Proljeće je puno prilika za koje vam može zatrebati brzinski slatkiš - od različitih proslava, preko piknika do nenajavljenih posjeta. U takvim situacijama spašavaju recepti poput ovog za keksiće gotove za malo više od pola sata, pri čemu većina vremena itpada na čekanje da se tijesto malo stegne prije pečenja.

Sve sastojke vjerojatno već imate, a kako je jedan od njih i prašak za puding, to vam daje puno mogućnosti za igranje s bojama i okusima. Zabavite se i uživajte u keksićima.

Brzi puding keksići

Sastojci:

125 g brašna
125 g maslaca
50 g praška za puding
50 g šećera u prahu
2 vanilin šećera

Priprema:

Od navedenih sastojaka zamijesite  glatko tijesto, zamotajte ga u foliju i spremite u hladnjak na 20 minuta do pola sata.

Ohlađeno tijesto oblikujte u tanku štručicu pa režite kriške i redajte u lim obložen papirom za pečenje. Alternativno, otkidajte komadiće tijesta i oblikujte ih u kuglice pa ih dnom čaše spljoštite na limu obloženom papirom za pečenje.

Pecite 5-7 minuta u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva. Moraju ostati svijetli, osobito ako ste koristili pudinge u boji.

Proljeće je puno prilika za koje vam može zatrebati brzinski slatkiš - od različitih proslava, preko piknika do nenajavljenih posjeta. U takvim situacijama spašavaju recepti poput ovog za keksiće gotove za malo više od pola sata, pri čemu većina vremena itpada na čekanje da se tijesto malo stegne prije pečenja.

Sve sastojke vjerojatno već imate, a kako je jedan od njih i prašak za puding, to vam daje puno mogućnosti za igranje s bojama i okusima. Zabavite se i uživajte u keksićima.

Brzi puding keksići

Sastojci:

125 g brašna
125 g maslaca
50 g praška za puding
50 g šećera u prahu
2 vanilin šećera

Priprema:

Od navedenih sastojaka zamijesite  glatko tijesto, zamotajte ga u foliju i spremite u hladnjak na 20 minuta do pola sata.

Ohlađeno tijesto oblikujte u tanku štručicu pa režite kriške i redajte u lim obložen papirom za pečenje. Alternativno, otkidajte komadiće tijesta i oblikujte ih u kuglice pa ih dnom čaše spljoštite na limu obloženom papirom za pečenje.

Pecite 5-7 minuta u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva. Moraju ostati svijetli, osobito ako ste koristili pudinge u boji.

Proljeće je puno prilika za koje vam može zatrebati brzinski slatkiš - od različitih proslava, preko piknika do nenajavljenih posjeta. U takvim situacijama spašavaju recepti poput ovog za keksiće gotove za malo više od pola sata, pri čemu većina vremena itpada na čekanje da se tijesto malo stegne prije pečenja.

Sve sastojke vjerojatno već imate, a kako je jedan od njih i prašak za puding, to vam daje puno mogućnosti za igranje s bojama i okusima. Zabavite se i uživajte u keksićima.

Brzi puding keksići

Sastojci:

125 g brašna
125 g maslaca
50 g praška za puding
50 g šećera u prahu
2 vanilin šećera

Priprema:

Od navedenih sastojaka zamijesite  glatko tijesto, zamotajte ga u foliju i spremite u hladnjak na 20 minuta do pola sata.

Ohlađeno tijesto oblikujte u tanku štručicu pa režite kriške i redajte u lim obložen papirom za pečenje. Alternativno, otkidajte komadiće tijesta i oblikujte ih u kuglice pa ih dnom čaše spljoštite na limu obloženom papirom za pečenje.

Pecite 5-7 minuta u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva. Moraju ostati svijetli, osobito ako ste koristili pudinge u boji.
