Tjestenina je povoljna, laka za pripremu i svima omiljena pa nam dobrih savjeta za njenu pripremu nikad nije dosta. A Albert Niazhvinski zna ponešto o dobroj tjestenini - unatoč tome što je samouki kuhar, njegove su objave na društvenim mrežama tako praktične, duhovite, zabavne i pune dobrih ideja da ga prate milijuni ljudi. Njegov račun @albert_cancook ima više od 27 milijuna pratitelja, a jedna od objava, ona u kojoj Albert pokazuje kako napraviti tjesteninu alla puttanesca ima 15,6 milijuna pregleda, dok je njegova pesto tjestenina iz Pixarova filma "Luca" prikupila 21 milijun pregleda.

Albert je za Insider podijelio nekoliko zgodnih recepata za pripremu tjestenine, a na samom početku istaknuo je najveće greške: pogrešno doziranje vremena, vode i soli. Kako je objasnio, prekuhavanje tjesteninu može učiniti gumastom, dok je nedostatak vode može učiniti nezgodno ljepljivom, a kada je riječ o soli, nedovoljno soljenje je greška koju je kod tjestenine jako teško ispraviti.

Kod pripreme tjestenine, istaknuo je  Niazhvinski,važno je zadržati okuse, zbog čega savjetuje da se kuhana tjestenina ne ispire. Naglasio je i važnost preciznog odmjeravanja vremena za kuhanje pašte, jer se ono razlikuje od vrste do vrste tjestenine. Po njegovom iskustvu, većina tjestenine je gotova nakon kuhanja od osam do 10 minuta, no postoje određena odstupanja pa je dobro voditi računa o napomenama na pakiranju, ali je također dobro s vremena na vrijeme provjeriti stanje u loncu. 

Također je rekao da se ne smije zanemariti miješanje tjestenine za vrijeme kuhanja jer se tako sprječava da se komadići međusobno zalijepe.

Niazhvinski je objasnio i kako kuhanu tjesteninu nadograditi jednostavnim umakom. Priznao je da voli raditi aromatični umak od začinskog bilja, poput bosiljka ili majčine dušice, koje pirja u tavi skupa sa začinima, povrćem i "tajnim dodatkom": oko 250 ml vode od kuhanja tjestenine.

"Počnite s pirjanjem aromatičnih trava, balansirajući okuse začinima, a zatim umak zgusnite umak kuhanjem u malo vode u kojoj se kuhala tjestenina. Zatim jednostavno ubacite ocijeđenu skuhanu tjesteninu, dodajte sir i odmah maknite s vatre kako biste izbjegli zrnatu teksturu. Ukrasite svježim začinskim biljem poslužite" rekao je influencer te potaknuo ljubitelje tjestenine da se upuste u istraživanje različitih sastojaka za jedinstvena i ukusna jela od te praktične namirnice.

Tjestenina je povoljna, laka za pripremu i svima omiljena pa nam dobrih savjeta za njenu pripremu nikad nije dosta. A Albert Niazhvinski zna ponešto o dobroj tjestenini - unatoč tome što je samouki kuhar, njegove su objave na društvenim mrežama tako praktične, duhovite, zabavne i pune dobrih ideja da ga prate milijuni ljudi. Njegov račun @albert_cancook ima više od 27 milijuna pratitelja, a jedna od objava, ona u kojoj Albert pokazuje kako napraviti tjesteninu alla puttanesca ima 15,6 milijuna pregleda, dok je njegova pesto tjestenina iz Pixarova filma "Luca" prikupila 21 milijun pregleda.

Albert je za Insider podijelio nekoliko zgodnih recepata za pripremu tjestenine, a na samom početku istaknuo je najveće greške: pogrešno doziranje vremena, vode i soli. Kako je objasnio, prekuhavanje tjesteninu može učiniti gumastom, dok je nedostatak vode može učiniti nezgodno ljepljivom, a kada je riječ o soli, nedovoljno soljenje je greška koju je kod tjestenine jako teško ispraviti.

Kod pripreme tjestenine, istaknuo je  Niazhvinski,važno je zadržati okuse, zbog čega savjetuje da se kuhana tjestenina ne ispire. Naglasio je i važnost preciznog odmjeravanja vremena za kuhanje pašte, jer se ono razlikuje od vrste do vrste tjestenine. Po njegovom iskustvu, većina tjestenine je gotova nakon kuhanja od osam do 10 minuta, no postoje određena odstupanja pa je dobro voditi računa o napomenama na pakiranju, ali je također dobro s vremena na vrijeme provjeriti stanje u loncu. 

Također je rekao da se ne smije zanemariti miješanje tjestenine za vrijeme kuhanja jer se tako sprječava da se komadići međusobno zalijepe.

Niazhvinski je objasnio i kako kuhanu tjesteninu nadograditi jednostavnim umakom. Priznao je da voli raditi aromatični umak od začinskog bilja, poput bosiljka ili majčine dušice, koje pirja u tavi skupa sa začinima, povrćem i "tajnim dodatkom": oko 250 ml vode od kuhanja tjestenine.

"Počnite s pirjanjem aromatičnih trava, balansirajući okuse začinima, a zatim umak zgusnite umak kuhanjem u malo vode u kojoj se kuhala tjestenina. Tjestenina je povoljna, laka za pripremu i svima omiljena pa nam dobrih savjeta za njenu pripremu nikad nije dosta. A Albert Niazhvinski zna ponešto o dobroj tjestenini - unatoč tome što je samouki kuhar, njegove su objave na društvenim mrežama tako praktične, duhovite, zabavne i pune dobrih ideja da ga prate milijuni ljudi. Njegov račun @albert_cancook ima više od 27 milijuna pratitelja, a jedna od objava, ona u kojoj Albert pokazuje kako napraviti tjesteninu alla puttanesca ima 15,6 milijuna pregleda, dok je njegova pesto tjestenina iz Pixarova filma "Luca" prikupila 21 milijun pregleda.

Albert je za Insider podijelio nekoliko zgodnih recepata za pripremu tjestenine, a na samom početku istaknuo je najveće greške: pogrešno doziranje vremena, vode i soli. Kako je objasnio, prekuhavanje tjesteninu može učiniti gumastom, dok je nedostatak vode može učiniti nezgodno ljepljivom, a kada je riječ o soli, nedovoljno soljenje je greška koju je kod tjestenine jako teško ispraviti.
