Izazovna vremena i moderan život kod mnogih ljudi uzimaju danak kod spavanja. Dobar savjet za brzo utonuti u san zlata je vrijedan, zato nije ni čudo što je jedan od takvih trikova postao viralan na TikToku. Naime, jedan korisnik TikToka pod imenom YoungerYouDoc tvrdi da masiranje zapešća nakon što ste legli u krevet može pomoći da zaspete, piše Gloria.
Trik je u tome da pronađete točku s unutarnje strane zapešća, masirate je kružnim pokretima dvije do tri minute sve dok ne zaspete. Iako možda zvuči blesavo, ovaj bi trik zapravo mogao i raditi. Stručnjaci za akupunkturu to mjesto na zapešću koriste kao jednu od točaka za smirenje, tako da masiranje tog mjesta može pomoći da se umiri mozak.

U tradicionalnoj kineskoj medicini ime te točke zove se Shenmen, što bi u prijevodu značilo - vrata duha. Koristi se za pomoć pri stanjima poput nesanice, stresa, anksioznosti kao i iritiranosti. No ovaj trik vjerojatno neće 'raditi' kod ljudi koji imaju kroničnih problema s nesanicom.
Kronična nesanica zahtijeva potpuno relaksaciju, pripremanje okoline za spavanje, kao i dopuštanje tijelu da utone u san. Kvalitetan san ovisi o dobroj higijeni spavanja, koja je najbolji način da se pravilno odmorimo tijekom noći.
Neki stručnjaci smatraju da trljanje zapešća dvije minute može biti lijek za nesanicu sam po sebi, iako je trik postao viralan otkako ga je 'liječnik' objavio na TikToku prošlog tjedna.
I dalje je najbitnija dobra higijena spavanja.
"Sve što morate je masirati jednu točku na zapešću dvije do tri minute", kazao je tzv. liječnik pokazujući kako se to radi - s dva prsta koja je postavio na mjesto gdje se mjeri puls, kružnim je pokretima demonstrirao efektivnu metodu tako da je 'zaspao istog trena'. U drugim videima pokazao je i slične trikove za povećanje mobilnosti i smanjivanje stresa.
Iako bismo ponekad htjeli prečicom doći do mirnog i neprekinutog sna, 'trikovi' za njegovo postizanje već su jako dobro poznati i gotovo uvijek isti, nazivaju se još i dobrom higijenom spavanja, a nikad ih nije naodmet ponoviti, piše Gloria.

Izazovna vremena i moderan život kod mnogih ljudi uzimaju danak kod spavanja. Dobar savjet za brzo utonuti u san zlata je vrijedan, zato nije ni čudo što je jedan od takvih trikova postao viralan na TikToku. Naime, jedan korisnik TikToka pod imenom YoungerYouDoc tvrdi da masiranje zapešća nakon što ste legli u krevet može pomoći da zaspete, piše Gloria.
Trik je u tome da pronađete točku s unutarnje strane zapešća, masirate je kružnim pokretima dvije do tri minute sve dok ne zaspete. Iako možda zvuči blesavo, ovaj bi trik zapravo mogao i raditi. Stručnjaci za akupunkturu to mjesto na zapešću koriste kao jednu od točaka za smirenje, tako da masiranje tog mjesta može pomoći da se umiri mozak.

U tradicionalnoj kineskoj medicini ime te točke zove se Shenmen, što bi u prijevodu značilo - vrata duha. Koristi se za pomoć pri stanjima poput nesanice, stresa, anksioznosti kao i iritiranosti. No ovaj trik vjerojatno neće 'raditi' kod ljudi koji imaju kroničnih problema s nesanicom.
Kronična nesanica zahtijeva potpuno relaksaciju, pripremanje okoline za spavanje, kao i dopuštanje tijelu da utone u san. Kvalitetan san ovisi o dobroj higijeni spavanja, koja je najbolji način da se pravilno odmorimo tijekom noći.
Neki stručnjaci smatraju da trljanje zapešća dvije minute može biti lijek za nesanicu sam po sebi, iako je trik postao viralan otkako ga je 'liječnik' objavio na TikToku prošlog tjedna.
I dalje je najbitnija dobra higijena spavanja.
"Sve što morate je masirati jednu točku na zapešću dvije do tri minute", kazao je tzv. liječnik pokazujući kako se to radi - s dva prsta koja je postavio na mjesto gdje se mjeri puls, kružnim je pokretima demonstrirao efektivnu metodu tako da je 'zaspao istog trena'. U drugim videima pokazao je i slične trikove za povećanje mobilnosti i smanjivanje stresa.
Iako bismo ponekad htjeli prečicom doći do mirnog i neprekinutog sna, 'trikovi' za njegovo postizanje već su jako dobro poznati i gotovo uvijek isti, nazivaju se još i dobrom higijenom spavanja, a nikad ih nije naodmet ponoviti, piše Gloria.
