Hrvatski znanstvenik Ivan Đikić poslao je pismo predsjedniku Vlade Andreju Plenkoviću i ministru zdravstva, Viliju Berošu, vezano uz trenutnu epidemiološku situaciju u državi.

Njegovo pismo prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Poštovani predsjedniče Vlade RH, gospodine Plenkoviću,

Poštovani ministre zdravstva u Vladi RH, gospodine Berošu,

Zabrinut zbog ozbiljnosti situacije i opasnosti pojave petog vala Covid 19 pandemije koja može odnijeti veliki broj života u RH, obraćam Vam se ovim dopisom.

Svakodnevno primam pitanja zabrinutih građana koji ne znaju kako se ponašati u trenutačnoj situaciji; tko se treba dodatno cijepiti, štiti li dodatno cijepljenje i protiv Omikron varijante, koji testovi su sigurni i slično. Činjenica da je Hrvatska pri vrhu liste EU zemalja po broju umrlih na broj stanovnika tijekom četvrtog vala pandemije predstavlja glasan alarm i iziskuje hitno preventivno djelovanje. Nažalost u Hrvatskoj dnevno umire oko 50 ljudi od Covid 19 bolesti što je izrazito visok broj. Ako se ne pripremimo na vrijeme za novi val izvjesno je da ćemo izgubiti još nekoliko tisuća građana tijekom petog vala.

Profesionalna odgovornost nalaže mi da Vam, iz navedenog razloga, predložim da razmotrite sljedeće mjere:

Informirajte javnost o opasnosti Omikron varijante i upoznajte ih s budućom strategijom Vlade.

Izuzetno je važno javnost upoznati s točnim podacima o Omikron varijanti, te opasnostima koje ona donosi. Omikron nije „dobri blagi virus“ nego, prema dostupnim podacima, još jedna opasna varijanta virusa koja se 2-3 puta brže širi od delta varijante, za sada pokazuje različite kliničke simptome od prijašnjih varijanti, no ima značajnu otpornost na prethodno stečeni imunitet. Neophodno je osiguranje brze detekcije i praćenja Omikron varijante, te građanima prezentirati Vladinu strategiju prevencije petog vala što će pružiti osjećaj sigurnosti i smanjiti anksioznost koju osjeća veliki dio građana.

Osigurajte i promovirajte dodatno (booster) cijepljenje za sve osobe iznad 18 godina!

Evidentno je da prije stečeni imunitet na SARS-CoV2 viruse je značajno slabiji na Omikron varijantu i to već 3-4 mjeseca nakon prebolijevanja bolesti ili zadnje doze cijepljenje. Podaci kojima trenutno raspolažemo pokazuju da dodatno (booster) cijepljenje ima značajni pozitivni učinak i doprinosi zaštiti i protiv Omikron varijante. Booster doza ne bi trebala biti limitirana s obzirom na dob građana; svi stariji od 18 godina mogu se dodatno cijepiti ukoliko žele. To je uistinu žurna mjera.

Neophodno je potaknuti ozbiljniju i stručnu kampanju cijepljenja i poticati građane koji se još nisu cijepili da to što prije učine (cilj je dostići preko 80% procijepljene populacije!). Na taj način ćemo dostići značajnu razinu kolektivne zaštite u Hrvatskoj i spriječiti pretrpavanje bolnica i smrtnost od Covid19 bolesti. Primjeri brojnih zemljama EU, od Španjolske, Portugala, Irske i drugih tijekom četvrtog vala, najbolji su pokazatelj takve zaštite.

Obaveza je Ministarstva zdravstva da svoje građane točno i jasno informira o testiranjima na koronaviruse. Nedavno se je kroz medije pozivalo građane RH na testiranje stanične imunosti, što se pokušavalo prikazati kao najbolji parametar odlučivanja o potrebi cijepljenja dodatnom (booster) dozom. Prema podacima kojima trenutno raspolažemo, nigdje u svijetu nije odobren test stanične imunosti na temelju kojeg se službeno odlučuje o booster cijepljenju. Naprotiv, postoje primjeri građana koji su bili pozitivni na testiranju stanične imunosti pa im je preporučeno odustajanje od cijepljenja, nakon čega su se, nekoliko tjedana kasnije, razboljeli. Drugim riječima, krivim informiranjem o svojoj zaštićenosti izloženi su dodatnom, nepotrebnom riziku za njihovo zdravlje.

