Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje na tri osobe, koje se sumnjiči za počinjenje kaznenih djela protiv gospodarstva; zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju te utaje poreza ili carine, kojima je pričinjena sveukupna materijalna šteta od preko dvadeset milijuna kuna, javljaju iz Policijske uprave zadarske.

Tako se 44-godišnji hrvatski državljanin, 33-godišnja hrvatska državljanke te 30-godišnja državljanka Rusije, sumnjiče da su u svojstvu vlasnika i odgovornih osoba dva trgovačka društva sa sjedištem na području zadarske županije u vremenu od srpnja 2019. do kraja studenog 2020.godine, u nakani da se znatno nepripadno okoriste na štetu svojih društava te da izbjegnu plaćanje dužnih poreznih davanja po osnovi poreza na dodanu vrijednost, prodali imovinu društva, a radi se nekretninama, fizičkim osobama od kojih su u gotovini na ruke primili novac, koji nisu položili na žiro račun društava već su ga nepripadno zadržali za sebe, niti su nadležnoj ispostavi porezne uprave na opisanu kupoprodaju nekretnina  podnijeli prijave poreza na dodanu vrijednost, u kojoj su bili dužni iskazati i temeljem toga platiti porez na dodanu vrijednost.

Sumnja se kako je na taj način 44-godišnji vlasnik društva prodajom 14 raznih  nekretnina koje su činile imovinu društva, sebi pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od preko 10.300.000,00 kuna, dok je državni proračun oštetio za iznos od skoro 2.700.000,00 kuna, da je 33-godišnja vlasnica/odgovorna osoba istog trgovačkog društva prodajom jedne nekretnine sebi pribavila protupravnu imovinsku korist od preko 1.800.000,00 kuna, dok je državni proračun oštetila za iznos od preko 370.000,00 kuna,

Nadalje, sumnja se kako je 30-godišnja strana državljanaka kao vlasnica drugog trgovačkog društva prodajom 5 nekretnina u sastavu društva, sebi pribavila protupravnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od preko 4.000.000,00 kuna, dok je državni proračun oštetila za iznos od preko 1.000.000,00 kuna.

Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, protiv njih se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnose kaznene prijava zbog zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju  i utaje poreza ili carine.

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje na tri osobe, koje se sumnjiči za počinjenje kaznenih djela protiv gospodarstva; zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju te utaje poreza ili carine, kojima je pričinjena sveukupna materijalna šteta od preko dvadeset milijuna kuna, javljaju iz Policijske uprave zadarske.

Tako se 44-godišnji hrvatski državljanin, 33-godišnja hrvatska državljanke te 30-godišnja državljanka Rusije, sumnjiče da su u svojstvu vlasnika i odgovornih osoba dva trgovačka društva sa sjedištem na području zadarske županije u vremenu od srpnja 2019. do kraja studenog 2020.godine, u nakani da se znatno nepripadno okoriste na štetu svojih društava te da izbjegnu plaćanje dužnih poreznih davanja po osnovi poreza na dodanu vrijednost, prodali imovinu društva, a radi se nekretninama, fizičkim osobama od kojih su u gotovini na ruke primili novac, koji nisu položili na žiro račun društava već su ga nepripadno zadržali za sebe, niti su nadležnoj ispostavi porezne uprave na opisanu kupoprodaju nekretnina  podnijeli prijave poreza na dodanu vrijednost, u kojoj su bili dužni iskazati i temeljem toga platiti porez na dodanu vrijednost.

Sumnja se kako je na taj način 44-godišnji vlasnik društva prodajom 14 raznih  nekretnina koje su činile imovinu društva, sebi pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od preko 10.300.000,00 kuna, dok je državni proračun oštetio za iznos od skoro 2.700.000,00 kuna, da je 33-godišnja vlasnica/odgovorna osoba istog trgovačkog društva prodajom jedne nekretnine sebi pribavila protupravnu imovinsku korist od preko 1.800.000,00 kuna, dok je državni proračun oštetila za iznos od preko 370.000,00 kuna,

Nadalje, sumnja se kako je 30-godišnja strana državljanaka kao vlasnica drugog trgovačkog društva prodajom 5 nekretnina u sastavu društva, sebi pribavila protupravnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od preko 4.000.000,00 kuna, dok je državni proračun oštetila za iznos od preko 1.000.000,00 kuna.

Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, protiv njih se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnose kaznene prijava zbog zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju  i utaje poreza ili carine.

Dvoje Hrvata i jedna Ruskinja osumnjičeni za gospodarski kriminal: evo kako su počinili materijalnu štetu od preko 20 milijuna kuna!

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje na tri osobe, koje se sumnjiči za počinjenje kaznenih djela protiv gospodarstva; zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju te utaje poreza ili carine, kojima je pričinjena sveukupna materijalna šteta od preko dvadeset milijuna kuna, javljaju iz Policijske uprave zadarske.

Tako se 44-godišnji hrvatski državljanin, 33-godišnja hrvatska državljanke te 30-godišnja državljanka Rusije, sumnjiče da su u svojstvu vlasnika i odgovornih osoba dva trgovačka društva sa sjedištem na području zadarske županije u vremenu od srpnja 2019. do kraja studenog 2020.godine, u nakani da se znatno nepripadno okoriste na štetu svojih društava te da izbjegnu plaćanje dužnih poreznih davanja po osnovi poreza na dodanu vrijednost, prodali imovinu društva, a radi se nekretninama, fizičkim osobama od kojih su u gotovini na ruke primili novac, koji nisu položili na žiro račun društava već su ga nepripadno zadržali za sebe, niti su nadležnoj ispostavi porezne uprave na opisanu kupoprodaju nekretnina  podnijeli prijave poreza na dodanu vrijednost, u kojoj su bili dužni iskazati i temeljem toga platiti porez na dodanu vrijednost.

Sumnja se kako je na taj način 44-godišnji vlasnik društva prodajom 14 raznih  nekretnina koje su činile imovinu društva, sebi pribavio protupravnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od preko 10.300.000,00 kuna, dok je državni proračun oštetio za iznos od skoro 2.700.000,00 kuna, da je 33-godišnja vlasnica/odgovorna osoba istog trgovačkog društva prodajom jedne nekretnine sebi pribavila protupravnu imovinsku korist od preko 1.800.000,00 kuna, dok je državni proračun oštetila za iznos od preko 370.000,00 kuna,

Nadalje, sumnja se kako je 30-godišnja strana državljanaka kao vlasnica drugog trgovačkog društva prodajom 5 nekretnina u sastavu društva, sebi pribavila protupravnu imovinsku korist u iznosu od preko 4.000.000,00 kuna, dok je državni proračun oštetila za iznos od preko 1.000.000,00 kuna.

Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, protiv njih se nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu podnose kaznene prijava zbog zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju  i utaje poreza ili carine.
