Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije Policijske uprave zadarske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 61-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo Zlouporaba povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Sumnjiči ga se da je kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva sa sjedištem na području Zadarske županije, protupravnim ponašanjem oštetio društvo za iznos oko 110 tisuća eura.

Naime, u vremenu od rujna 2010. do lipnja 2013. godine inozemnom poslovnom partneru od kojeg je dobavljao robu koju je dalje distribuirao na području RH, dostavio broj svog osobnog računa na koji račun je inozemni društvo uplaćivalo novac tj. proviziju, a osumnjičeni ga nije polagao na račun društva već ga je zadržao za sebe.

Također ga se sumnjiči ga se da u vremenu od 2010. do 2017. godine kao odgovorna osoba društva, s ciljem da sebi pribavi nepripadajuću imovinsku korist, bez pravnog osnova, za nepostojeće usluge, nalagao isplate s bankovnog računa trgovačkog društva na svoj račun.

Nadalje ga se sumnjiči da je tijekom 2013. godine krajnjim kupcima kojima je dostavljao robu navodio da novčana sredstva za isporučeno, umjesto na žiro račun društva, uplate na njegov račun.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističko istraživanja protiv osumnjičenog se podnosi kaznena prijava nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru.

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije Policijske uprave zadarske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 61-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo Zlouporaba povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Sumnjiči ga se da je kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva sa sjedištem na području Zadarske županije, protupravnim ponašanjem oštetio društvo za iznos oko 110 tisuća eura.

Naime, u vremenu od rujna 2010. do lipnja 2013. godine inozemnom poslovnom partneru od kojeg je dobavljao robu koju je dalje distribuirao na području RH, dostavio broj svog osobnog računa na koji račun je inozemni društvo uplaćivalo novac tj. proviziju, a osumnjičeni ga nije polagao na račun društva već ga je zadržao za sebe.

Također ga se sumnjiči ga se da u vremenu od 2010. do 2017. godine kao odgovorna osoba društva, s ciljem da sebi pribavi nepripadajuću imovinsku korist, bez pravnog osnova, za nepostojeće usluge, nalagao isplate s bankovnog računa trgovačkog društva na svoj račun.

Nadalje ga se sumnjiči da je tijekom 2013. godine krajnjim kupcima kojima je dostavljao robu navodio da novčana sredstva za isporučeno, umjesto na žiro račun društva, uplate na njegov račun.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističko istraživanja protiv osumnjičenog se podnosi kaznena prijava nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru.

Dostavio broj osobnog računa na koji je inozemno društvo uplaćivalo novac tj. proviziju, ali ga nije polagao tvrtki, već ga zadržao za sebe

Policijski službenici Odjela gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije Policijske uprave zadarske dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 61-godišnjim hrvatskim državljaninom zbog sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo Zlouporaba povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Sumnjiči ga se da je kao odgovorna osoba trgovačkog društva sa sjedištem na području Zadarske županije, protupravnim ponašanjem oštetio društvo za iznos oko 110 tisuća eura.

Naime, u vremenu od rujna 2010. do lipnja 2013. godine inozemnom poslovnom partneru od kojeg je dobavljao robu koju je dalje distribuirao na području RH, dostavio broj svog osobnog računa na koji račun je inozemni društvo uplaćivalo novac tj. proviziju, a osumnjičeni ga nije polagao na račun društva već ga je zadržao za sebe.

Također ga se sumnjiči ga se da u vremenu od 2010. do 2017. godine kao odgovorna osoba društva, s ciljem da sebi pribavi nepripadajuću imovinsku korist, bez pravnog osnova, za nepostojeće usluge, nalagao isplate s bankovnog računa trgovačkog društva na svoj račun.

Nadalje ga se sumnjiči da je tijekom 2013. godine krajnjim kupcima kojima je dostavljao robu navodio da novčana sredstva za isporučeno, umjesto na žiro račun društva, uplate na njegov račun.

Nakon dovršenog kriminalističko istraživanja protiv osumnjičenog se podnosi kaznena prijava nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru.