Ne dopustite profiterstvo vezano uz testove na koronaviruse.

Pogrešno interpretirani testovi na Covid19 građane mogu dovesti u zabludu (da su ljudi zaštićeni, iako nisu) i time uzrokovati pogoršanje ionako složene epidemiološke situacije. U ovom trenutku, cijena testova stanične imunosti na SARS-Cov2 iznosi čak 1200 kn (u jednoj privatnoj instituciji). Prema meni dostupnim podacima, radi se o kopiji testa koji je razvijen u Njemačkoj te bi bilo važno utvrditi tko je odobrio tako visoke cijene testova u RH? Zašto te testove ne koristi službeno i HZJZ ako su neophodni? Čini se da je riječ o pokušaju ostvarivanja ‘brzinske’ privatne zarade koji podsjeća na cijenu antigenskih testova na SARS-Cov2, koji su se prodavali za 360,00 kn. Tek nakon prozivki i intervencije HZJZ-a, ta je cijena službeno spuštena na 110,00 kn po testu. Teška zdravstvena i financijska kriza u RH iziskuje posebnu osjetljivost Vlade RH koja treba spriječiti profiterstvo i financijsko opterećivanje građana.

Reagirajte stručno, jasno i pravodobno na znanstveno neutemeljene izjave i istupe u medijima!

Brojni su primjeri znanstveno neutemeljenih tj. netočnih izjava u medijima, iza kojih stoje pojedini znanstvenici, čak i članovi znanstvenog savjeta Vlade RH, a na koje Ministarstvo zdravstva ni Vlada RH nisu pravodobno reagirali čime se stvara nepotrebna šteta i gubi povjerenje građana", stoji u Đikićevu pismu Plenkoviću i Berošu.

Hrvatski znanstvenik Ivan Đikić poslao je pismo predsjedniku Vlade Andreju Plenkoviću i ministru zdravstva, Viliju Berošu, vezano uz trenutnu epidemiološku situaciju u državi.

Njegovo pismo prenosimo u cijelosti:

"Poštovani predsjedniče Vlade RH, gospodine Plenkoviću,

Poštovani ministre zdravstva u Vladi RH, gospodine Berošu,

Zabrinut zbog ozbiljnosti situacije i opasnosti pojave petog vala Covid 19 pandemije koja može odnijeti veliki broj života u RH, obraćam Vam se ovim dopisom.

Svakodnevno primam pitanja zabrinutih građana koji ne znaju kako se ponašati u trenutačnoj situaciji; tko se treba dodatno cijepiti, štiti li dodatno cijepljenje i protiv Omikron varijante, koji testovi su sigurni i slično. Činjenica da je Hrvatska pri vrhu liste EU zemalja po broju umrlih na broj stanovnika tijekom četvrtog vala pandemije predstavlja glasan alarm i iziskuje hitno preventivno djelovanje. Nažalost u Hrvatskoj dnevno umire oko 50 ljudi od Covid 19 bolesti što je izrazito visok broj. Ako se ne pripremimo na vrijeme za novi val izvjesno je da ćemo izgubiti još nekoliko tisuća građana tijekom petog vala.

Profesionalna odgovornost nalaže mi da Vam, iz navedenog razloga, predložim da razmotrite sljedeće mjere:

Informirajte javnost o opasnosti Omikron varijante i upoznajte ih s budućom strategijom Vlade.

Izuzetno je važno javnost upoznati s točnim podacima o Omikron varijanti, te opasnostima koje ona donosi. Omikron nije „dobri blagi virus“ nego, prema dostupnim podacima, još jedna opasna varijanta virusa koja se 2-3 puta brže širi od delta varijante, za sada pokazuje različite kliničke simptome od prijašnjih varijanti, no ima značajnu otpornost na prethodno stečeni imunitet. Neophodno je osiguranje brze detekcije i praćenja Omikron varijante, te građanima prezentirati Vladinu strategiju prevencije petog vala što će pružiti osjećaj sigurnosti i smanjiti anksioznost koju osjeća veliki dio građana.

