Ruska državna kompanija Gazprom počela je u četvrtak ujutro smanjivati količinu plina koju šalje u Njemačku plinovodom Sjeverni tok 1, na dnevni maksimum od 67 milijuna kubičnih metara, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Gazprom je prvo u srijedu najavio da će smanjiti maksimalne količine plina s uobičajenih 167 milijuna kubika dnevno na 100 milijuna kubika, a potom na maksimalno 67 milijuna kubika. U dva dana Gazprom je isporuku plina Njemačkoj smanjio otprilike na 60 posto, pravdajući to tehničkim problemima. Njemački ministar gospodarstva Robert Habeck osudio je to kao političku odluku, i poručio da u Njemačkoj nemaju problema s opskrbom.

Manje ruskog plina dobile su Češka i Austrija, nakon što je Gazprom u svibnju prekinuo dotok plina nizu zemalja EU, od Poljske do Nizozemske i Finske, jer su odbili plaćati u rubljima. Još je otvoreno kako će odluka Gazproma utjecati na Europu u cjelini. To će biti jasno tek za dva-tri dana, piše Spiegel.

Protekli su dani pokazali koliko je važno osloboditi se ovisnosti o Rusiji, rekao je Habeck u četvrtak. Širenje obnovljivih izvora energije pitanje je nacionalne i europske sigurnosti, istaknuo je šef njemačkih Zelenih, u videu podijeljenom preko Twittera. Ponovno je pozvao na štednju, svaki kilovat sat pomaže. Za 35 posto potrošnje plina Njemačka još ovisi o Rusiji. I dalje će nabavljati plin alternativnim putem, iako po većoj cijeni.

Smanjenje isporuke Gazprom je objasnio time što Siemens kasni s popravkom uređaja za kompresiju. Plinski kompresori nisu se na vrijeme vratili s popravka u Kanadi, zbog sankcija proglašenih Rusiji zbog napada na Ukrajinu, tvrde Rusi.

To je politička odluka, ustvrdio je njemački ministar Robert Habeck, i nije tehnički opravdana. Održavanje Siemensovih kompresijskih sustava ne podliježe europskim sankcijama protiv Rusije: prema informacijama njemačke vlade, kompresori su na servis trebali ići na jesen, a ni u tom slučaju ne bi bilo opravdanja za ovako veliko smanjenje isporuke plina. S time da je ministar Habeck rekao kako ni daljnja smanjenja isporuke ruskog plina idućih dana nisu isključena.

U utorak su operateri drugog najvećeg terminala za ukapljeni prirodni plin u SAD-u objavili da će postrojenje sada biti izvan pogona tri mjeseca, umjesto prvotno najavljena tri tjedna. To su loše vijesti za EU, jer oko 70 posto ukapljenog plina u Teksasu odlazi na europsko tržište, piše Tagesspiegel. Gotovo istodobno Gazprom je javio da će smanjiti isporuku plina plinovodom Sjeverni tok 1 oko 40 posto.

Ako to potraje dulje vrijeme, Njemačka će imati problem, ocjenjuje predsjednik njemačke Savezne mrežne agencije Klaus Müller. "Možda bismo mogli izdržati preko ljeta, jer je sezona grijanja gotova. Međutim, sada moramo puniti skladišta kako bismo preživjeli zimu - također ruskim plinom", rekao je Müller.

Od početka agresije na Ukrajinu, Rusija pokušava zadržati visoke cijene energenata i otežati europskim zemljama da popune svoje rezerve plina za zimu, sada kad su cijene pale. Plin je koštao 108 eura po megavatsatu u srijedu poslijepodne na TTF-u u Nizozemskoj. U ponedjeljak je cijena još uvijek bila oko 84 eura po megavatsatu.

Razmjenu Kremlja i država EU Zachmann uspoređuje s igrom. No Moskva je u prednosti. U Kremlju jako dobro poznaju sve ugovore, dok u EU vlade prebacuju odgovornost na kompanije, kaže stručnjak. U slučaju prekida opskrbe plinom, Njemačka bi bila samo djelomice osigurana, posljedice bi bile još razornije u Austriji, Mađarskoj i Slovačkoj, upozorava Zachmann.

"Osim Poljske, koja je postupila mudro i rano postala neovisna, sve zemlje istočno od Njemačke bile bi posebno pogođene", ističe energetski stručnjak. On preporučuje ozbiljniju štednju plina, jer se on u mnogim zemljama EU još uvijek koristi za proizvodnju električne energije, iako su u rezervi one na ugljen i nuklearke.

Cijene plina nedavno su se stabilizirale, piše Tagesspiegel, među ostalim i zato što je Europska unija svaki tjedan uspijevala uvesti oko milijardu kubičnih metara ukapljenog prirodnog plina (LNG). U Njemačkoj su skladišta plina trenutačno popunjena oko 55 posto, znatno više nego prethodne godine.

Sebastian Bleschke, direktor Inicijative za skladištenje energije (INES), udruge njemačkih opskrbljivača plinom i vodom, kaže da još ne čuje nikakve alarmantne signale iz industrije.

Tržišne cijene plina trenutačno su još uvijek znatno niže nego zimi, tako da je vrijeme idealno za kupnju i skladištenje plina. Predsjednik Savezne mrežne agencije Klaus Müller poziva na štednju plina.

Trenutačno zakon o najmu stanova propisuje da najmodavac u sezoni grijanja mora osigurati minimalnu temperaturu između 20 i 22 stupnja Celzija. Država bi mogla tu razinu privremeno smanjiti, i o tome se pregovara, rekao je Müller. Tvrtke, pak, treba poticati na štednju bonusima, tako da one koje odustanu od plinskih kvota budu nagrađene, piše Jutarnji list.

