Koliko ste puta bacili kutiju jaja u kojoj je ostalo još par komada nakon što ste uočili da im je istekao datum pa se kasnije premišljali jeste li dobro postupili? Jaja su, naposlijetku, jedna od namirnica kojima je cijena itekako "krešila"...

A koliko vam se puta dogodilo da ste razbili jaje pa ga morali baciti u smeće jer je ružno mirisalo? Poštedite se razočaranja i bespotrebnog bacanja uz jedan mali trik. Mislili smo da ga i djeca znaju, a zatim smo na društvenim mrežama uočili da ovo pitanje izaziva puno žučnih polemika pa ćemo ga ponoviti.

Dakle, sve što trebate napraviti je napuniti čašu vodom pa u nju ubaciti jaje. Ispliva li na površinu, velika je vjerojatnost da nije svježe. Je li se zaista i pokvarilo doznat ćete ako imate malo hrabrosti: razbijte ga pa na čisti bijeli tanjur provjerite kako miriše i kako izgleda - ako ne miriše po sumporu, dobro je, a ako vidite da je bjelanjak postao tekuć ili da su bilo na bjelanjku ili na žumanjku nastale diskoloracije ili točkice čudne boje, nije dobro.

Ako jaje potone, ne morate raditi dodatne testove jer to je znak da je svježe. Razlog je u tome što je ljuska djelomično porozna pa stajanjem unutar jaja prodire zrak. Što je dulje stajalo, ući će više zraka zahvaljujući čemu će jaje plivati.

Ako jaje ostane negdje na pola puta, znači da je još uvijek dobro za jelo, ali bi ga trebalo potrošiti što prije. Niste li baš sigurni kako postupiti, primijenite gore opisani test s tanjurom.

Koliko ste puta bacili kutiju jaja u kojoj je ostalo još par komada nakon što ste uočili da im je istekao datum pa se kasnije premišljali jeste li dobro postupili? Jaja su, naposlijetku, jedna od namirnica kojima je cijena itekako "krešila"...

A koliko vam se puta dogodilo da ste razbili jaje pa ga morali baciti u smeće jer je ružno mirisalo? Poštedite se razočaranja i bespotrebnog bacanja uz jedan mali trik. Mislili smo da ga i djeca znaju, a zatim smo na društvenim mrežama uočili da ovo pitanje izaziva puno žučnih polemika pa ćemo ga ponoviti.

Dakle, sve što trebate napraviti je napuniti čašu vodom pa u nju ubaciti jaje. Ispliva li na površinu, velika je vjerojatnost da nije svježe. Je li se zaista i pokvarilo doznat ćete ako imate malo hrabrosti: razbijte ga pa na čisti bijeli tanjur provjerite kako miriše i kako izgleda - ako ne miriše po sumporu, dobro je, a ako vidite da je bjelanjak postao tekuć ili da su bilo na bjelanjku ili na žumanjku nastale diskoloracije ili točkice čudne boje, nije dobro.

Ako jaje potone, ne morate raditi dodatne testove jer to je znak da je svježe. Razlog je u tome što je ljuska djelomično porozna pa stajanjem unutar jaja prodire zrak. Što je dulje stajalo, ući će više zraka zahvaljujući čemu će jaje plivati.

Ako jaje ostane negdje na pola puta, znači da je još uvijek dobro za jelo, ali bi ga trebalo potrošiti što prije. Niste li baš sigurni kako postupiti, primijenite gore opisani test s tanjurom.

Koliko ste puta bacili kutiju jaja u kojoj je ostalo još par komada nakon što ste uočili da im je istekao datum pa se kasnije premišljali jeste li dobro postupili? Jaja su, naposlijetku, jedna od namirnica kojima je cijena itekako "krešila"...

A koliko vam se puta dogodilo da ste razbili jaje pa ga morali baciti u smeće jer je ružno mirisalo? Poštedite se razočaranja i bespotrebnog bacanja uz jedan mali trik. Mislili smo da ga i djeca znaju, a zatim smo na društvenim mrežama uočili da ovo pitanje izaziva puno žučnih polemika pa ćemo ga ponoviti.

Dakle, sve što trebate napraviti je napuniti čašu vodom pa u nju ubaciti jaje. Ispliva li na površinu, velika je vjerojatnost da nije svježe. Je li se zaista i pokvarilo doznat ćete ako imate malo hrabrosti: razbijte ga pa na čisti bijeli tanjur provjerite kako miriše i kako izgleda - ako ne miriše po sumporu, dobro je, a ako vidite da je bjelanjak postao tekuć ili da su bilo na bjelanjku ili na žumanjku nastale diskoloracije ili točkice čudne boje, nije dobro.

Ako jaje potone, ne morate raditi dodatne testove jer to je znak da je svježe. Razlog je u tome što je ljuska djelomično porozna pa stajanjem unutar jaja prodire zrak. Što je dulje stajalo, ući će više zraka zahvaljujući čemu će jaje plivati.

Ako jaje ostane negdje na pola puta, znači da je još uvijek dobro za jelo, ali bi ga trebalo potrošiti što prije. Niste li baš sigurni kako postupiti, primijenite gore opisani test s tanjurom.
