pa ih pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 200 stupnjeva 20-25 minuta.

Neki recepti su toliko dobri da su naširoko poznati, a takav je recept za kifliće koji je i nama postao najdraži. Njegova je ljepota u jednostavnosti pripreme, ali i u savršenom rezultatu: neodoljivo mekanim kiflićima koji su toliko dobri da im punjenje ni ne treba, ali ga ipak izvrsno podnose, bilo da je riječ o slatkom ili slanom nadjevu.

Spomenuli smo da je recept naširoko poznat i to je točno, godinam se prepisivao iz bilježnice u bilježnicu, zatim je stekao popularnost po forumima, a u posljednje je vrijeme hit na društvenim mrežama.

Kiflići sa sezamom
Sastojci:
500 g glatkog brašna
180 ml kiselog vrhnja
180 ml mlijeka
80 ml ulja
1 jaje
1 instant suhi kvasac
1 vrećica praška za pecivo
1 žlica šećera
2 žličice soli
2 žličice sezama
Priprema:
Pomiješajte brašno, kvasac, prašak za pecivo, šećer i sol. Posebno izmiješajte ulje, vrhnje i toplo mlijeko. Dodajte smjesu s mlijekom u smjesu s brašnom pa umijesite glatko tijesto.
Podijelite tijesto na četiri dijela pa svaki razvaljajte u krug na otprilike pola centimetra debljine. Svaki krug zatim podijelite na trokute pa na najširi dio svakog trokuta stavite nadjev po izboru te zarolajte prema najužem dijelu.
Dobivene kifliće posložite na lim za pečenje prekriven papirom za pečenje pa ih premažite razmućenim jajem i pospite sezamom.
Pustite kifliće da odstoje dvadesetak minuta do pola sata pa ih pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 200 stupnjeva 20-25 minuta.
