Osim Woodyja Allena (“Vicky Cristina Barcelona”) i Zrinka Ogreste (“Iza stakla”), tematika ljubavnog trokuta prošle je godine nadahnula i turskog redatelja Nurija Bilgea Ceylana. A ni on, jasno, nije spravio p(l)itku romantičnu komedijicu a la “Ljubav u troje” (“Threesome”), nego ozbiljnu studiju ljudskih odnosa.

“Üç maymun”, osvajač Zlatne palme za najbolju režiju na Cannesu 2008. i turski kandidat za Oscara 2009. u kategoriji izvan engleskog govornog područja, metaforički primjenjuje azijsku izreku o tri majmuna koji “ne vide, ne čuju i ne govore ništa loše” unutar obiteljske drame razmjerno jednostavne naracije, ali kompleksnih redateljskih bravura (krupni planovi, klaustrofobični interijeri, dugi pasaži šutnje...) koje je podižu na višu metafizičku razinu (pogledati samo kako je izvučen “suspense” iz obične zvonjave mobitela).

Priča o prevari, ubojstvu i agoniji u nečijim drugim rukama ne bi postala ovakvo remek-djelo. Snimateljski posao obavljen je blago rečeno izvrsno, što ne čudi kad se uzme u obzir da je Turčin fotograf od zanata, jednako kao i rad s glumcima u zahtjevnim, emotivno sirovim ulogama. Otuđenost, manjak komunikacije, monotonija i sitnice koje život (ne)znače glavna su preokupacija Nurija Bilgea Ceylana, slično kao i Ogrestina, a način kojim pristupa ljudskim manama blizak je Tarkovskom.

Respektabilni turski redatelj slika ih tišinom koja u gledatelja, jednako kao i u likove (majka preljubnica, otac povratnik iz zatvora...), nečujno uvlači sve glasniji nemir. Iako barata filterima i stiliziranom HD kamerom, on na površinu uspijeva izvući unutarnju tenziju likova dvojbene snage za oprostom, suprotstavljajući njihovo emotivno posrnuće meditativnim snimkama sumorna gradskog okoliša nad kojim se nadvija tmurno nebo.

A oni, “obični ljudi”, sirovine zarobljene u mreži prijevare, kojima je lakše zatvoriti oči i ignorirati probleme stvarnosti nego li se s njima suočiti, ispod njega ostaju nemoćni. Izgubljeni kao “gorile u magli”.

Osim Woodyja Allena (“Vicky Cristina Barcelona”) i Zrinka Ogreste (“Iza stakla”), tematika ljubavnog trokuta prošle je godine nadahnula i turskog redatelja Nurija Bilgea Ceylana. A ni on, jasno, nije spravio p(l)itku romantičnu komedijicu a la “Ljubav u troje” (“Threesome”), nego ozbiljnu studiju ljudskih odnosa.

“Üç maymun”, osvajač Zlatne palme za najbolju režiju na Cannesu 2008. i turski kandidat za Oscara 2009. u kategoriji izvan engleskog govornog područja, metaforički primjenjuje azijsku izreku o tri majmuna koji “ne vide, ne čuju i ne govore ništa loše” unutar obiteljske drame razmjerno jednostavne naracije, ali kompleksnih redateljskih bravura (krupni planovi, klaustrofobični interijeri, dugi pasaži šutnje...) koje je podižu na višu metafizičku razinu (pogledati samo kako je izvučen “suspense” iz obične zvonjave mobitela).

Priča o prevari, ubojstvu i agoniji u nečijim drugim rukama ne bi postala ovakvo remek-djelo. Snimateljski posao obavljen je blago rečeno izvrsno, što ne čudi kad se uzme u obzir da je Turčin fotograf od zanata, jednako kao i rad s glumcima u zahtjevnim, emotivno sirovim ulogama. Otuđenost, manjak komunikacije, monotonija i sitnice koje život (ne)znače glavna su preokupacija Nurija Bilgea Ceylana, slično kao i Ogrestina, a način kojim pristupa ljudskim manama blizak je Tarkovskom.

Respektabilni turski redatelj slika ih tišinom koja u gledatelja, jednako kao i u likove (majka preljubnica, otac povratnik iz zatvora...), nečujno uvlači sve glasniji nemir. Iako barata filterima i stiliziranom HD kamerom, on na površinu uspijeva izvući unutarnju tenziju likova dvojbene snage za oprostom, suprotstavljajući njihovo emotivno posrnuće meditativnim snimkama sumorna gradskog okoliša nad kojim se nadvija tmurno nebo.

A oni, “obični ljudi”, sirovine zarobljene u mreži prijevare, kojima je lakše zatvoriti oči i ignorirati probleme stvarnosti nego li se s njima suočiti, ispod njega ostaju nemoćni. Izgubljeni kao “gorile u magli”.
