Ministrica turizma i sporta Nikolina Brnjac opovrgnula je u četvrtak u Saboru oporbene tvrdnje da će država sama financirati gradnju Dinamovog stadiona u Zagrebu.

„Ne znam od kuda vama da će država financirati gradnju Dinamovog stadiona“, odgovorila je ministrica u raspravi o novom zakonu o sportu Daliji Orešković (Centar) koja je rekla da se rasprava poklapa s najavom izgradnje Dinamovog stadiona.

Brnjac je objasnila što je bit izjave Vladina glasnogovornika o gradnji stadiona u Zagrebu, a koju je oporba u četvrtak često spominjala.

„Ono što je rekao (Marko Milić) je da zakon po prvi puta daje mogućnost da Vlada svojom odlukom sufinancira izgradnju sportskih građevina od nacionalnog interesa. Nitko nije rekao da će se preuzeti financiranje, niti da će se financirati samo stadion Dinama ili bilo što drugo, govorimo o sportu općenito“, kazala je.

Nađ: Dinamov stadion ili školske sportske dvorane?

I Vesnu Nađ (Socijaldemokrati) zanima je li Vladin prioritet Dinamov stadion ili školske sportske dvorane koje, kaže, nema 60 posto škola?

To je lažna teza, Dinamov stadion nije prioritet, opetuje Brnjac i ističe kako Vlada od 2019. sufinancira sportsku infrastrukturu kako bi što više djece i mladih imalo gdje vježbati i za to je utrošila preko 80 milijuna kuna.

Marin Miletić (Most) zadovoljan je objašnjenjem o gradnji stadiona.

To je razborito u vremenu velike krize, u vrijeme kad je Banovina razrušena, nema smisla trošiti novac na to, kazao je.
Zastupnici, posebice HDZ-a, hvale predloženi zakon i vjeruju da će pridonijeti razvoju sporta.

Zadovoljni su što se uvodi kategorizacija sportova, jedinstvena nacionalna stipendija vrhunskim sportašima i trajna naknada za trenere osvajače medalja.

Klasić: Kako spriječiti zlouporabu sredstava za najmlađe?

Darko Klasić (HSLS) hvali što zakon predviđa sufinanciranje programa za djecu i mladež, no brine ga kako će se spriječiti zlouporaba sredstva za najmlađe.

Raspisat će se jasni kriteriji, ali uveli smo i kontrolu financija, kaže ministrica u objašnjava da će država kontrolirati krovna udruženja, a lokalna razina ona kojima ona daje sredstva.

Oporbeni zastupnici smatraju i kako se sport ne bi trebao financirati iz igara na sreću i kladionica, jer one stvaraju ovisnost, a poručuju i kako bi, sa 24, na barem 12 mjeseci, trebalo skratiti rok za preglede sportaša.

Predugo je 24 mjeseca između pregleda, trebalo bi biti jednom godišnje, kaže Anka Mrak Taritaš (Glas), a ministrica objašnjava kako će pravilnik, koji će izraditi Ministarstvo zdravstva, definirati koliko bi puta neki sportaši trebali imati preglede, jer nije isto radi li se o rukometašu ili šahisti.

Iako ističe da je u zakon uložen trud i uređena neka prava, Davor Bernardić (Socijaldemokrati) drži da mnoge stvari ipak nisu riješene. Zakonom se, kaže, ne rješava ključno pitanje našeg sporta, a to je održivo financiranje.

Stoga zaključuje da zbog predloženog zakona hrvatski sport neće biti bolji, više djece neće biti na terenima, a klubovi neće biti uspješniji.

Ministrica turizma i sporta Nikolina Brnjac opovrgnula je u četvrtak u Saboru oporbene tvrdnje da će država sama financirati gradnju Dinamovog stadiona u Zagrebu.

„Ne znam od kuda vama da će država financirati gradnju Dinamovog stadiona“, odgovorila je ministrica u raspravi o novom zakonu o sportu Daliji Orešković (Centar) koja je rekla da se rasprava poklapa s najavom izgradnje Dinamovog stadiona.

