Titulu najstarijeg aktivnog liječnika prema Guinnessovoj knjizi rekorda nosi dr. Howard Tucker, neurolog iz Clevelanda. Kaže da je za dug život važno kretati se, raditi i mladenački razmišljati. Treba mu vjerovati jer čovjek ima više od sto!

1. Nastavite raditi

Tucker je neurolog koji još uvijek radi i kaže da mu to pomaže da se osjeća bolje. Istraživanja podupiru njegovu tvrdnju. Studija iz 2021. pokazala je da umirovljenici koji ne rade ništa imaju veću vjerojatnost da će imati kognitivni pad od onih koji rade u mirovini. 2. Redovito vježbajte

"Prije sam trčao vani, ali sada to radim na traci u svojoj sobi. Trčim oko 5 km nekoliko puta tjedno", kaže Tucker. Veza između kretanja i dugovječnosti je potvrđena.

Studija iz 2022. na više od 400.000 odraslih osoba otkrila je da je samo 10 minuta brzog hodanja dnevno sve što je potrebno da bi osoba izgledala biološki mlađe do 16 godina.

3. Razmišljajte kao mlada osoba

Kažete sebi: "Mislim da ću živjeti zauvijek. Znam da to nije stvarnost, ali ne bojim se smrti." Znanost je na 68 zdravih odraslih osoba u dobi od 59 do 84 godine pokazala da oni koji se osjećaju mlađima imaju strukturne karakteristike mlađeg mozga, pa je vjerojatnije da će imati bolje pamćenje.

- Uvijek planiram što ću raditi u budućnosti, a biram prijatelje koji su mlađi od mene - dodaje Tucker. Pomaže mu da bude optimističan i daje svrhu njegovom životu, a poznato je da se povezuje s dužim životnim vijekom.

Titulu najstarijeg aktivnog liječnika prema Guinnessovoj knjizi rekorda nosi dr. Howard Tucker, neurolog iz Clevelanda. Kaže da je za dug život važno kretati se, raditi i mladenački razmišljati. Treba mu vjerovati jer čovjek ima više od sto!

1. Nastavite raditi

Tucker je neurolog koji još uvijek radi i kaže da mu to pomaže da se osjeća bolje. Istraživanja podupiru njegovu tvrdnju. Studija iz 2021. pokazala je da umirovljenici koji ne rade ništa imaju veću vjerojatnost da će imati kognitivni pad od onih koji rade u mirovini. Studija iz 2022. na više od 400.000 odraslih osoba otkrila je da je samo 10 minuta brzog hodanja dnevno sve što je potrebno da bi osoba izgledala biološki mlađe do 16 godina.

3. Razmišljajte kao mlada osoba

Kažete sebi: "Mislim da ću živjeti zauvijek. Znam da to nije stvarnost, ali ne bojim se smrti." Znanost je na 68 zdravih odraslih osoba u dobi od 59 do 84 godine pokazala da oni koji se osjećaju mlađima imaju strukturne karakteristike mlađeg mozga, pa je vjerojatnije da će imati bolje pamćenje.

- Uvijek planiram što ću raditi u budućnosti, a biram prijatelje koji su mlađi od mene - dodaje Tucker. Pomaže mu da bude optimističan i daje svrhu njegovom životu, a poznato je da se povezuje s dužim životnim vijekom.

Titulu najstarijeg aktivnog liječnika prema Guinnessovoj knjizi rekorda nosi dr. Howard Tucker, neurolog iz Clevelanda. Kaže da je za dug život važno kretati se, raditi i mladenački razmišljati. Treba mu vjerovati jer čovjek ima više od sto!

1. Nastavite raditi

Tucker je neurolog koji još uvijek radi i kaže da mu to pomaže da se osjeća bolje. Istraživanja podupiru njegovu tvrdnju. Studija iz 2021. pokazala je da umirovljenici koji ne rade ništa imaju veću vjerojatnost da će imati kognitivni pad od onih koji rade u mirovini. 2. Redovito vježbajte

"Prije sam trčao vani, ali sada to radim na traci u svojoj sobi. Trčim oko 5 km nekoliko puta tjedno", kaže Tucker. Veza između kretanja i dugovječnosti je potvrđena.

Studija iz 2022. na više od 400.000 odraslih osoba otkrila je da je samo 10 minuta brzog hodanja dnevno sve što je potrebno da bi osoba izgledala biološki mlađe do 16 godina.

3. Razmišljajte kao mlada osoba

Kažete sebi: "Mislim da ću živjeti zauvijek. Znam da to nije stvarnost, ali ne bojim se smrti." Znanost je na 68 zdravih odraslih osoba u dobi od 59 do 84 godine pokazala da oni koji se osjećaju mlađima imaju strukturne karakteristike mlađeg mozga, pa je vjerojatnije da će imati bolje pamćenje.

- Uvijek planiram što ću raditi u budućnosti, a biram prijatelje koji su mlađi od mene - dodaje Tucker. Pomaže mu da bude optimističan i daje svrhu njegovom životu, a poznato je da se povezuje s dužim životnim vijekom.
