Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku je, nakon ispitivanja uhićenog 55-godišnjaka, donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv okrivljenika zbog postojanja osnovane sumnje da je počinio kaznena djela teškog ubojstva u pokušaju, nasilja u obitelji i prijetnje, izvijestili su iz šibensko-kninskog DORH-a:

- Postoji osnovana sumnja da je okrivljeni 55-godišnjak od 2019. godine do 16. travnja 2023. u stanu u kojem živi sa suprugom i kćeri na području grada Šibenika, pod utjecajem alkohola u više navrata vrijeđao suprugu i prijetio joj uz fizičko nasilje. Osnovano se sumnja da je u nedjelju, 16. travnja, pod utjecajem alkohola, u prisutnosti kćeri bio verbalno i fizički nasilan prema supruzi te joj prijetio pri čemu je ona zadobila tešku tjelesnu ozljedu - kazali su u županijskom tužiteljstvu.

Državno odvjetništvo podnijelo je sucu istrage prijedlog da se protiv okrivljenika odredi istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke i opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela kojeg je sudac istrage prihvatio i odredio mu istražni zatvor.

Inače, šibenska policija je izvijestila kako je 55-godišnjak oštrim predmetom pokušao ubiti 47-godišnju nevjenčanu suprugu nakon što ju je prethodno verbalno napao.

Kako doznajemo, nasilnik je nožem izrezao ženu po oba dlana. Ona je zbrinuta u šibenskoj bolnici gdje su joj konstatirane teške tjelesne ozljede. Ipak, nakon pružene liječničke pomoći, puštena je na kućno liječenje budući da su ozljede bile takve da joj nisu ugrožavale život.

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku je, nakon ispitivanja uhićenog 55-godišnjaka, donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv okrivljenika zbog postojanja osnovane sumnje da je počinio kaznena djela teškog ubojstva u pokušaju, nasilja u obitelji i prijetnje, izvijestili su iz šibensko-kninskog DORH-a:

- Postoji osnovana sumnja da je okrivljeni 55-godišnjak od 2019. godine do 16. travnja 2023. u stanu u kojem živi sa suprugom i kćeri na području grada Šibenika, pod utjecajem alkohola u više navrata vrijeđao suprugu i prijetio joj uz fizičko nasilje. Osnovano se sumnja da je u nedjelju, 16. travnja, pod utjecajem alkohola, u prisutnosti kćeri bio verbalno i fizički nasilan prema supruzi te joj prijetio pri čemu je ona zadobila tešku tjelesnu ozljedu - kazali su u županijskom tužiteljstvu.

Državno odvjetništvo podnijelo je sucu istrage prijedlog da se protiv okrivljenika odredi istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke i opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela kojeg je sudac istrage prihvatio i odredio mu istražni zatvor.

Inače, šibenska policija je izvijestila kako je 55-godišnjak oštrim predmetom pokušao ubiti 47-godišnju nevjenčanu suprugu nakon što ju je prethodno verbalno napao.

Kako doznajemo, nasilnik je nožem izrezao ženu po oba dlana. Ona je zbrinuta u šibenskoj bolnici gdje su joj konstatirane teške tjelesne ozljede. Ipak, nakon pružene liječničke pomoći, puštena je na kućno liječenje budući da su ozljede bile takve da joj nisu ugrožavale život.

Nesretnu 47-godišnju suprugu izrezao nožem pred kćerkom, godinama je maltretirao ženu, završila u bolnici

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Šibeniku je, nakon ispitivanja uhićenog 55-godišnjaka, donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv okrivljenika zbog postojanja osnovane sumnje da je počinio kaznena djela teškog ubojstva u pokušaju, nasilja u obitelji i prijetnje, izvijestili su iz šibensko-kninskog DORH-a:

- Postoji osnovana sumnja da je okrivljeni 55-godišnjak od 2019. godine do 16. travnja 2023. u stanu u kojem živi sa suprugom i kćeri na području grada Šibenika, pod utjecajem alkohola u više navrata vrijeđao suprugu i prijetio joj uz fizičko nasilje. Osnovano se sumnja da je u nedjelju, 16. travnja, pod utjecajem alkohola, u prisutnosti kćeri bio verbalno i fizički nasilan prema supruzi te joj prijetio pri čemu je ona zadobila tešku tjelesnu ozljedu - kazali su u županijskom tužiteljstvu.

Državno odvjetništvo podnijelo je sucu istrage prijedlog da se protiv okrivljenika odredi istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke i opasnosti od ponavljanja kaznenog djela kojeg je sudac istrage prihvatio i odredio mu istražni zatvor.

Inače, šibenska policija je izvijestila kako je 55-godišnjak oštrim predmetom pokušao ubiti 47-godišnju nevjenčanu suprugu nakon što ju je prethodno verbalno napao.

Kako doznajemo, nasilnik je nožem izrezao ženu po oba dlana. Ona je zbrinuta u šibenskoj bolnici gdje su joj konstatirane teške tjelesne ozljede. Ipak, nakon pružene liječničke pomoći, puštena je na kućno liječenje budući da su ozljede bile takve da joj nisu ugrožavale život.
