Prošli mjesec je Policijska uprava splitsko-dalmatinska objavila izvještaj o stanju sigurnosti na njenom području kroz statističke podatke koji se odnose na stanje kriminaliteta, javnog reda i mira, prometa i poslove granične policije u 2021. godini. Pritom, iz policije su zaključili kako je, temeljem  prezentiranih relevantnih pokazatelja, stanje sigurnosti na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije na zadovoljavajućoj razini, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kako bi dobili dojam o kretanjima stope kriminala, kao i razini sigurnosti, u odnosu na neka bivša vremena, bacili smo oko na statističke podatke iz ove domene, a koji datiraju iz 1977. godine. Dakle, riječ je o 45 godina razlike. Napredak je... Ne baš očit.

Te godine se na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije dogodilo svega jedno ubojstvo, u odnosu na prošlogodišnja četiri. Još nešto gori omjer je po pitanju silovanja, kojih je u 2021. bilo 22, a u 1977. pet i pol puta manje, točnije četiri slučaja. Ništa bolja slika nije ni po pitanju kaznenih dijela iz područja materijalnog kriminala. Tako je imovinskih djela te godine u bivšoj državi bilo 961 prema 2082 u sadašnjoj, omjer pljački je 28 onda i 44 sad, a gospodarski kriminal u modernoj Hrvatskoj naprosto doživljava renesansu; ovih dana se počini 611 takvih dijela godišnje, dok je prije ta brojka bila 138. Isto tako, maloljetnički kriminal je u porastu, sa slučajevima kojih je gotovo duplo više nego ranije; 1048 naspram 544. 

No, da nije sve tako crno, pokazuje prekršajna domena, konkretno ona iz javnog reda i mira gdje je, na području sve četiri dalmatinske županije, 1976. bilo 6920 takvih prijava, dok je prošle godine tu prokazano 4123 sličnih uznemiravanja građanstva. Da je ona država bila policijska, dokazuje i broj napada na službene osobe. Tu je omjer, kao i nekadašnja milicijska palica, brutalan; 120 nekoć i samo 6 sad. Što se tiče ovog potonjeg, ostaje pitanje: Jesu li stari Jugoslaveni bili hrabriji od Hrvata ili danas, jednostavno, živimo slobodnije?

Prošli mjesec je Policijska uprava splitsko-dalmatinska objavila izvještaj o stanju sigurnosti na njenom području kroz statističke podatke koji se odnose na stanje kriminaliteta, javnog reda i mira, prometa i poslove granične policije u 2021. godini. Pritom, iz policije su zaključili kako je, temeljem  prezentiranih relevantnih pokazatelja, stanje sigurnosti na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije na zadovoljavajućoj razini, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kako bi dobili dojam o kretanjima stope kriminala, kao i razini sigurnosti, u odnosu na neka bivša vremena, bacili smo oko na statističke podatke iz ove domene, a koji datiraju iz 1977. godine. Dakle, riječ je o 45 godina razlike. Napredak je... Ne baš očit.

Te godine se na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije dogodilo svega jedno ubojstvo, u odnosu na prošlogodišnja četiri. Još nešto gori omjer je po pitanju silovanja, kojih je u 2021. bilo 22, a u 1977. pet i pol puta manje, točnije četiri slučaja. Ništa bolja slika nije ni po pitanju kaznenih dijela iz područja materijalnog kriminala. Tako je imovinskih djela te godine u bivšoj državi bilo 961 prema 2082 u sadašnjoj, omjer pljački je 28 onda i 44 sad, a gospodarski kriminal u modernoj Hrvatskoj naprosto doživljava renesansu; ovih dana se počini 611 takvih dijela godišnje, dok je prije ta brojka bila 138. Isto tako, maloljetnički kriminal je u porastu, sa slučajevima kojih je gotovo duplo više nego ranije; 1048 naspram 544. 

No, da nije sve tako crno, pokazuje prekršajna domena, konkretno ona iz javnog reda i mira gdje je, na području sve četiri dalmatinske županije, 1976. bilo 6920 takvih prijava, dok je prošle godine tu prokazano 4123 sličnih uznemiravanja građanstva. Da je ona država bila policijska, dokazuje i broj napada na službene osobe. Tu je omjer, kao i nekadašnja milicijska palica, brutalan; 120 nekoć i samo 6 sad. Što se tiče ovog potonjeg, ostaje pitanje: Jesu li stari Jugoslaveni bili hrabriji od Hrvata ili danas, jednostavno, živimo slobodnije?

Prošli mjesec je Policijska uprava splitsko-dalmatinska objavila izvještaj o stanju sigurnosti na njenom području kroz statističke podatke koji se odnose na stanje kriminaliteta, javnog reda i mira, prometa i poslove granične policije u 2021. godini. Pritom, iz policije su zaključili kako je, temeljem  prezentiranih relevantnih pokazatelja, stanje sigurnosti na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije na zadovoljavajućoj razini, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Kako bi dobili dojam o kretanjima stope kriminala, kao i razini sigurnosti, u odnosu na neka bivša vremena, bacili smo oko na statističke podatke iz ove domene, a koji datiraju iz 1977. godine. Dakle, riječ je o 45 godina razlike. Napredak je... Ne baš očit.

Te godine se na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije dogodilo svega jedno ubojstvo, u odnosu na prošlogodišnja četiri. Još nešto gori omjer je po pitanju silovanja, kojih je u 2021. bilo 22, a u 1977. pet i pol puta manje, točnije četiri slučaja. Ništa bolja slika nije ni po pitanju kaznenih dijela iz područja materijalnog kriminala. Tako je imovinskih djela te godine u bivšoj državi bilo 961 prema 2082 u sadašnjoj, omjer pljački je 28 onda i 44 sad, a gospodarski kriminal u modernoj Hrvatskoj naprosto doživljava renesansu; ovih dana se počini 611 takvih dijela godišnje, dok je prije ta brojka bila 138. Isto tako, maloljetnički kriminal je u porastu, sa slučajevima kojih je gotovo duplo više nego ranije; 1048 naspram 544. 

No, da nije sve tako crno, pokazuje prekršajna domena, konkretno ona iz javnog reda i mira gdje je, na području sve četiri dalmatinske županije, 1976. bilo 6920 takvih prijava, dok je prošle godine tu prokazano 4123 sličnih uznemiravanja građanstva. Da je ona država bila policijska, dokazuje i broj napada na službene osobe. Tu je omjer, kao i nekadašnja milicijska palica, brutalan; 120 nekoć i samo 6 sad. Što se tiče ovog potonjeg, ostaje pitanje: Jesu li stari Jugoslaveni bili hrabriji od Hrvata ili danas, jednostavno, živimo slobodnije?
