Na 21 godinu zatvora u četvrtak je na pulskom Županijskom sudu nepravomoćno osuđen 26-godišnji Corrado Orbano Grabar iz Žminja zbog teškog ubojstva sumještanina Borislava Radića (39) kojega je prošle godine polio benzinom i zapalio u garaži.

Optuženika tužiteljstvo tereti za teško ubojstvo navodeći da je 6. rujna prošle godine u garaži pokraj obiteljske kuće u Žminju nakon prepirke polio benzinom i zapalio Radića, koji je nakon 18 dana teških muka umro od obostrane upale pluća nastale uslijed udisaja vrelog zraka.

Liječnici su utvrdili da je do 65 posto površine tijela bilo zahvaćeno opeklinama prvog, drugog i trećeg stupnja i to na području lica, desnog ramena, prednje i stražnje strane prsnog koša, trbuha i leđa, obje ruke sa šakama i obje noge.

Optuženik je u svojoj obrani kazao da "ima psihičkih problema te kako se njegovo stanje pogoršalo nakon što mu je otac poginuo u nesreći, kako pije lijekove te da se kobne večeri popilo puno alkohola".

"Borisu ne bi nikad naudio jer je bio moj prijatelj. U garaži je bila kanta benzina za kosilicu, ali je nisam pomaknuo. Bio sam jako pijan, a popio sam i tablete. To je bila nesreća", tvrdio je optuženik u svojoj obrani.

Županijski državni odvjetnik Vlado Šćur istaknuo je kako obranu okrivljenog Corrada Orbana smatra nevjerodostojnom i usmjerenom na izbjegavanje kaznene odgovornosti.

Corradu Orbanu presuđena je zatvorska kazna od 20 godina za teško ubojstvo te godina i pol za štete izazvane požarom, a sutkinja ih je objedinila u jedinstvenu kaznu od 21 godinu.

Na 21 godinu zatvora u četvrtak je na pulskom Županijskom sudu nepravomoćno osuđen 26-godišnji Corrado Orbano Grabar iz Žminja zbog teškog ubojstva sumještanina Borislava Radića (39) kojega je prošle godine polio benzinom i zapalio u garaži.

Optuženika tužiteljstvo tereti za teško ubojstvo navodeći da je 6. rujna prošle godine u garaži pokraj obiteljske kuće u Žminju nakon prepirke polio benzinom i zapalio Radića, koji je nakon 18 dana teških muka umro od obostrane upale pluća nastale uslijed udisaja vrelog zraka.

Liječnici su utvrdili da je do 65 posto površine tijela bilo zahvaćeno opeklinama prvog, drugog i trećeg stupnja i to na području lica, desnog ramena, prednje i stražnje strane prsnog koša, trbuha i leđa, obje ruke sa šakama i obje noge.

Optuženik je u svojoj obrani kazao da "ima psihičkih problema te kako se njegovo stanje pogoršalo nakon što mu je otac poginuo u nesreći, kako pije lijekove te da se kobne večeri popilo puno alkohola".

"Borisu ne bi nikad naudio jer je bio moj prijatelj. U garaži je bila kanta benzina za kosilicu, ali je nisam pomaknuo. Bio sam jako pijan, a popio sam i tablete. To je bila nesreća", tvrdio je optuženik u svojoj obrani.

Županijski državni odvjetnik Vlado Šćur istaknuo je kako obranu okrivljenog Corrada Orbana smatra nevjerodostojnom i usmjerenom na izbjegavanje kaznene odgovornosti.

Corradu Orbanu presuđena je zatvorska kazna od 20 godina za teško ubojstvo te godina i pol za štete izazvane požarom, a sutkinja ih je objedinila u jedinstvenu kaznu od 21 godinu.

Mladić osuđen na 21 godinu zatvora jer je sumještanina zalio benzinom i zapalio; žrtva je preminula nakon 18 dana teških muka

Na 21 godinu zatvora u četvrtak je na pulskom Županijskom sudu nepravomoćno osuđen 26-godišnji Corrado Orbano Grabar iz Žminja zbog teškog ubojstva sumještanina Borislava Radića (39) kojega je prošle godine polio benzinom i zapalio u garaži.

Optuženika tužiteljstvo tereti za teško ubojstvo navodeći da je 6. rujna prošle godine u garaži pokraj obiteljske kuće u Žminju nakon prepirke polio benzinom i zapalio Radića, koji je nakon 18 dana teških muka umro od obostrane upale pluća nastale uslijed udisaja vrelog zraka.

Liječnici su utvrdili da je do 65 posto površine tijela bilo zahvaćeno opeklinama prvog, drugog i trećeg stupnja i to na području lica, desnog ramena, prednje i stražnje strane prsnog koša, trbuha i leđa, obje ruke sa šakama i obje noge.

Optuženik je u svojoj obrani kazao da "ima psihičkih problema te kako se njegovo stanje pogoršalo nakon što mu je otac poginuo u nesreći, kako pije lijekove te da se kobne večeri popilo puno alkohola".

"Borisu ne bi nikad naudio jer je bio moj prijatelj. U garaži je bila kanta benzina za kosilicu, ali je nisam pomaknuo. Bio sam jako pijan, a popio sam i tablete. To je bila nesreća", tvrdio je optuženik u svojoj obrani.

Županijski državni odvjetnik Vlado Šćur istaknuo je kako obranu okrivljenog Corrada Orbana smatra nevjerodostojnom i usmjerenom na izbjegavanje kaznene odgovornosti.

Corradu Orbanu presuđena je zatvorska kazna od 20 godina za teško ubojstvo te godina i pol za štete izazvane požarom, a sutkinja ih je objedinila u jedinstvenu kaznu od 21 godinu.
