Mnogi deserti koji su obilježili djetinjstva ljudi koji su odrastali od 70-ih godina prošlog pa sve do početka 20. stoljeća, danas su zaboravljeni. Pekare na svakom koraku koje su pune svakojakih slastica dostupnih po niskim cijenama i trgovine sa slatkišima o kojima su tadašnja djeca mogla samo sanjati postali su novo normalno, zbog čega nas ni ne čudi koliko je skromnih jela otišlo u zaborav. 

Ovo su neke slastice i grickalice u kojima su "starije" generacije uživale, a koje naši mališani, nažalost, poznaju sve slabije. 

Kruh i mast

Sigurni smo da namazi poput maslaca, paštete ili Nutelle nikada neće dorasti svinjskoj masti koja se nekada mazala na kruh. Iako se na prvi pogled ne doima previše atraktivna, ova kombinacija bila je favorit mnoge djece koja su odrastala u prošlom stoljeću. 

Žumanjak sa šećerom

Ovo jelo nekada je bilo  gotovo svačiji omiljeni desert. Bio je poznat po nazivu "tempirano jaje", jer bi se morao mutiti sve "dok ne otpadne ruka", ali kremasta smjesa koja krcka pod zubima itekako je vrijedila mukotrpnog procesa. Često je nastajao kada mame, tijekom pripreme kolača, ne bi znale gdje s preostalim žumanjcima. 

Paradižot

Kombinacija snijega od bjelanaca i razmućenih žutanjaka nekada se smatrao pravom delicijom, a ako ste ga ikada isprobali - znate i zašto. Iako se i danas priprema u pjedinim domaćinstvima, količine su definitivno manje, što bi se trebalo promijeniti. 

Šećerne pločice

Čokolade s većim postotkom šećera od kakaa bile su idealne za razdoblja u kojima su neki od naših najmilijih odrastali. Osim što su bile jeftine, za njih je bilo potrebno tek malo šećera, emulgatora, stabilizatora i boje: smeđe, crne ili bijele.

Domaći sladoled

Još jedan izum davne minimalističke kuhinje kombinirao je šećer, jaja i mlijeko - bez da djeca shvate da non-stop jedu iste namirnice. Uz tri navedena glavna sastojka, dodatci su bili stvar luksuza. Netko ih je tako kombinirao s kakaom, a netko s voćem ili aromom vanilije. 

Pohani kruh

Postoji li bolji način za korištenje starog kruha? Ovom delikatesom izbjegavalo se omraženo bacanje kruha, a kriške natopljene u žutanjku i krušnim mrvicama pa popržene u tavi imaju, moramo priznati, odličan okus!

Hladetina

Žele od ohlađenih svinjskih nožica, repića, kože i ostalih perifernih svinjskih dijelova sada bi među djecom vjerojatno izazvao veliko zgražanje, a nekada je bio standardna slana grickalica ili dodatak ručku. Nasjeckano povrće i jaja ipak nikada nisu uspjela popraviti okus ovog neobičnog jela, a još manje podrhtavanje želatine koje su osjetili svi koji su bili hrabri pojesti taj neobični "mesni žele". 

Eurokrem, marmelada, med

Svi će se složiti da Nutella nikada neće imati okus originalnog Eurokrema ili miješane marmelade dostupne u kanticama od pet kilograma. Posebnu draž na kruhu je imao i med, a posebice u kombinaciji s maslacem. Ipak, današnja djeca teško će to razumjeti - osim ako tezu ne testiraju sami. 

Slanci

Omiljena marenda svakog školarca, koja je nekada bila dostupna po cijeni od jedne do dvije kune, prije eksplozije pekarskog biznisa bili su prava egzotika. Ukusne bijele pruge soli i mekano, toplo tijesto pružala su djeci pravi užitak, a sada su s prvih redova izloga izbačeni zbog svakojakih pekarskih proizvoda o kojima se nekada samo sanjalo.

Mnogi deserti koji su obilježili djetinjstva ljudi koji su odrastali od 70-ih godina prošlog pa sve do početka 20. stoljeća, danas su zaboravljeni. Pekare na svakom koraku koje su pune svakojakih slastica dostupnih po niskim cijenama i trgovine sa slatkišima o kojima su tadašnja djeca mogla samo sanjati postali su novo normalno, zbog čega nas ni ne čudi koliko je skromnih jela otišlo u zaborav. 

