Aljoša Čampara, ministar unutarnjih poslova Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine, uputio je zahtjev Ustavnom sudu BiH da pokrene proceduru utvrđivanja privremene (ne)sposobnosti Milorada Dodika, člana Predsjedništva Bosne i Hercegovine, za vršenje funkcije koju obnaša, javlja Buka.

"Vodeći se činjenicom da je člankom 8.8. Izbornog zakona BiH određeno da Ustavni sud BiH može odlučiti da je član Predsjedništva BiH privremeno nesposoban za vršenje svoje funkcije pozivam Ustavni sud BiH da u najkraćem roku pokrene proceduru utvrđivanja sposobnosti Milorada Dodika za vršenje dužnosti člana Predsjedništva BiH iz reda srpskog naroda. Posljednje najave Milorada Dodika, koje imaju sve elemente planiranog i ciljanog udara na ustavno-pravni poredak Bosne i Hercegovine, jasan su pokazatelj da član Predsjedništva BiH djeluje neustavno iako se prilikom preuzimanja funkcije obvezao između ostalog da će savjesno obavljati datu dužnost, poštovati Ustav Bosne i Hercegovine te provoditi Opći okvirni sporazum za mir i njegove anekse u cijelosti. S obzirom na to da Milorad Dodik blokira funkcioniranje institucija sustava, uvodi zemlju u konflikte i podjele te da je postao otvorena prijetnja miru i sigurnosti, ali i međunarodnim odnosima Bosne i Hercegovine, tražim od Ustavnog suda BiH da utvrdi je li aktualni član Predsjedništva BiH iz reda srpskog naroda privremeno nesposoban za vršenje funkcije koju obnaša. Njegove neustavne najave ugrožavaju mir, suživot, političku i ekonomsku stabilnost Bosne i Hercegovine te Opći okvirni sporazum za mir, a što Ustavni sud BiH prema mojoj procjeni ne bi smio tolerirati", navodi se u priopćenju ministra Čampare.

Aljoša Čampara, ministar unutarnjih poslova Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine, uputio je zahtjev Ustavnom sudu BiH da pokrene proceduru utvrđivanja privremene (ne)sposobnosti Milorada Dodika, člana Predsjedništva Bosne i Hercegovine, za vršenje funkcije koju obnaša, javlja Buka.

"Vodeći se činjenicom da je člankom 8.8. Izbornog zakona BiH određeno da Ustavni sud BiH može odlučiti da je član Predsjedništva BiH privremeno nesposoban za vršenje svoje funkcije pozivam Ustavni sud BiH da u najkraćem roku pokrene proceduru utvrđivanja sposobnosti Milorada Dodika za vršenje dužnosti člana Predsjedništva BiH iz reda srpskog naroda. Posljednje najave Milorada Dodika, koje imaju sve elemente planiranog i ciljanog udara na ustavno-pravni poredak Bosne i Hercegovine, jasan su pokazatelj da član Predsjedništva BiH djeluje neustavno iako se prilikom preuzimanja funkcije obvezao između ostalog da će savjesno obavljati datu dužnost, poštovati Ustav Bosne i Hercegovine te provoditi Opći okvirni sporazum za mir i njegove anekse u cijelosti. S obzirom na to da Milorad Dodik blokira funkcioniranje institucija sustava, uvodi zemlju u konflikte i podjele te da je postao otvorena prijetnja miru i sigurnosti, ali i međunarodnim odnosima Bosne i Hercegovine, tražim od Ustavnog suda BiH da utvrdi je li aktualni član Predsjedništva BiH iz reda srpskog naroda privremeno nesposoban za vršenje funkcije koju obnaša. Njegove neustavne najave ugrožavaju mir, suživot, političku i ekonomsku stabilnost Bosne i Hercegovine te Opći okvirni sporazum za mir, a što Ustavni sud BiH prema mojoj procjeni ne bi smio tolerirati", navodi se u priopćenju ministra Čampare.

Aljoša Čampara, ministar unutarnjih poslova Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine, uputio je zahtjev Ustavnom sudu BiH da pokrene proceduru utvrđivanja privremene (ne)sposobnosti Milorada Dodika, člana Predsjedništva Bosne i Hercegovine, za vršenje funkcije koju obnaša, javlja Buka.

"Vodeći se činjenicom da je člankom 8.8. Izbornog zakona BiH određeno da Ustavni sud BiH može odlučiti da je član Predsjedništva BiH privremeno nesposoban za vršenje svoje funkcije pozivam Ustavni sud BiH da u najkraćem roku pokrene proceduru utvrđivanja sposobnosti Milorada Dodika za vršenje dužnosti člana Predsjedništva BiH iz reda srpskog naroda.
