Kad se po ovim ljetnim vrućinama upustite u mukotrpno prženje krumpirića, a rezultat ne zadovolji iščekivanja, nije nikakvo čudo ako vam dođe da cijelu zdjelu pomfrita, zajedno s tavom iz koje je ozašao, zavitlate o zid. Poštedit ćemo vas kuharskih katastrofa uz par jednostavnih savjeta iz koje frigani krumpiri svaki put ispadaju možda čak malo predobro...
Ponajprije, birate krumpir s nižo razinom škroba - takav će se pri prženju iskazati u najboljem svjetlu.
Nadalje, nakon što ga oljuštite, ubacite ga u zdjelu punu hladne vode. Taj će postupak dodatno smanjiti količinu škroba u krumpiru.
Obratite pozornost na tavu: trebala bi biti odgovarajuće veličine, a svakako je poželjno da ima deblje dno. Što bolja i kvalitetnija tava, to bolji pomfrit, ali i sve drugo što u njoj pripremate.
Prije nego se bacite na prženje, obratite pažnju na porcije. Ne mislimo na količine koje namjeravate odmjeriti u svačiji tanjur, jer smo sasvim sigurni da će se, budete li se držali naših pravila, ionako pojesti sve do zadnjeg krumpirića. Mislimo na porcioniranje - krumpir je bolje pržiti u nekoliko tura umjesto da sve odjednom ubacite u tavu.
Pripazite na temperaturu. Ulje treba biti dobro zagrijano kad stavljate krumpire, a važno je i da je temperatura visoka dok krumpir hvata koricu. Nakon toga ju je potrebno smanjiti mna srednju.
Posvetite se krumpiru, nemojte ga ubaciti u tavu pa se prihvatiti nečeg drugog. Trebate ga s vremena na vrijeme promiješati, ne samo kako ne bi izgorio nego i da bi se ravnomjernije ispekao. Međutim, budite opreni prilikom miješanja kako se komadići krumpira ne bi zgnječili.
Prženi krumpir se, treba li to uopće napomenuti, soli čim je ispečen. Ni prije ni kasnije nije dovoljno dobro.

Kad se po ovim ljetnim vrućinama upustite u mukotrpno prženje krumpirića, a rezultat ne zadovolji iščekivanja, nije nikakvo čudo ako vam dođe da cijelu zdjelu pomfrita, zajedno s tavom iz koje je ozašao, zavitlate o zid. Poštedit ćemo vas kuharskih katastrofa uz par jednostavnih savjeta iz koje frigani krumpiri svaki put ispadaju možda čak malo predobro...
Ponajprije, birate krumpir s nižo razinom škroba - takav će se pri prženju iskazati u najboljem svjetlu.
Nadalje, nakon što ga oljuštite, ubacite ga u zdjelu punu hladne vode. Taj će postupak dodatno smanjiti količinu škroba u krumpiru.
Obratite pozornost na tavu: trebala bi biti odgovarajuće veličine, a svakako je poželjno da ima deblje dno. Što bolja i kvalitetnija tava, to bolji pomfrit, ali i sve drugo što u njoj pripremate.
Prije nego se bacite na prženje, obratite pažnju na porcije. Ne mislimo na količine koje namjeravate odmjeriti u svačiji tanjur, jer smo sasvim sigurni da će se, budete li se držali naših pravila, ionako pojesti sve do zadnjeg krumpirića. Mislimo na porcioniranje - krumpir je bolje pržiti u nekoliko tura umjesto da sve odjednom ubacite u tavu.
Pripazite na temperaturu. Ulje treba biti dobro zagrijano kad stavljate krumpire, a važno je i da je temperatura visoka dok krumpir hvata koricu. Nakon toga ju je potrebno smanjiti mna srednju.
Posvetite se krumpiru, nemojte ga ubaciti u tavu pa se prihvatiti nečeg drugog. Trebate ga s vremena na vrijeme promiješati, ne samo kako ne bi izgorio nego i da bi se ravnomjernije ispekao. Međutim, budite opreni prilikom miješanja kako se komadići krumpira ne bi zgnječili.
Prženi krumpir se, treba li to uopće napomenuti, soli čim je ispečen. Ni prije ni kasnije nije dovoljno dobro.
