Šibenska tvrtka "Tec Gradnja" i stankovački "Sarađen" jedine su se javile na natječaj Grada Šibenika za uređenje ulica Petra Grubišića i Zadarske, koje se spajaju na Ulicu kralja Zvonimira glavnu šibensku prometnicu.
Za jednogodišnji posao čija je vrijednost bila procijenjena na 2,87 milijuna kuna, kompanija "Tec Gradnja" je istaknula cijenu od 3,35 milijuna kuna, dok je iznos konkurentske tvrtke 3,68 milijuna kuna, pa će biti zanimljivo vidjeti kako će se gradski oci postaviti prema ponudama koje znatnije premašuju početnu cijenu.
Podsjetimo, radovi na spoju tih dviju prometnica s Ulicom kralja Zvonimira odvijali su se u vrijeme provedbe projekta Aglomeracije, vrijednog više od 400 milijuna kuna, koji je financiran sredstvima iz EU-ovih fondova, ali u Grubišićevu i Zadarsku strojevi nisu ulazili.
Time je ostao neriješen i problem "obrane" od bujičnih voda koje se za vrijeme obilnih kiša iz tih dviju ulica obruše na Zvonimirovu, pa krenu prema Poljani i podzemnoj garaži.
– S obzirom na to da ove dvije ulice nisu bile obuhvaćene projektom Aglomeracije, u njihovo kompletno komunalno uređenje idemo s ciljem da se smanji količina vode koja površinskim putem ulazi u Zvonimirovu. Kad su veliki šijuni i padne ogromna količina kiše u kratkom vremenu, postojeći sustav to jednostavno ne može prihvatiti. Rekonstrukcijom ovih ulica, polaganjem odvodnih cijevi većeg profila te postavljanjem drugačijih slivnika i rešetki osjetno će se smanjiti količina vode koja se sliva u Ulicu kralja Zvonimira – kazao je tada dogradonačelnik Danijel Mileta.

Šibenčani će svoj dio obveze u ovom poslu, u iznosu od oko 1,5 milijuna kuna, financirati posredstvom gradskog proračuna, točnije iz uplaćene komunalne naknade.
– "Vodovod" će raditi novi sustav kanalizacije i odvodnje oborinskih voda, rekonstrukciju dijela vodoopskrbe, a i "Hrvatski telekom" i HEP odradit će posao na svojoj infrastrukturi. I inače, već nekoliko posljednjih godina kad Grad kreće u rekonstrukciju i uređenje pojedinih ulica, uključuju se i institucije nadležne za komunalnu infrastrukturu, poput HEP-a, "Vodovoda i odvodnje", teleoperatori i drugi, jer je to praktično i svima jeftinije, nema ponovnog kopanja ulica, što otežava prometovanje i život građanima, a u konačnici i znatno povećava troškove – kazao je Mileta.
Najskuplji materijal
Plan je, dodao je, da se prvo obave radovi u Ulici Petra Grubišića i da budu završeni do početka turističke sezone, a u infrastrukturne radove na uređenju Zadarske ulice krenulo bi se nakon ljeta 2022. godine.
Inače, u Ulicu Petra Grubišića, koja se s glavnom gradskom prometnicom spaja točno nasuprot Poljani i ulazu u podzemnu garažu, ogromne količine oborina slijevaju se iz Težačke ulice, što je dodatni problem, koji Grad planira riješiti u bliskoj budućnosti.
– I ne samo Težačku ulicu, nego ćemo i u ulicama u starom dijelu grada morati jednog dana izvesti kompletnu rekonstrukciju komunalne infrastrukture, što će za Grad biti znatno skuplje jer su ulice popločane kamenom, a to je najskuplji građevni materijal na tržištu – zaključio je Mileta.

Šibenska tvrtka "Tec Gradnja" i stankovački "Sarađen" jedine su se javile na natječaj Grada Šibenika za uređenje ulica Petra Grubišića i Zadarske, koje se spajaju na Ulicu kralja Zvonimira glavnu šibensku prometnicu.
Za jednogodišnji posao čija je vrijednost bila procijenjena na 2,87 milijuna kuna, kompanija "Tec Gradnja" je istaknula cijenu od 3,35 milijuna kuna, dok je iznos konkurentske tvrtke 3,68 milijuna kuna, pa će biti zanimljivo vidjeti kako će se gradski oci postaviti prema ponudama koje znatnije premašuju početnu cijenu.
Podsjetimo, radovi na spoju tih dviju prometnica s Ulicom kralja Zvonimira odvijali su se u vrijeme provedbe projekta Aglomeracije, vrijednog više od 400 milijuna kuna, koji je financiran sredstvima iz EU-ovih fondova, ali u Grubišićevu i Zadarsku strojevi nisu ulazili.
Time je ostao neriješen i problem "obrane" od bujičnih voda koje se za vrijeme obilnih kiša iz tih dviju ulica obruše na Zvonimirovu, pa krenu prema Poljani i podzemnoj garaži.
– S obzirom na to da ove dvije ulice nisu bile obuhvaćene projektom Aglomeracije, u njihovo kompletno komunalno uređenje idemo s ciljem da se smanji količina vode koja površinskim putem ulazi u Zvonimirovu. Kad su veliki šijuni i padne ogromna količina kiše u kratkom vremenu, postojeći sustav to jednostavno ne može prihvatiti. Rekonstrukcijom ovih ulica, polaganjem odvodnih cijevi većeg profila te postavljanjem drugačijih slivnika i rešetki osjetno će se smanjiti količina vode koja se sliva u Ulicu kralja Zvonimira – kazao je tada dogradonačelnik Danijel Mileta.

Šibenčani će svoj dio obveze u ovom poslu, u iznosu od oko 1,5 milijuna kuna, financirati posredstvom gradskog proračuna, točnije iz uplaćene komunalne naknade.
– "Vodovod" će raditi novi sustav kanalizacije i odvodnje oborinskih voda, rekonstrukciju dijela vodoopskrbe, a i "Hrvatski telekom" i HEP odradit će posao na svojoj infrastrukturi. I inače, već nekoliko posljednjih godina kad Grad kreće u rekonstrukciju i uređenje pojedinih ulica, uključuju se i institucije nadležne za komunalnu infrastrukturu, poput HEP-a, "Vodovoda i odvodnje", teleoperatori i drugi, jer je to praktično i svima jeftinije, nema ponovnog kopanja ulica, što otežava prometovanje i život građanima, a u konačnici i znatno povećava troškove – kazao je Mileta.
Najskuplji materijal
Plan je, dodao je, da se prvo obave radovi u Ulici Petra Grubišića i da budu završeni do početka turističke sezone, a u infrastrukturne radove na uređenju Zadarske ulice krenulo bi se nakon ljeta 2022. godine.
Inače, u Ulicu Petra Grubišića, koja se s glavnom gradskom prometnicom spaja točno nasuprot Poljani i ulazu u podzemnu garažu, ogromne količine oborina slijevaju se iz Težačke ulice, što je dodatni problem, koji Grad planira riješiti u bliskoj budućnosti.
– I ne samo Težačku ulicu, nego ćemo i u ulicama u starom dijelu grada morati jednog dana izvesti kompletnu rekonstrukciju komunalne infrastrukture, što će za Grad biti znatno skuplje jer su ulice popločane kamenom, a to je najskuplji građevni materijal na tržištu – zaključio je Mileta.