Osigurajte i promovirajte dodatno (booster) cijepljenje za sve osobe iznad 18 godina!

Evidentno je da prije stečeni imunitet na SARS-CoV2 viruse je značajno slabiji na Omikron varijantu i to već 3-4 mjeseca nakon prebolijevanja bolesti ili zadnje doze cijepljenje. Podaci kojima trenutno raspolažemo pokazuju da dodatno (booster) cijepljenje ima značajni pozitivni učinak i doprinosi zaštiti i protiv Omikron varijante. Booster doza ne bi trebala biti limitirana s obzirom na dob građana; svi stariji od 18 godina mogu se dodatno cijepiti ukoliko žele. To je uistinu žurna mjera.

Neophodno je potaknuti ozbiljniju i stručnu kampanju cijepljenja i poticati građane koji se još nisu cijepili da to što prije učine (cilj je dostići preko 80% procijepljene populacije!). Na taj način ćemo dostići značajnu razinu kolektivne zaštite u Hrvatskoj i spriječiti pretrpavanje bolnica i smrtnost od Covid19 bolesti. Primjeri brojnih zemljama EU, od Španjolske, Portugala, Irske i drugih tijekom četvrtog vala, najbolji su pokazatelj takve zaštite.

Obaveza je Ministarstva zdravstva da svoje građane točno i jasno informira o testiranjima na koronaviruse. Nedavno se je kroz medije pozivalo građane RH na testiranje stanične imunosti, što se pokušavalo prikazati kao najbolji parametar odlučivanja o potrebi cijepljenja dodatnom (booster) dozom. Prema podacima kojima trenutno raspolažemo, nigdje u svijetu nije odobren test stanične imunosti na temelju kojeg se službeno odlučuje o booster cijepljenju. Naprotiv, postoje primjeri građana koji su bili pozitivni na testiranju stanične imunosti pa im je preporučeno odustajanje od cijepljenja, nakon čega su se, nekoliko tjedana kasnije, razboljeli. Drugim riječima, krivim informiranjem o svojoj zaštićenosti izloženi su dodatnom, nepotrebnom riziku za njihovo zdravlje.

Ne dopustite profiterstvo vezano uz testove na koronaviruse.

Pogrešno interpretirani testovi na Covid19 građane mogu dovesti u zabludu (da su ljudi zaštićeni, iako nisu) i time uzrokovati pogoršanje ionako složene epidemiološke situacije. U ovom trenutku, cijena testova stanične imunosti na SARS-Cov2 iznosi čak 1200 kn (u jednoj privatnoj instituciji). Prema meni dostupnim podacima, radi se o kopiji testa koji je razvijen u Njemačkoj te bi bilo važno utvrditi tko je odobrio tako visoke cijene testova u RH? Zašto te testove ne koristi službeno i HZJZ ako su neophodni? Čini se da je riječ o pokušaju ostvarivanja ‘brzinske’ privatne zarade koji podsjeća na cijenu antigenskih testova na SARS-Cov2, koji su se prodavali za 360,00 kn. Tek nakon prozivki i intervencije HZJZ-a, ta je cijena službeno spuštena na 110,00 kn po testu. Teška zdravstvena i financijska kriza u RH iziskuje posebnu osjetljivost Vlade RH koja treba spriječiti profiterstvo i financijsko opterećivanje građana.

Reagirajte stručno, jasno i pravodobno na znanstveno neutemeljene izjave i istupe u medijima!

Brojni su primjeri znanstveno neutemeljenih tj. netočnih izjava u medijima, iza kojih stoje pojedini znanstvenici, čak i članovi znanstvenog savjeta Vlade RH, a na koje Ministarstvo zdravstva ni Vlada RH nisu pravodobno reagirali čime se stvara nepotrebna šteta i gubi povjerenje građana", stoji u Đikićevu pismu Plenkoviću i Berošu.
