Znate ono kad vam se jede nešto fino, a ni sami niste sigurni što bi to trebalo biti? Pa ne znate čak ni jede li vam se slano ili slatko, ali u jedno ste sigurni: ne da vam se puno gnjaviti. E pa za takve trenutke i prilike sačuvajte recept za brzinske uštipke: ne zahtijeva kvasac pa nema gnjavaže s čekanjem i dizanjem, a kako im je okus neutralan, moći ćete ih kombinirati sa suhomesnatim delikatesama ili pak sa slatkim namazima.

Možda se brinete da će vam upiti puno ulja? Nema razloga za to, otkrit ćemo vam tajnu: nemojte škrtariti na alkoholu. Mislimo na onaj koji ćete dodati u tijesto, a po pitanju onoga koji ćete eventualno popiti dok grickate uštipke nećemo vam se miješati...

Brzinski uštipci

Sastojci:

125 g brašna
120 ml kieslog vrhnja ili jogurta
4 žlice rakije
4 jaja
1 vrećica praška za pecivo
ulje i mast za prženje
sol

Priprema:

Izmiješajte jaja, jogurt i rakiju pa im dodajte brašno, prašak za pecivo i malo soli. Tijesto bi trebalo biti malo gušće od onoga za palačinke pa po potrebi dodajte još malo brašna ili vode.

Zagrijte ulje i mast u široj posudi, treba biti vruće, ali ne smije se dimiti. Velikom žlicom vadite tijesto i oblikujte ga po svom guštu pa ga pržite dok ne uhvati lijepu boju.

Znate ono kad vam se jede nešto fino, a ni sami niste sigurni što bi to trebalo biti? Pa ne znate čak ni jede li vam se slano ili slatko, ali u jedno ste sigurni: ne da vam se puno gnjaviti. E pa za takve trenutke i prilike sačuvajte recept za brzinske uštipke: ne zahtijeva kvasac pa nema gnjavaže s čekanjem i dizanjem, a kako im je okus neutralan, moći ćete ih kombinirati sa suhomesnatim delikatesama ili pak sa slatkim namazima.

Možda se brinete da će vam upiti puno ulja? Nema razloga za to, otkrit ćemo vam tajnu: nemojte škrtariti na alkoholu. Mislimo na onaj koji ćete dodati u tijesto, a po pitanju onoga koji ćete eventualno popiti dok grickate uštipke nećemo vam se miješati...

Brzinski uštipci

Sastojci:

125 g brašna
120 ml kieslog vrhnja ili jogurta
4 žlice rakije
4 jaja
1 vrećica praška za pecivo
ulje i mast za prženje
sol

Priprema:

Izmiješajte jaja, jogurt i rakiju pa im dodajte brašno, prašak za pecivo i malo soli. Tijesto bi trebalo biti malo gušće od onoga za palačinke pa po potrebi dodajte još malo brašna ili vode.

Zagrijte ulje i mast u široj posudi, treba biti vruće, ali ne smije se dimiti. Velikom žlicom vadite tijesto i oblikujte ga po svom guštu pa ga pržite dok ne uhvati lijepu boju.

Znate ono kad vam se jede nešto fino, a ni sami niste sigurni što bi to trebalo biti? Pa ne znate čak ni jede li vam se slano ili slatko, ali u jedno ste sigurni: ne da vam se puno gnjaviti. E pa za takve trenutke i prilike sačuvajte recept za brzinske uštipke: ne zahtijeva kvasac pa nema gnjavaže s čekanjem i dizanjem, a kako im je okus neutralan, moći ćete ih kombinirati sa suhomesnatim delikatesama ili pak sa slatkim namazima.

Možda se brinete da će vam upiti puno ulja? Nema razloga za to, otkrit ćemo vam tajnu: nemojte škrtariti na alkoholu. Mislimo na onaj koji ćete dodati u tijesto, a po pitanju onoga koji ćete eventualno popiti dok grickate uštipke nećemo vam se miješati...

Brzinski uštipci

Sastojci:

125 g brašna
120 ml kieslog vrhnja ili jogurta
4 žlice rakije
4 jaja
1 vrećica praška za pecivo
ulje i mast za prženje
sol

Priprema:

Izmiješajte jaja, jogurt i rakiju pa im dodajte brašno, prašak za pecivo i malo soli. Tijesto bi trebalo biti malo gušće od onoga za palačinke pa po potrebi dodajte još malo brašna ili vode.

Zagrijte ulje i mast u široj posudi, treba biti vruće, ali ne smije se dimiti. Velikom žlicom vadite tijesto i oblikujte ga po svom guštu pa ga pržite dok ne uhvati lijepu boju.
