Postupak elektronskog savjetovanja s javnošću za prijedlog Zakona o komasaciji poljoprivrednog zemljišta počeo je u utorak, a iz Ministarstava poljoprivrede ističu kako je riječ o važnom dijelu reformske mjere u sklopu Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti (NPOO).

Tom mjerom se utječe na unaprjeđenje sustava za restrukturiranje poljoprivrednog zemljišta, komasaciju i ulaganja. Komasacija se planira se provesti komasaciju na 18.000 hektara poljoprivrednog zemljišta, u ovu aktivnost planirano je uložiti 250 milijuna kuna, ističe se u priopćenju.

U Povjerenstvu za izradu Zakona o komasaciji poljoprivrednog zemljišta sudjeluju predstavnici zagrebačkog Pravnog fakulteta, Agronomskog fakulteta i Geodetskog fakulteta te Državne geodetske uprave, Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave i Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine.

Prijedlogom Zakona o komasaciji poljoprivrednog zemljišta predviđeno je smanjenje administrativnih zapreka kako bi se omogućila provedivost te ubrzali postupci komasacije poljoprivrednog zemljišta, stavilo u funkciju poljoprivredno zemljište koje se zbog rascjepkanosti i malih površina otežano koristi ili nije uopćenije u funkciji poljoprivredne proizvodnje, kako bi se povećala produktivnost i stvorila dodana vrijednost  te bolje i učinkovitije koristilo poljoprivredno zemljište.

Ističe se i da će se postupcima komasacije poljoprivrednog zemljišta, kao dobra od interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku i ograničenog prirodnog resursa, smanjiti broj zemljišnih parcela po jednom vlasniku/korisniku, a povećat će se površina pojedine parcele.

Rješavanjem imovinsko pravnih odnosa na područjima obuhvaćenim komasacijom višestruko se utječe na učinkovito upravljanje poljoprivrednim zemljištem. Komasacija ne doprinosi samo boljim ekonomskim učincima već utječe na razvoj i povećanje kvalitete života u ruralnim područjima, što bi u konačnici trebalo dovesti i do  smanjenja iseljavanja iz ruralnih prostora.

Postupcima komasacije, na onim površinama za koje će to biti potrebno i prihvatljivo s obzirom na položaj i namjenu, planira se gradnja javne mreže poljskih puteva za jednostavniji i sigurniji pristup poljoprivrednim zemljištima te izgradnja javne mreže kanala za potrebe melioracije, priopćeno je iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede. 

Također, navodi se dalje, proveden je poziv na iskaz interesa za sudjelovanjem u provedbi postupka komasacije poljoprivrednog zemljišta jedinicama lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave, pri čemu su zaprimljene 23 prijave.

Nakon obrade svih prijava zaprimljenih tijekom trajanja Javnog poziva, Ministarstvo poljoprivrede pristupit će odabiru prioritetnih područja za provedbu komasacije u okviru sredstava iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti 2021.- 2026.

Postupak elektronskog savjetovanja s javnošću za prijedlog Zakona o komasaciji poljoprivrednog zemljišta počeo je u utorak, a iz Ministarstava poljoprivrede ističu kako je riječ o važnom dijelu reformske mjere u sklopu Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti (NPOO).

Tom mjerom se utječe na unaprjeđenje sustava za restrukturiranje poljoprivrednog zemljišta, komasaciju i ulaganja. Komasacija se planira se provesti komasaciju na 18.000 hektara poljoprivrednog zemljišta, u ovu aktivnost planirano je uložiti 250 milijuna kuna, ističe se u priopćenju.

U Povjerenstvu za izradu Zakona o komasaciji poljoprivrednog zemljišta sudjeluju predstavnici zagrebačkog Pravnog fakulteta, Agronomskog fakulteta i Geodetskog fakulteta te Državne geodetske uprave, Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave i Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine.

Prijedlogom Zakona o komasaciji poljoprivrednog zemljišta predviđeno je smanjenje administrativnih zapreka kako bi se omogućila provedivost te ubrzali postupci komasacije poljoprivrednog zemljišta, stavilo u funkciju poljoprivredno zemljište koje se zbog rascjepkanosti i malih površina otežano koristi ili nije uopćenije u funkciji poljoprivredne proizvodnje, kako bi se povećala produktivnost i stvorila dodana vrijednost  te bolje i učinkovitije koristilo poljoprivredno zemljište.

