Društvo SEAT S.A. je održalo svoju godišnju konferenciju za novinare na kojoj su objavljeni doista odlični poslovni rezultati za 2022., ali i sljedeći koraci njihove strategije. Promet društva porastao je 14 posto s 9256 na 10.513 milijuna eura. Ovo je drugi najveći promet u 73-godišnjoj povijesti marke, iza rekordnih 11.157 milijuna eura iz 2019. godine.
Operativna dobit porasla je za 550 milijuna eura na 179 milijuna eura (2021. -371 milijun eura), prije jednokratnih troškova restrukturiranja od 293 milijuna eura. To predstavlja poboljšanje povrata od prodaje od 5,7 postotnih bodova, s negativnih četiri posto na pozitivnih 1,7 posto. Dobit je nakon oporezivanja porasla je za 324 milijuna eura na 68 milijuna eura (2021. -256 milijuna eura). Rezultati potvrđuju da je 2022. godina bila godina financijskog preokreta društva.
– Stavljanje marke Cupra na prvo mjesto, provedba novog plana smanjenja troškova i preoblikovanje načina rada bili su ključni za jamstvo dugoročne stabilnosti poslovanja. Društvo SEAT S.A. također je napravilo veliki korak naprijed prema elektrifikaciji kada se, zajedno s Volkswagen koncernom, PowerCo i Future: Fast Forward partnerima, obvezalo uložiti deset milijardi eura u transformaciju Španjolske u europsko središte za električna vozila – rekao je Wayne Griffiths, izvršni direktor SEAT-a.

Ovim ulaganjem i snažnijom poslovnom strukturom, SEAT S.A. će 2023. krenuti punom brzinom s elektrifikacijom tvornice u Martorellu i pripremiti se za najveću proizvodnu ofenzivu marke Cupra, koja započinje 2024. godine. Društvo je već krenulo jako u 2023. godinu sa 71.500 isporuka u prva dva mjeseca tekuće godine. To je porast od 27 posto u usporedbi s istim razdobljem 2022. i pruža temelj za povećanje prodaje. Isporuke marke Seat porasle su za 12 posto, dok marka Cupra nastavlja doživljavati eksponencijalni rast s povećanjem od 75 posto.
Tijekom 2022., automobilska se industrija nastavila suočavati s izazovima, uključujući nestašicu poluvodiča. Ti su čimbenici ograničili globalne proizvodne kapacitet društva, koji su ostali na sličnim razinama kao 2021. s blizu 480.000 proizvedenih vozila, ali daleko ispod brojki prije pandemije. Međutim, tvrtka je unatoč tim vanjskim utjecajima postigla značajan financijski preokret.
Dobit prije kamata, poreza i amortizacije (EBITDA) porasla je s 278 milijuna eura u 2021. na 798 milijuna eura, prije jednokratnih troškova restrukturiranja. To je najviša razina u posljednjih pet godina. Društvo je nastavilo svojim strateškim investicijskim putem, s 880 milijuna eura koji su otišli na ulaganja i troškove istraživanja i razvoja tijekom 2022. godine. To je pokazatelj stalne predanosti društva predstavljanju budućih proizvoda na tržištu i nastavku izgradnje marke Cupra.
Transformacija društva s motora na izgaranje prema elektrifikaciji kreće se velikom brzinom, utirući put novom poglavlju rasta u povijesti društva. Na godišnjoj konferenciji za novinare, za 2023. najavljeno je ubrzanje ključnih projekata uključujući vlastitu elektrifikaciju i organizacijsku transformaciju, kao i povećani fokus na poticanje rasta svoje marke Cupra.

Ove godine obilježava se 30. obljetnica tvornice u Martorellu, a SEAT ulaže ukupno tri milijarde eura u njezinu elektrifikaciju. Martorell će postati jedno od proizvodnih središta za električna vozila Volkswagen koncerna i ključni dio lanca vrijednosti električnih vozila u Španjolskoj. Nadalje, SEAT će voditi klaster Volkswagen koncerna za razvoj malih BEV vozila, obitelji vozila koja će demokratizirati održivu urbanu mobilnost. Do 2025. Martorell će proizvoditi električna vozila za različite marke koncerna.
Ambicija koncerna je ukupna proizvodnja od tri milijuna BEV vozila u tvornicama u Martorellu i Pamploni između 2025. i 2030. godine. SEAT također naporno radi na tvornici za sklapanje baterijskih paketa i drugoj platformi vozila za Martorell, s ciljem povećanja svog udjela u lancu vrijednosti električnih vozila i dugoročnog zadržavanja konkurentnosti.
Marka Cupra ima ambiciju postati jednom od 100 najboljih globalnih marki do 2030. godine. Kako bi postigla ovaj cilj, imat će podršku svojih šest poluga za budući rast koje uključuju globalizaciju marke. Samo ove godine marka Cupra planira otvoriti nove City Garages u Berlinu, Madridu, Manchesteru i Parizu. Kao dio ambicije postajanja istinskom globalnom markom, Cupra trenutačno analizira ulazak na tržište Sjeverne Amerike. Testira marku kod potencijalnih kupaca, a dosadašnji su rezultati obećavajući i pozitivni. K tomu, planira dodatnih 500 novih Cupra Mastera tijekom 2023., čime bi ih ukupno bilo 2000.
Marka se trenutačno priprema za svoju najveću proizvodnu ofenzivu do sada koja počinje 2024. uvođenjem modela Cupra Tavascan i Terramar na tržište, a zatim i modela Cupra UrbanRebel tijekom 2025. godine. Ovi novi modeli omogućit će marki ulazak u nove segmente i na nova tržišta i postizanje srednjoročnog cilja prodaje od 500.000 vozila godišnje.