Brnjac je objasnila što je bit izjave Vladina glasnogovornika o gradnji stadiona u Zagrebu, a koju je oporba u četvrtak često spominjala.

„Ono što je rekao (Marko Milić) je da zakon po prvi puta daje mogućnost da Vlada svojom odlukom sufinancira izgradnju sportskih građevina od nacionalnog interesa. Nitko nije rekao da će se preuzeti financiranje, niti da će se financirati samo stadion Dinama ili bilo što drugo, govorimo o sportu općenito“, kazala je.

Nađ: Dinamov stadion ili školske sportske dvorane?

I Vesnu Nađ (Socijaldemokrati) zanima je li Vladin prioritet Dinamov stadion ili školske sportske dvorane koje, kaže, nema 60 posto škola?

To je lažna teza, Dinamov stadion nije prioritet, opetuje Brnjac i ističe kako Vlada od 2019. sufinancira sportsku infrastrukturu kako bi što više djece i mladih imalo gdje vježbati i za to je utrošila preko 80 milijuna kuna.

Marin Miletić (Most) zadovoljan je objašnjenjem o gradnji stadiona.

To je razborito u vremenu velike krize, u vrijeme kad je Banovina razrušena, nema smisla trošiti novac na to, kazao je.
Zastupnici, posebice HDZ-a, hvale predloženi zakon i vjeruju da će pridonijeti razvoju sporta.

Zadovoljni su što se uvodi kategorizacija sportova, jedinstvena nacionalna stipendija vrhunskim sportašima i trajna naknada za trenere osvajače medalja.

Klasić: Kako spriječiti zlouporabu sredstava za najmlađe?

Darko Klasić (HSLS) hvali što zakon predviđa sufinanciranje programa za djecu i mladež, no brine ga kako će se spriječiti zlouporaba sredstva za najmlađe.

Raspisat će se jasni kriteriji, ali uveli smo i kontrolu financija, kaže ministrica u objašnjava da će država kontrolirati krovna udruženja, a lokalna razina ona kojima ona daje sredstva.

Oporbeni zastupnici smatraju i kako se sport ne bi trebao financirati iz igara na sreću i kladionica, jer one stvaraju ovisnost, a poručuju i kako bi, sa 24, na barem 12 mjeseci, trebalo skratiti rok za preglede sportaša.

Predugo je 24 mjeseca između pregleda, trebalo bi biti jednom godišnje, kaže Anka Mrak Taritaš (Glas), a ministrica objašnjava kako će pravilnik, koji će izraditi Ministarstvo zdravstva, definirati koliko bi puta neki sportaši trebali imati preglede, jer nije isto radi li se o rukometašu ili šahisti.

Iako ističe da je u zakon uložen trud i uređena neka prava, Davor Bernardić (Socijaldemokrati) drži da mnoge stvari ipak nisu riješene. Zakonom se, kaže, ne rješava ključno pitanje našeg sporta, a to je održivo financiranje.

Stoga zaključuje da zbog predloženog zakona hrvatski sport neće biti bolji, više djece neće biti na terenima, a klubovi neće biti uspješniji.

Ministrica turizma i sporta Nikolina Brnjac opovrgnula je u četvrtak u Saboru oporbene tvrdnje da će država sama financirati gradnju Dinamovog stadiona u Zagrebu.

„Ne znam od kuda vama da će država financirati gradnju Dinamovog stadiona“, odgovorila je ministrica u raspravi o novom zakonu o sportu Daliji Orešković (Centar) koja je rekla da se rasprava poklapa s najavom izgradnje Dinamovog stadiona.

Brnjac je objasnila što je bit izjave Vladina glasnogovornika o gradnji stadiona u Zagrebu, a koju je oporba u četvrtak često spominjala.

„Ono što je rekao (Marko Milić) je da zakon po prvi puta daje mogućnost da Vlada svojom odlukom sufinancira izgradnju sportskih građevina od nacionalnog interesa. Nitko nije rekao da će se preuzeti financiranje, niti da će se financirati samo...
