Uskok je nakon provedene istrage podigao optužnicu protiv zaposlenice Hrvatskog zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje (HZMO), njene dvije pomagačice i 18 osoba kojima je navodno povećala mirovine za nagradu od tisuću do dvije tisuće eura.
Nekadašnju voditeljicu Referade utvrđivanja beneficiranog radnog staža, a potom i šeficu Odsjeka za kontrolu podataka iz mirovinskog osiguranja Uskok tereti da je od srpnja 2011. do kolovoza 2018. "pristala ishoditi neosnovano povećanje mirovina većem broju zainteresiranih osoba".
Oni su joj neposredno ili posredstvom drugookrivljene dali novčanu nagradu od 1000 do 2000 eura i dostavljali potrebne podatke, kažu u tužiteljstvu.
Nakon što bi osobe zainteresirane za nepripadno uvećanje iznosa mirovine drugookrivljenoj osobno ili posredstvom trećeokrivljene dostavile potrebne podatke, prvookrivljena je neovlašteno se koristeći korisničkim imenima podređenih djelatnika, u bazi podataka aktivnih osiguranika HZMO-a neosnovano uvećavala podatke o visini plaće budućih korisnika mirovine, evidentirala podatke o stažu osiguranja i neosnovano uvećavala godine radnog staža.
Na temelju izmijenjenih podataka, u postupku priznavanja prava na mirovinu, odnosno u postupku njenog izračuna, omogućila je nepripadno uvećanje mirovina za ukupno 18 osoba, izvijestio je Uskok.
Od primljenih novčanih nagrada drugookrivljena je zadržavala jednu desetinu, dok je ostatak predavala prvookrivljenoj na koji su način pribavile protupravnu imovinsku korist i to prvookrivljena ukupno 31.220 eura, a drugookrivljena 2.730 eura, ističe Uskok.
Prvookrivljenu, osim toga, terete da je na isti način, ali bez utvrđenog primanja novčane nagrade, omogućila nepripadno uvećanje mirovine za još 21 korisnika mirovinskog sustava.
Ostali okrivljenici koji su davali novčane nagrade terete se za kaznena djela davanja mita.
U optužnici se predlaže od prvookrivljene i drugookrivljene oduzeti imovinsku korist koju su pribavile kaznenim djelima koja im se stavljaju na teret, izvijestio je Uskok.

Uskok je nakon provedene istrage podigao optužnicu protiv zaposlenice Hrvatskog zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje (HZMO), njene dvije pomagačice i 18 osoba kojima je navodno povećala mirovine za nagradu od tisuću do dvije tisuće eura.
Nekadašnju voditeljicu Referade utvrđivanja beneficiranog radnog staža, a potom i šeficu Odsjeka za kontrolu podataka iz mirovinskog osiguranja Uskok tereti da je od srpnja 2011. do kolovoza 2018. "pristala ishoditi neosnovano povećanje mirovina većem broju zainteresiranih osoba".
Oni su joj neposredno ili posredstvom drugookrivljene dali novčanu nagradu od 1000 do 2000 eura i dostavljali potrebne podatke, kažu u tužiteljstvu.
Nakon što bi osobe zainteresirane za nepripadno uvećanje iznosa mirovine drugookrivljenoj osobno ili posredstvom trećeokrivljene dostavile potrebne podatke, prvookrivljena je neovlašteno se koristeći korisničkim imenima podređenih djelatnika, u bazi podataka aktivnih osiguranika HZMO-a neosnovano uvećavala podatke o visini plaće budućih korisnika mirovine, evidentirala podatke o stažu osiguranja i neosnovano uvećavala godine radnog staža.
Na temelju izmijenjenih podataka, u postupku priznavanja prava na mirovinu, odnosno u postupku njenog izračuna, omogućila je nepripadno uvećanje mirovina za ukupno 18 osoba, izvijestio je Uskok.
Od primljenih novčanih nagrada drugookrivljena je zadržavala jednu desetinu, dok je ostatak predavala prvookrivljenoj na koji su način pribavile protupravnu imovinsku korist i to prvookrivljena ukupno 31.220 eura, a drugookrivljena 2.730 eura, ističe Uskok.
Prvookrivljenu, osim toga, terete da je na isti način, ali bez utvrđenog primanja novčane nagrade, omogućila nepripadno uvećanje mirovine za još 21 korisnika mirovinskog sustava.
Ostali okrivljenici koji su davali novčane nagrade terete se za kaznena djela davanja mita.
U optužnici se predlaže od prvookrivljene i drugookrivljene oduzeti imovinsku korist koju su pribavile kaznenim djelima koja im se stavljaju na teret, izvijestio je Uskok.