Ističe se i da će se postupcima komasacije poljoprivrednog zemljišta, kao dobra od interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku i ograničenog prirodnog resursa, smanjiti broj zemljišnih parcela po jednom vlasniku/korisniku, a povećat će se površina pojedine parcele.

Rješavanjem imovinsko pravnih odnosa na područjima obuhvaćenim komasacijom višestruko se utječe na učinkovito upravljanje poljoprivrednim zemljištem. Komasacija ne doprinosi samo boljim ekonomskim učincima već utječe na razvoj i povećanje kvalitete života u ruralnim područjima, što bi u konačnici trebalo dovesti i do  smanjenja iseljavanja iz ruralnih prostora.

Postupcima komasacije, na onim površinama za koje će to biti potrebno i prihvatljivo s obzirom na položaj i namjenu, planira se gradnja javne mreže poljskih puteva za jednostavniji i sigurniji pristup poljoprivrednim zemljištima te izgradnja javne mreže kanala za potrebe melioracije, priopćeno je iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede. 

Također, navodi se dalje, proveden je poziv na iskaz interesa za sudjelovanjem u provedbi postupka komasacije poljoprivrednog zemljišta jedinicama lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave, pri čemu su zaprimljene 23 prijave.

Nakon obrade svih prijava zaprimljenih tijekom trajanja Javnog poziva, Ministarstvo poljoprivrede pristupit će odabiru prioritetnih područja za provedbu komasacije u okviru sredstava iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti 2021.- 2026.

Postupak elektronskog savjetovanja s javnošću za prijedlog Zakona o komasaciji poljoprivrednog zemljišta počeo je u utorak, a iz Ministarstava poljoprivrede ističu kako je riječ o važnom dijelu reformske mjere u sklopu Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti (NPOO).

Tom mjerom se utječe na unaprjeđenje sustava za restrukturiranje poljoprivrednog zemljišta, komasaciju i ulaganja. Komasacija se planira se provesti komasaciju na 18.000 hektara poljoprivrednog zemljišta, u ovu aktivnost planirano je uložiti 250 milijuna kuna, ističe se u priopćenju.

U Povjerenstvu za izradu Zakona o komasaciji poljoprivrednog zemljišta sudjeluju predstavnici zagrebačkog Pravnog fakulteta, Agronomskog fakulteta i Geodetskog fakulteta te Državne geodetske uprave, Ministarstva pravosuđa i uprave i Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine.

Prijedlogom Zakona o komasaciji poljoprivrednog zemljišta predviđeno je smanjenje administrativnih zapreka kako bi se omogućila provedivost te ubrzali postupci komasacije poljoprivrednog zemljišta, stavilo u funkciju poljoprivredno zemljište koje se zbog rascjepkanosti i malih površina otežano koristi ili nije uopćenije u funkciji poljoprivredne proizvodnje, kako bi se povećala produktivnost i stvorila dodana vrijednost  te bolje i učinkovitije koristilo poljoprivredno zemljište.

Ističe se i da će se postupcima komasacije poljoprivrednog zemljišta, kao dobra od interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku i ograničenog prirodnog resursa, smanjiti broj zemljišnih parcela po jednom vlasniku/korisniku, a povećat će se površina pojedine parcele.

Rješavanjem imovinsko pravnih odnosa na područjima obuhvaćenim komasacijom višestruko se utječe na učinkovito upravljanje poljoprivrednim zemljištem. Komasacija ne doprinosi samo boljim ekonomskim učincima već utječe na razvoj i povećanje kvalitete života u ruralnim područjima, što bi u konačnici trebalo dovesti i do  smanjenja iseljavanja iz ruralnih prostora.

Postupcima komasacije, na onim površinama za koje će to biti potrebno i prihvatljivo s obzirom na položaj i namjenu, planira se gradnja javne mreže poljskih puteva za jednostavniji i sigurniji pristup poljoprivrednim zemljištima te izgradnja javne mreže kanala za potrebe melioracije, priopćeno je iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede. 

Također, navodi se dalje, proveden je poziv na iskaz interesa za sudjelovanjem u provedbi postupka komasacije poljoprivrednog zemljišta jedinicama lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave, pri čemu su zaprimljene 23 prijave.

Nakon obrade svih prijava zaprimljenih tijekom trajanja Javnog poziva, Ministarstvo poljoprivrede pristupit će odabiru prioritetnih područja za provedbu komasacije u okviru sredstava iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti 2021.- 2026.