Društvo SEAT S.A. je održalo svoju godišnju konferenciju za novinare na kojoj su objavljeni doista odlični poslovni rezultati za 2022., ali i sljedeći koraci njihove strategije. Promet društva porastao je 14 posto s 9256 na 10.513 milijuna eura. Ovo je drugi najveći promet u 73-godišnjoj povijesti marke, iza rekordnih 11.157 milijuna eura iz 2019. godine.
Operativna dobit porasla je za 550 milijuna eura na 179 milijuna eura (2021. -371 milijun eura), prije jednokratnih troškova restrukturiranja od 293 milijuna eura. To predstavlja poboljšanje povrata od prodaje od 5,7 postotnih bodova, s negativnih četiri posto na pozitivnih 1,7 posto. Dobit je nakon oporezivanja porasla je za 324 milijuna eura na 68 milijuna eura (2021. -256 milijuna eura). Rezultati potvrđuju da je 2022. godina bila godina financijskog preokreta društva.
– Stavljanje marke Cupra na prvo mjesto, provedba novog plana smanjenja troškova i preoblikovanje načina rada bili su ključni za jamstvo dugoročne stabilnosti poslovanja. Društvo SEAT S.A. također je napravilo veliki korak naprijed prema elektrifikaciji kada se, zajedno s Volkswagen koncernom, PowerCo i Future: Fast Forward partnerima, obvezalo uložiti deset milijardi eura u transformaciju Španjolske u europsko središte za električna vozila – rekao je Wayne Griffiths, izvršni direktor SEAT-a.

Ovim ulaganjem i snažnijom poslovnom strukturom, SEAT S.A. će 2023. krenuti punom brzinom s elektrifikacijom tvornice u Martorellu i pripremiti se za najveću proizvodnu ofenzivu marke Cupra, koja započinje 2024. godine. Društvo je već krenulo jako u 2023. godinu sa 71.500 isporuka u prva dva mjeseca tekuće godine. To je porast od 27 posto u usporedbi s istim razdobljem 2022. i pruža temelj za povećanje prodaje. Isporuke marke Seat porasle su za 12 posto, dok marka Cupra nastavlja doživljavati eksponencijalni rast s povećanjem od 75 posto.
Tijekom 2022., automobilska se industrija nastavila suočavati s izazovima, uključujući nestašicu poluvodiča. Ti su čimbenici ograničili globalne proizvodne kapacitet društva, koji su ostali na sličnim razinama kao 2021. s blizu 480.000 proizvedenih vozila, ali daleko ispod brojki prije pandemije. Međutim, tvrtka je unatoč tim vanjskim utjecajima postigla značajan financijski preokret.
Dobit prije kamata, poreza i amortizacije (EBITDA) porasla je s 278 milijuna eura u 2021. na 798 milijuna eura, prije jednokratnih troškova restrukturiranja. To je najviša razina u posljednjih pet godina. Društvo je nastavilo svojim strateškim investicijskim putem, s 880 milijuna eura koji su otišli na ulaganja i troškove istraživanja i razvoja tijekom 2022. godine. To je pokazatelj stalne predanosti društva predstavljanju budućih proizvoda na tržištu i nastavku izgradnje marke Cupra.
Transformacija društva s motora na izgaranje prema elektrifikaciji kreće se velikom brzinom, utirući put novom poglavlju rasta u povijesti društva. Na godišnjoj konferenciji za novinare, za 2023. najavljeno je ubrzanje ključnih projekata uključujući vlastitu elektrifikaciju i organizacijsku transformaciju, kao i povećani fokus na poticanje rasta svoje marke Cupra.

Ove godine obilježava se 30. obljetnica tvornice u Martorellu, a SEAT ulaže ukupno tri milijarde eura u njezinu elektrifikaciju. Martorell će postati jedno od proizvodnih središta za električna vozila Volkswagen koncerna i ključni dio lanca vrijednosti električnih vozila u Španjolskoj. Nadalje, SEAT će voditi klaster Volkswagen koncerna za razvoj malih BEV vozila, obitelji vozila koja će demokratizirati održivu urbanu mobilnost. Do 2025. Martorell će proizvoditi električna vozila za različite marke koncerna.
Ambicija koncerna je ukupna proizvodnja od tri milijuna BEV vozila u tvornicama u Martorellu i Pamploni između 2025. i 2030. godine. SEAT također naporno radi na tvornici za sklapanje baterijskih paketa i drugoj platformi vozila za Martorell, s ciljem povećanja svog udjela u lancu vrijednosti električnih vozila i dugoročnog zadržavanja konkurentnosti.
Marka Cupra ima ambiciju postati jednom od 100 najboljih globalnih marki do 2030. godine. Kako bi postigla ovaj cilj, imat će podršku svojih šest poluga za budući rast koje uključuju globalizaciju marke. Samo ove godine marka Cupra planira otvoriti nove City Garages u Berlinu, Madridu, Manchesteru i Parizu. Kao dio ambicije postajanja istinskom globalnom markom, Cupra trenutačno analizira ulazak na tržište Sjeverne Amerike. Testira marku kod potencijalnih kupaca, a dosadašnji su rezultati obećavajući i pozitivni. K tomu, planira dodatnih 500 novih Cupra Mastera tijekom 2023., čime bi ih ukupno bilo 2000.
Marka se trenutačno priprema za svoju najveću proizvodnu ofenzivu do sada koja počinje 2024. uvođenjem modela Cupra Tavascan i Terramar na tržište, a zatim i modela Cupra UrbanRebel tijekom 2025. godine. Ovi novi modeli omogućit će marki ulazak u nove segmente i na nova tržišta i postizanje srednjoročnog cilja prodaje od 500.000 vozila godišnje.
