Mediteranskim “Twin Peaksom” nazvao je nagrađivani književnik Zoran Ferić svoj prvi i ponajbolji roman “Smrt djevojčice sa žigicama”, objavljen 2002. godine. Imalo je to smisla. Bestselerska “Smrt djevojčice sa žigicama” obilovala je pomaknutostima, morbidnostima i bizarnostima u sklopu centralne kriminalističke priče ambijentirane na otok Rab, a nije nedostajalo ni crnog humora i groteske.

Na Ferićevu Rabu iz knjige jedan David Lynch (“Plavi baršun”, “Mulholland Drive”) vjerojatno bi se osjećao kao kod kuće. Možda i u ovogodišnjoj ekranizaciji Ferićeva romana “Smrt djevojčice sa žigicama”, premijerno prikazanoj na Puli, koju kao redatelj i koscenarist potpisuje Goran Kulenović, autor usamljenog hrvatskog glazbenog rokerskog filma “Pjevajte nešto ljubavno” i hit-serija “Crno-bijeli svijet” i “Bitange i princeze”.

Uvodni kadrovi “Smrti djevojčice sa žigicama”, s kamerom pozicioniranom ispod površine mora, sugeriraju nešto začudno, zlokobno i malo drukčije kad je hrvatski film u pitanju, što “Smrti djevojčice sa žigicama” i jest kao rijetki primjerak krimića, tj. krimi-trilera.

Kamera se potom seli na trajekt i ovjekovječuje razgovor oca i djeteta: “Mama je sad na nebu... A zašto ste je onda strpali pod zemlju?” Nalazimo se na Rabu ratne 1992. godine, a trajektom na otok nakon dugo vremena dolazi friško rastavljeni patolog Fero (Ozren Grabarić), glavni lik koji nosi Ferićev nadimak.

Ferin dolazak na sprovod poklapa se s pronalaskom leša prostitutke-transvestita Marillene, titularne “djevojčice sa žigicama” (“tako su je zvali”) i “jedine kurve na otoku”. Pronalazak nesretne Rumunjke intrigantno je ovjekovječen i bura povija haljinu na njezinu beživotnom tijelu. Tko je i zašto ubio Lauru Palmer, pardon “djevojčicu sa žigicama”?

Atmosfera misterija je uspostavljena, a paralelno s njom uspostavlja se i mediteranski “malomišćanski” ugođaj s mentalitetom otoka gdje svatko svakog zna i naizgled nitko nije kakav se čini da jest od više ili manje živopisnih lokalnih likova (neujednačeni casting Borko Perić, Iva Babić, Slavko Sobin, Voja Brajović, Luka Petrušić, Slavko Juraga, Nikša Butijer...).

Nešto tako posljednji put smo u hrvatskom filmu vidjeli u “Osmom povjereniku”, zadnjem primjerku ekranizacije nekog hrvatskog romana za stariju publiku, ali Trećić nije potreslo umorstvo kao Rab. Umorstvo istražuje šef policije Mungos (Goran Navojec) koji u istragu uvlači prijatelja iz djetinjstva i mladosti Fera, a njih dvojica dijele mračnu zajedničku prošlost kad su bili ekipa s otoka.

Prošlost se polako otkriva paralelno s istragom doktora i detektiva. Mizanscena je na trenutke “sitcomovska”, gluma također, ali i Kulenović orkestrira par zanimljivih scena kad Fero i njegova verzija iz djetinjstva podijele prostor, ako ne i vrijeme, a ubacuje i flešbekove na njegove i Mungosove mladenačke dane, suprostavljajući im njihove likove u zrelim godinama s daškom sjete, posebice kad se glavni lik sjeti neostvarene ljubavi s Frankom (Jelena Lopatić).

Male životne drame isprepliću se u okviru slojevite (krimi) priče. Nisu svi slojevi podjednako uslojeni, naprotiv, puno je elemenata u podzapletu s kojima je teško izaći na kraj, a uključuju i jednu videokasetu, istjerivanja vraga, kao i rat koji odzvanja u podlozi priče.

No, “Smrt djevojčice za žigicama” svejedno djeluje kao razmjerno osvježenje, svakako nešto neuobičajeno unutar hrvatske kinematografije koju jednim dijelom pomiče prema skandinavskom krimiću. Film se prati sa zanimanjem i uspijeva središnji misterij održati misterioznim, na trenutak i izazvati tihu jezu kod svakoga gledatelja koji je djelić djetinjstva proveo na otoku.

"Pjevajte nešto ljubavno" bio je najgledaniji domaći film u kinima 2007. godine. Hoće li i "Smrt djevojčice sa žigicama" postati hit, znat ćemo kad početkom rujna krene u kinodistribuciju.

