Nažalost povremeno možemo pročitati da se teške prometne nesreće događaju zato što je vozač zaspao za volanom. Ta se pojava naziva mikro snom.

Mikro san karakterizira trajanje između dvije i četiri sekunde, pri čemu se vozač "isključuje" i ne shvaća što se događa, osim što vjeruje da se radi o nedostatku koncentracije.

Prema istraživanju Nacionalne uprave za sigurnost u prometu Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, kada vozač vozi brzinom od 80 km na sat i doživi mikro san na samo 3 sekunde, on tada naslijepo vozi više od 50 metara. Klimanje glavom, nehotično zatvaranje očiju i usporene reakcije, karakteristični su simptomi koji prethode mikro snu.

Nedostatak odmora, posebice nakon intenzivnog radnog dana, dovodi do umora i pospanosti, a pojačava se i nakon obilnog ručka ili večere. Prema Nacionalnoj agenciji za sigurnost cestovnog prometa, vremenska razdoblja između 10 i 12 sati noću, dva i pet sati ujutro, kao i rano poslijepodne između dva i četiri sata, trenuci su u kojima umorni organizam najlakše zaspi. Ako primjećujete simptome, najbolje je stati na sigurnom mjestu, uzeti stanku te popiti piće, piše HAK revija.

Sve ovo naravno ne smije se podcjenjivati jer smo svjedoci da se mikro san zna dogoditi mnogima, pa i profesionalnim vozačima autobusa. Zato se treba pridržavati savjeta o odmaranju i pridržavanju pehrambenih savjeta.

Nažalost povremeno možemo pročitati da se teške prometne nesreće događaju zato što je vozač zaspao za volanom. Ta se pojava naziva mikro snom.

Mikro san karakterizira trajanje između dvije i četiri sekunde, pri čemu se vozač "isključuje" i ne shvaća što se događa, osim što vjeruje da se radi o nedostatku koncentracije.

Prema istraživanju Nacionalne uprave za sigurnost u prometu Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, kada vozač vozi brzinom od 80 km na sat i doživi mikro san na samo 3 sekunde, on tada naslijepo vozi više od 50 metara. Klimanje glavom, nehotično zatvaranje očiju i usporene reakcije, karakteristični su simptomi koji prethode mikro snu.

Nedostatak odmora, posebice nakon intenzivnog radnog dana, dovodi do umora i pospanosti, a pojačava se i nakon obilnog ručka ili večere. Prema Nacionalnoj agenciji za sigurnost cestovnog prometa, vremenska razdoblja između 10 i 12 sati noću, dva i pet sati ujutro, kao i rano poslijepodne između dva i četiri sata, trenuci su u kojima umorni organizam najlakše zaspi. Ako primjećujete simptome, najbolje je stati na sigurnom mjestu, uzeti stanku te popiti piće, piše HAK revija.

Nažalost povremeno možemo pročitati da se teške prometne nesreće događaju zato što je vozač zaspao za volanom. Ta se pojava naziva mikro snom.

Mikro san karakterizira trajanje između dvije i četiri sekunde, pri čemu se vozač "isključuje" i ne shvaća što se događa, osim što vjeruje da se radi o nedostatku koncentracije.

Prema istraživanju Nacionalne uprave za sigurnost u prometu Sjedinjenih Američkih Država, kada vozač vozi brzinom od 80 km na sat i doživi mikro san na samo 3 sekunde, on tada naslijepo vozi više od 50 metara. Klimanje glavom, nehotično zatvaranje očiju i usporene reakcije, karakteristični su simptomi koji prethode mikro snu.

Nedostatak odmora, posebice nakon intenzivnog radnog dana, dovodi do umora i pospanosti, a pojačava se i nakon obilnog ručka ...
