Jeste li čuli za mostarske uštipke? Riječ je o starinskom receptu za istinsku poslasticu, koja je unatoč tome što se radi od najjednostavnijih sastojaka pravi užitak za nepce. Osobito ako se posluži uz livanjski sir, sir iz mijeha ili neku od suhomesnatih delicija toga kraja. Obavezno isprobajte!

Mostarski uštipci

Sastojci:

400 g brašna
150 g masti
100 ml mlake vode
2 dl kiselog mlijeka
20 g svježeg kvasca
sol
ulje za prženje

Priprema:

Kvasac izmrvite i pomiješajte sa 100 ml mlake vode i žlicom brašna pa ostavite da naraste.

Dodajte ga brašnu, zajedno sa kiselim mlijekom i omekšanom masti (možete je zamijeniti uljem ili otopljenim maslacem). Dodajte još i sol pa sve dobro izmiješajte pa pustite da se pokriveno diže oko sat vremena.

Nakon toga žlicom vadite tijesto i pržite ga u vrelom ulju dok obje strane ne uhvate lijepu boju.

Jeste li čuli za mostarske uštipke? Riječ je o starinskom receptu za istinsku poslasticu, koja je unatoč tome što se radi od najjednostavnijih sastojaka pravi užitak za nepce. Osobito ako se posluži uz livanjski sir, sir iz mijeha ili neku od suhomesnatih delicija toga kraja. Obavezno isprobajte!

Mostarski uštipci

Sastojci:

400 g brašna
150 g masti
100 ml mlake vode
2 dl kiselog mlijeka
20 g svježeg kvasca
sol
ulje za prženje

Priprema:

Kvasac izmrvite i pomiješajte sa 100 ml mlake vode i žlicom brašna pa ostavite da naraste.

Dodajte ga brašnu, zajedno sa kiselim mlijekom i omekšanom masti (možete je zamijeniti uljem ili otopljenim maslacem). Dodajte još i sol pa sve dobro izmiješajte pa pustite da se pokriveno diže oko sat vremena.

Nakon toga žlicom vadite tijesto i pržite ga u vrelom ulju dok obje strane ne uhvate lijepu boju.

Jeste li čuli za mostarske uštipke? Riječ je o starinskom receptu za istinsku poslasticu, koja je unatoč tome što se radi od najjednostavnijih sastojaka pravi užitak za nepce. Osobito ako se posluži uz livanjski sir, sir iz mijeha ili neku od suhomesnatih delicija toga kraja. Obavezno isprobajte!

Mostarski uštipci

Sastojci:

400 g brašna
150 g masti
100 ml mlake vode
2 dl kiselog mlijeka
20 g svježeg kvasca
sol
ulje za prženje

Priprema:

Kvasac izmrvite i pomiješajte sa 100 ml mlake vode i žlicom brašna pa ostavite da naraste.

Dodajte ga brašnu, zajedno sa kiselim mlijekom i omekšanom masti (možete je zamijeniti uljem ili otopljenim maslacem). Dodajte još i sol pa sve dobro izmiješajte pa pustite da se pokriveno diže oko sat vremena.

Nakon toga žlicom vadite tijesto i pržite ga u ...
