Glazbena knjižara Rockmark objavila je knjigu "Seinfeldia" Jennifer Keishin Armstrong, koja na 230 stranica donosi priču o kultnoj seriji "Seinfeld", "seriji ni o čemu koja je promijenila sve", nudeći uvid 'iza kulisa' sitcoma o komičaru Jerryju Seinfeldu i njegovim prijateljima.

"Serija ni o čemu koja je promijenila sve" nastala je iz pera dvojice stand-up komičara, Larryja Davida i Jerryja Seinfelda, koji su jedne večeri otišli na kavu i stvorili senzaciju koja je promijenila lice televizije i popularne kulture.

U početku nisu očekivali da će itko htjeti gledati njihov smiješni mali sitcom o njujorškom komičaru koji se samo muva i provodi vrijeme u razgovoru s prijateljima. Svakako to nisu očekivali ni izvršni direktori NBC-ja, ali su ga svejedno kupili i krenuli s prikazivanjem usred ljetne "mrtve" sezone. I, suprotno svim očekivanjima, ljudi su je počeli gledati, prvo u manjem a potom u sve većem broju, da bi devet godina kasnije gledanost narasla na gotovo 40 milijuna tjedno.

Prošlo je gotovo 25 godina od emitiranja posljednje epizode "Seinfelda", no šarm, opažanja i "problemi" glavnih likova – Jerryja, Georgea, Elaine i Kramera – i dalje izazivaju osmijeh na licu, stoji u najavi.

Pridružimo li im čitavu plejadu nezaboravnih sporednih likova – Newman, Soup Nazi, Jerryjevi i Georgeovi roditelji, Puddy, J. Peterman, George Steinbrenner – te reference na kultne filmove, serije i događaje, dobivamo inteligentno, pomalo "pomaknuto" djelo koje su mnogi proglasili najboljom humorističnom serijom svih vremena i najvažnijom TV emisijom uopće, dodaje se.

Ništa oko ove serije nije bilo uobičajeno: od njezinih tema, načina rada ispred i iza kamera, utjecaja vanjskog svijeta na likove i radnju (svi likovi nastali su po stvarnim osobama; scenarij svake epizode nastao je na temelju stvarnih događaja), a toj tankoj granici između fikcije i zbilje autorica je dala ime – "Seinfeldia".

U knjizi "Seinfeldia" cijenjena TV povjesničarka i spisateljica Jennifer Keishin Armstrong čitatelje vodi iza kulisa ovog televizijskog kulturnog fenomena i to za vrijeme dok se još emitirao, te u svijet njegovih obožavatelja za koje "Seinfeld" nikada nije prestao biti kultna serija - svijet u kojem Soup Nazi i dalje provodi dane govoreći "Za tebe nema juhe!", gdje je zdrav razum Joea Davole i dalje upitan, gdje Kenny Kramer zarađuje za život obilazeći znamenitosti New Yorka iz emisije, a obožavatelji se oblače u Jerryjevu poznatu napuhanu "puffy" košulju, plešu kao Elaine i osmišljavaju moguće zaplete za nove epizode "Seinfelda".

Glazbena knjižara Rockmark objavila je knjigu "Seinfeldia" Jennifer Keishin Armstrong, koja na 230 stranica donosi priču o kultnoj seriji "Seinfeld", "seriji ni o čemu koja je promijenila sve", nudeći uvid 'iza kulisa' sitcoma o komičaru Jerryju Seinfeldu i njegovim prijateljima.

"Serija ni o čemu koja je promijenila sve" nastala je iz pera dvojice stand-up komičara, Larryja Davida i Jerryja Seinfelda, koji su jedne večeri otišli na kavu i stvorili senzaciju koja je promijenila lice televizije i popularne kulture.

U početku nisu očekivali da će itko htjeti gledati njihov smiješni mali sitcom o njujorškom komičaru koji se samo muva i provodi vrijeme u razgovoru s prijateljima. Svakako to nisu očekivali ni izvršni direktori NBC-ja, ali su ga svejedno kupili i krenuli s prikazivanjem usred ljetne "mrtve" sezone. I, suprotno svim očekivanjima, ljudi su je počeli gledati, prvo u manjem a potom u sve većem broju, da bi devet godina kasnije gledanost narasla na gotovo 40 milijuna tjedno.

Prošlo je gotovo 25 godina od emitiranja posljednje epizode "Seinfelda", no šarm, opažanja i "problemi" glavnih likova – Jerryja, Georgea, Elaine i Kramera – i dalje izazivaju osmijeh na licu, stoji u najavi.

Pridružimo li im čitavu plejadu nezaboravnih sporednih likova – Newman, Soup Nazi, Jerryjevi i Georgeovi roditelji, Puddy, J. Peterman, George Steinbrenner – te reference na kultne filmove, serije i događaje, dobivamo inteligentno, pomalo "pomaknuto" djelo koje su mnogi proglasili najboljom humorističnom serijom svih vremena i najvažnijom TV emisijom uopće, dodaje se.

Ništa oko ove serije nije bilo uobičajeno: od njezinih tema, načina rada ispred i iza kamera, utjecaja vanjskog svijeta na likove i radnju (svi likovi nastali su po stvarnim osobama; scenarij svake epizode nastao je na temelju stvarnih događaja), a toj tankoj granici između fikcije i zbilje autorica je dala ime – "Seinfeldia".

U knjizi "Seinfeldia" cijenjena TV povjesničarka i spisateljica Jennifer Keishin Armstrong čitatelje vodi iza kulisa ovog televizijskog kulturnog fenomena i to za vrijeme dok se još emitirao, te u svijet njegovih obožavatelja za koje "Seinfeld" nikada nije prestao biti kultna serija - svijet u kojem Soup Nazi i dalje provodi dane govoreći "Za tebe nema juhe!", gdje je zdrav razum Joea Davole i dalje upitan, gdje Kenny Kramer zarađuje za život obilazeći znamenitosti New Yorka iz emisije, a obožavatelji se oblače u Jerryjevu poznatu napuhanu "puffy" košulju, plešu kao Elaine i osmišljavaju moguće zaplete za nove epizode "Seinfelda".