Mediteranskim “Twin Peaksom” nazvao je nagrađivani književnik Zoran Ferić svoj prvi i ponajbolji roman “Smrt djevojčice sa žigicama”, objavljen 2002. godine. Imalo je to smisla. Bestselerska “Smrt djevojčice sa žigicama” obilovala je pomaknutostima, morbidnostima i bizarnostima u sklopu centralne kriminalističke priče ambijentirane na otok Rab, a nije nedostajalo ni crnog humora i groteske.

Na Ferićevu Rabu iz knjige jedan David Lynch (“Plavi baršun”, “Mulholland Drive”) vjerojatno bi se osjećao kao kod kuće. Možda i u ovogodišnjoj ekranizaciji Ferićeva romana “Smrt djevojčice sa žigicama”, premijerno prikazanoj na Puli, koju kao redatelj i koscenarist potpisuje Goran Kulenović, autor usamljenog hrvatskog glazbenog rokerskog filma “Pjevajte nešto ljubavno” i hit-serija “Crno-bijeli svijet” i “Bitange i princeze”.

Uvodni kadrovi “Smrti djevojčice sa žigicama”, s kamerom pozicioniranom ispod površine mora, sugeriraju nešto začudno, zlokobno i malo drukčije kad je hrvatski film u pitanju, što “Smrti djevojčice sa žigicama” i jest kao rijetki primjerak krimića, tj. krimi-trilera.

Kamera se potom seli na trajekt i ovjekovječuje razgovor oca i djeteta: “Mama je sad na nebu... A zašto ste je onda strpali pod zemlju?” Nalazimo se na Rabu ratne 1992. godine, a trajektom na otok nakon dugo vremena dolazi friško rastavljeni patolog Fero (Ozren Grabarić), glavni lik koji nosi Ferićev nadimak.

Ferin dolazak na sprovod poklapa se s pronalaskom leša prostitutke-transvestita Marillene, titularne “djevojčice sa žigicama” (“tako su je zvali”) i “jedine kurve na otoku”. Pronalazak nesretne Rumunjke intrigantno je ovjekovječen i bura povija haljinu na njezinu beživotnom tijelu. Tko je i zašto ubio Lauru Palmer, pardon “djevojčicu sa žigicama”?

Atmosfera misterija je uspostavljena, a paralelno s njom uspostavlja se i mediteranski “malomišćanski” ugođaj s mentalitetom otoka gdje svatko svakog zna i naizgled nitko nije kakav se čini da jest od više ili manje živopisnih lokalnih likova (neujednačeni casting Borko Perić, Iva Babić, Slavko Sobin, Voja Brajović, Luka Petrušić, Slavko Juraga, Nikša Butijer...).

Nešto tako posljednji put smo u hrvatskom filmu vidjeli u “Osmom povjereniku”, zadnjem primjerku ekranizacije nekog hrvatskog romana za stariju publiku, ali Trećić nije potreslo umorstvo kao Rab. Umorstvo istražuje šef policije Mungos (Goran Navojec) koji u istragu uvlači prijatelja iz djetinjstva i mladosti Fera, a njih dvojica dijele mračnu zajedničku prošlost kad su bili ekipa s otoka.

Prošlost se polako otkriva paralelno s istragom doktora i detektiva. Mizanscena je na trenutke “sitcomovska”, gluma također, ali i Kulenović orkestrira par zanimljivih scena kad Fero i njegova verzija iz djetinjstva podijele prostor, ako ne i vrijeme, a ubacuje i flešbekove na njegove i Mungosove mladenačke dane, suprostavljajući im njihove likove u zrelim godinama s daškom sjete, posebice kad se glavni lik sjeti neostvarene ljubavi s Frankom (Jelena Lopatić).

Male životne drame isprepliću se u okviru slojevite (krimi) priče. Nisu svi slojevi podjednako uslojeni, naprotiv, puno je elemenata u podzapletu s kojima je teško izaći na kraj, a uključuju i jednu videokasetu, istjerivanja vraga, kao i rat koji odzvanja u podlozi priče.

No, “Smrt djevojčice za žigicama” svejedno djeluje kao razmjerno osvježenje, svakako nešto neuobičajeno unutar hrvatske kinematografije koju jednim dijelom pomiče prema skandinavskom krimiću. Film se prati sa zanimanjem i uspijeva središnji misterij održati misterioznim, na trenutak i izazvati tihu jezu kod svakoga gledatelja koji je djelić djetinjstva proveo na otoku.

U kinima početkom rujna

"Pjevajte nešto ljubavno" bio je najgledaniji domaći film u kinima 2007. godine. Hoće li i "Smrt djevojčice sa žigicama" postati hit, znat ćemo kad početkom rujna krene u kinodistribuciju.