Ovo su neke slastice i grickalice u kojima su "starije" generacije uživale, a koje naši mališani, nažalost, poznaju sve slabije. 

Kruh i mast

Sigurni smo da namazi poput maslaca, paštete ili Nutelle nikada neće dorasti svinjskoj masti koja se nekada mazala na kruh. Iako se na prvi pogled ne doima previše atraktivna, ova kombinacija bila je favorit mnoge djece koja su odrastala u prošlom stoljeću. 

Žumanjak sa šećerom

Ovo jelo nekada je bilo  gotovo svačiji omiljeni desert. Bio je poznat po nazivu "tempirano jaje", jer bi se morao mutiti sve "dok ne otpadne ruka", ali kremasta smjesa koja krcka pod zubima itekako je vrijedila mukotrpnog procesa. Često je nastajao kada mame, tijekom pripreme kolača, ne bi znale gdje s preostalim žumanjcima. 

Paradižot

Kombinacija snijega od bjelanaca i razmućenih žutanjaka nekada se smatrao pravom delicijom, a ako ste ga ikada isprobali - znate i zašto. Iako se i danas priprema u pjedinim domaćinstvima, količine su definitivno manje, što bi se trebalo promijeniti.

Čokolade s većim postotkom šećera od kakaa bile su idealne za razdoblja u kojima su neki od naših najmilijih odrastali. Osim što su bile jeftine, za njih je bilo potrebno tek malo šećera, emulgatora, stabilizatora i boje: smeđe, crne ili bijele.

Domaći sladoled

Još jedan izum davne minimalističke kuhinje kombinirao je šećer, jaja i mlijeko - bez da djeca shvate da non-stop jedu iste namirnice. Uz tri navedena glavna sastojka, dodatci su bili stvar luksuza. Netko ih je tako kombinirao s kakaom, a netko s voćem ili aromom vanilije. 

Pohani kruh

Postoji li bolji način za korištenje starog kruha? Ovom delikatesom izbjegavalo se omraženo bacanje kruha, a kriške natopljene u žutanjku i krušnim mrvicama pa popržene u tavi imaju, moramo priznati, odličan okus!

Hladetina

Žele od ohlađenih svinjskih nožica, repića, kože i ostalih perifernih svinjskih dijelova sada bi među djecom vjerojatno izazvao veliko zgražanje, a nekada je bio standardna slana grickalica ili dodatak ručku. Nasjeckano povrće i jaja ipak nikada nisu uspjela popraviti okus ovog neobičnog jela, a još manje podrhtavanje želatine koje su osjetili svi koji su bili hrabri pojesti taj neobični "mesni žele". 

Eurokrem, marmelada, med

Svi će se složiti da Nutella nikada neće imati okus originalnog Eurokrema ili miješane marmelade dostupne u kanticama od pet kilograma. Posebnu draž na kruhu je imao i med, a posebice u kombinaciji s maslacem. Ipak, današnja djeca teško će to razumjeti - osim ako tezu ne testiraju sami. 

Slanci

Omiljena marenda svakog školarca, koja je nekada bila dostupna po cijeni od jedne do dvije kune, prije eksplozije pekarskog biznisa bili su prava egzotika. Ukusne bijele pruge soli i mekano, toplo tijesto pružala su djeci pravi užitak, a sada su s prvih redova izloga izbačeni zbog svakojakih pekarskih proizvoda o kojima se nekada samo sanjalo.

Kruh i svinjska mast, žumanjci sa šećerom... ovo su sve zaboravljene ‘delicije‘ koje su obilježile naša djetinjstva

Mnogi deserti koji su obilježili djetinjstva ljudi koji su odrastali od 70-ih godina prošlog pa sve do početka 20. stoljeća, danas su zaboravljeni. Pekare na svakom koraku koje su pune svakojakih slastica dostupnih po niskim cijenama i trgovine sa slatkišima o kojima su tadašnja djeca mogla samo sanjati postali su novo normalno, zbog čega nas ni ne čudi koliko je skromnih jela otišlo u zaborav. 

Ovo su neke slastice i grickalice u kojima su "starije" generacije uživale, a koje naši mališani, nažalost, poznaju sve slabije.
