Za Josipa Broza Tita pričalo se da je veliki bonvivan i gurman te da se unatoč dijabetesu ne može suzdržati od slatkog. Za prve dvije tvrdnje moguće je pronaći dokaze po fotoarhivama, a poneki detalj još tu i tamo pojavi kroz svjedočanstva njegovih suvremenika koji su još živi, poput njegovog nekadašnjeg kuhara koji je prije nekoliko godina ispričao za jedan dnevni list kakve je sve specijalitete pripremao za doživotnog predsjednika bivše države.
A da je jako volio slatko, odnosno barem jedan kolač, uvjeravaju nas objave na društvenim mrežama i pojedinim medijima "u regionu" pa se tako u zadnje vrijeme piše da je Tito obožavao slasticu s orasima, čokoladom i kavom. Navodno je recept dugo bio dobro čuvana tajna. Sada, očito, više nije. Pa vam ga prenosimo, bio to zaista Titov najdraži kolač ili ne, jer recept ne zvuči nimalo loše, baš nas podsjeća na kolače kakvi su nekoć bili jako omiljeni na ovim prostorima. Uživajte.
Titov kolač
Sastojci:
Tijesto:
4 jaja
200 g šećera
1 vanilin šećer
100 g mljevenih oraha
5 žlica kuhane kave
5 žlica brašna
1 prašak za pecivo
3 žlice ulja
Krema:
400 ml mlijeka
200 g maslaca
100 g otopljene čokolade
10 žlica šećera
5 žlica brašna
3 žlice mljevenih oraha
2 žumanjka
1 vanilin šećer
Ukras:
malo čokolade
malo mljevenih oraha
Priprema:
Za koru odvojite bjelanjke od žumanjaka. Bjelanjcima dodajte 100 g šećera pa sve dobro izmiksajte. Žumanjcima dodajte 100 g šećera pa i to izmiksajte. U smjesu sa žumanjcima dodajte 5 žlica hladne kave, 100 g oraha, 5 žlica brašna s praškom za pecivo i 3 žlice ulja pa sve dobro promiješajte te na kraju pažljivo umiješajte snijeg od bjelanjaka. Dobivenu smjesu ulijte u posudu za pečenje i pecite u zagrijanoj pećnici na 180 stupnjeva oko pola sata.
Za kremu mlijeku dodajte 5 žlica brašna i 2 žumanjka pa sve kuhajte uz stalno miješanje dok se ne zgusne. Pustite da se ohladi.
Izmiksajte maslac šećer i vanilin šećer pa im dodajte otopljenu čokoloadu. Sve dobro izmiješajte pa pomiješajte s ohlađenom kuhanom kremom.
Kada je tijesto pečeno, izvadite je i ostavite da se ohladi pa po njoj ravnomjerno rasporedite lremu i ostavite da se stegne. Ukrasite naribanom čokoladom i mljevenim orasima pa narežite na kocke i poslužite.

Za Josipa Broza Tita pričalo se da je veliki bonvivan i gurman te da se unatoč dijabetesu ne može suzdržati od slatkog. Za prve dvije tvrdnje moguće je pronaći dokaze po fotoarhivama, a poneki detalj još tu i tamo pojavi kroz svjedočanstva njegovih suvremenika koji su još živi, poput njegovog nekadašnjeg kuhara koji je prije nekoliko godina ispričao za jedan dnevni list kakve je sve specijalitete pripremao za doživotnog predsjednika bivše države.
A da je jako volio slatko, odnosno barem jedan kolač, uvjeravaju nas objave na društvenim mrežama i pojedinim medijima "u regionu" pa se tako u zadnje vrijeme piše da je Tito obožavao slasticu s orasima, čokoladom i kavom. Navodno je recept dugo bio dobro čuvana tajna. Sada, očito, više nije. Pa vam ga prenosimo, bio to zaista Titov najdraži kolač ili ne, jer recept ne zvuči nimalo loše, baš nas podsjeća na kolače kakvi su nekoć bili jako omiljeni na ovim prostorima. Uživajte.
Titov kolač
Sastojci:
Tijesto:
4 jaja
200 g šećera
1 vanilin šećer
100 g mljevenih oraha
5 žlica kuhane kave
5 žlica brašna
1 prašak za pecivo
3 žlice ulja
Krema:
400 ml mlijeka
200 g maslaca
100 g otopljene čokolade
10 žlica šećera
5 žlica brašna
3 žlice mljevenih oraha
2 žumanjka
1 vanilin šećer
Ukras:
malo čokolade
malo mljevenih oraha
Priprema:
Za koru odvojite bjelanjke od žumanjaka. Bjelanjcima dodajte 100 g šećera pa sve dobro izmiksajte. Žumanjcima dodajte 100 g šećera pa i to izmiksajte. U smjesu sa žumanjcima dodajte 5 žlica hladne kave, 100 g oraha, 5 žlica brašna s praškom za pecivo i 3 žlice ulja pa sve dobro promiješajte te na kraju pažljivo umiješajte snijeg od bjelanjaka. Dobivenu smjesu ulijte u posudu za pečenje i pecite u zagrijanoj pećnici na 180 stupnjeva oko pola sata.
Za kremu mlijeku dodajte 5 žlica brašna i 2 žumanjka pa sve kuhajte uz stalno miješanje dok se ne zgusne. Pustite da se ohladi.
Izmiksajte maslac šećer i vanilin šećer pa im dodajte otopljenu čokoloadu. Sve dobro izmiješajte pa pomiješajte s ohlađenom kuhanom kremom.
Kada je tijesto pečeno, izvadite je i ostavite da se ohladi pa po njoj ravnomjerno rasporedite lremu i ostavite da se stegne. Ukrasite naribanom čokoladom i mljevenim orasima pa narežite na kocke i poslužite.