Ruska državna kompanija Gazprom počela je u četvrtak ujutro smanjivati količinu plina koju šalje u Njemačku plinovodom Sjeverni tok 1, na dnevni maksimum od 67 milijuna kubičnih metara, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Gazprom je prvo u srijedu najavio da će smanjiti maksimalne količine plina s uobičajenih 167 milijuna kubika dnevno na 100 milijuna kubika, a potom na maksimalno 67 milijuna kubika. U dva dana Gazprom je isporuku plina Njemačkoj smanjio otprilike na 60 posto, pravdajući to tehničkim problemima. Njemački ministar gospodarstva Robert Habeck osudio je to kao političku odluku, i poručio da u Njemačkoj nemaju problema s opskrbom.

Manje ruskog plina dobile su Češka i Austrija, nakon što je Gazprom u svibnju prekinuo dotok plina nizu zemalja EU, od Poljske do Nizozemske i Finske, jer su odbili plaćati u rubljima. Još je otvoreno kako će odluka Gazproma utjecati na Europu u cjelini. To će biti jasno tek za dva-tri dana, piše Spiegel.

Protekli su dani pokazali koliko je važno osloboditi se ovisnosti o Rusiji, rekao je Habeck u četvrtak. Širenje obnovljivih izvora energije pitanje je nacionalne i europske sigurnosti, istaknuo je šef njemačkih Zelenih, u videu podijeljenom preko Twittera. Ponovno je pozvao na štednju, svaki kilovat sat pomaže. Za 35 posto potrošnje plina Njemačka još ovisi o Rusiji. I dalje će nabavljati plin alternativnim putem, iako po većoj cijeni.

Smanjenje isporuke Gazprom je objasnio time što Siemens kasni s popravkom uređaja za kompresiju. Plinski kompresori nisu se na vrijeme vratili s popravka u Kanadi, zbog sankcija proglašenih Rusiji zbog napada na Ukrajinu, tvrde Rusi.

To je politička odluka, ustvrdio je njemački ministar Robert Habeck, i nije tehnički opravdana. Održavanje Siemensovih kompresijskih sustava ne podliježe europskim sankcijama protiv Rusije: prema informacijama njemačke vlade, kompresori su na servis trebali ići na jesen, a ni u tom slučaju ne bi bilo opravdanja za ovako veliko smanjenje isporuke plina. S time da je ministar Habeck rekao kako ni daljnja smanjenja isporuke ruskog plina idućih dana nisu isključena.

U utorak su operateri drugog najvećeg terminala za ukapljeni prirodni plin u SAD-u objavili da će postrojenje sada biti izvan pogona tri mjeseca, umjesto prvotno najavljena tri tjedna. To su loše vijesti za EU, jer oko 70 posto ukapljenog plina u Teksasu odlazi na europsko tržište, piše Tagesspiegel. Gotovo istodobno Gazprom je javio da će smanjiti isporuku plina plinovodom Sjeverni tok 1 oko 40 posto.

Ako to potraje dulje vrijeme, Njemačka će imati problem, ocjenjuje predsjednik njemačke Savezne mrežne agencije Klaus Müller. "Možda bismo mogli izdržati preko ljeta, jer je sezona grijanja gotova. Međutim, sada moramo puniti skladišta kako bismo preživjeli zimu - također ruskim plinom", rekao je Müller.

Od početka agresije na Ukrajinu, Rusija pokušava zadržati visoke cijene energenata i otežati europskim zemljama da popune svoje rezerve plina za zimu, sada kad su cijene pale. Plin je koštao 108 eura po megavatsatu u srijedu poslijepodne na TTF-u u Nizozemskoj. U ponedjeljak je cijena još uvijek bila oko 84 eura po megavatsatu.

Razmjenu Kremlja i država EU Zachmann uspoređuje s igrom. No Moskva je u prednosti. U Kremlju jako dobro poznaju sve ugovore, dok u EU vlade prebacuju odgovornost na kompanije, kaže stručnjak. U slučaju prekida opskrbe plinom, Njemačka bi bila samo djelomice osigurana, posljedice bi bile još razornije u Austriji, Mađarskoj i Slovačkoj, upozorava Zachmann.

"Osim Poljske, koja je postupila mudro i rano postala neovisna, sve zemlje istočno od Njemačke bile bi posebno pogođene", ističe energetski stručnjak. On preporučuje ozbiljniju štednju plina, jer se on u mnogim zemljama EU još uvijek koristi za proizvodnju električne energije, iako su u rezervi one na ugljen i nuklearke.

Cijene plina nedavno su se stabilizirale, piše Tagesspiegel, među ostalim i zato što je Europska unija svaki tjedan uspijevala uvesti oko milijardu kubičnih metara ukapljenog prirodnog plina (LNG). U Njemačkoj su skladišta plina trenutačno popunjena oko 55 posto, znatno više nego prethodne godine.

Sebastian Bleschke, direktor Inicijative za skladištenje energije (INES), udruge njemačkih opskrbljivača plinom i vodom, kaže da još ne čuje nikakve alarmantne signale iz industrije.

Tržišne cijene plina trenutačno su još uvijek znatno niže nego zimi, tako da je vrijeme idealno za kupnju i skladištenje plina. Predsjednik Savezne mrežne agencije Klaus Müller poziva na štednju plina.

Trenutačno zakon o najmu stanova propisuje da najmodavac u sezoni grijanja mora osigurati minimalnu temperaturu između 20 i 22 stupnja Celzija. Država bi mogla tu razinu privremeno smanjiti, i o tome se pregovara, rekao je Müller. Tvrtke, pak, treba poticati na štednju bonusima, tako da one koje odustanu od plinskih kvota budu nagrađene, piše Jutarnji list.
