Rasprava je zaključena, potvrdio je glasnogovornik Općinskog suda u Dubrovniku Vlaho Bošković, a sudska presuda biti će objavljena sutra.

- Održane su završne riječi vrlo kratko. Sve ono što ste već vidjeli je samo konstatirano da je prije odigrano tako da ništa se spektakularno nije dogodilo. Očekujemo oslobađajuću presudu kao što smo očekivali i prije. A prognoze o tome što će sud odlučiti u svojoj presudi ne volim davati. Sud je pun iznenađenja, uvijek je to bio i po mom iskustvu ne valja davati prognoze – kazao je Dino Hadžiomerović odvjetnik Mara Kristića u ovom postupku.

Izlazeći sa suda Žuvela, Sentić i Kristić nisu bili raspoloženi za izjave tek je Ante Milojević kazao:
- Psi laju karavane prolaze. Mi smo u pravu – kratak je bio Milojević.

Podsjetimo Žuvela, Sentić i Milojević se terete da su počinili kaznena djela prisile i prijetnje u sklopu grupe, dok se Kristić tereti za poticanje počinjenja tog kaznenog djela koje se još prije devet godina dogodilo u kancelariji Županijskog nogometnog saveza u Sportskoj dvorani u Gospinom polju.

Prema optužnom prijedlogu, Žuvela, Sentić i Milojević su 27. svibnja 2011. oko 12,15 sati u dubrovačkoj Sportskoj dvorani ušli u Ostojićev ured tehničkog tajnika Županijskog saveza sportova, dok je Kristić istodobno 'čuvao stražu' ispred tog ureda. Na zahtjev Ostojića nisu se udaljili iz ureda nego su zaprijetili Ostojiću da to mora on učiniti.

Spomenimo još, sudska rasprava je više puta odgađana što zbog spriječenosti ili bolesti pojedinih optuženika. - Održane su završne riječi vrlo kratko. Sve ono što ste već vidjeli je samo konstatirano da je prije odigrano tako da ništa se spektakularno nije dogodilo. Očekujemo oslobađajuću presudu kao što smo očekivali i prije. A prognoze o tome što će sud odlučiti u svojoj presudi ne volim davati. Sud je pun iznenađenja, uvijek je to bio i po mom iskustvu ne valja davati prognoze – kazao je Dino Hadžiomerović odvjetnik Mara Kristića u ovom postupku.

Izlazeći sa suda Žuvela, Sentić i Kristić nisu bili raspoloženi za izjave tek je Ante Milojević kazao:
- Psi laju karavane prolaze. Mi smo u pravu – kratak je bio Milojević.

Podsjetimo Žuvela, Sentić i Milojević se terete da su počinili kaznena djela prisile i prijetnje u sklopu grupe, dok se Kristić tereti za poticanje počinjenja tog kaznenog djela koje se još prije devet godina dogodilo u kancelariji Županijskog nogometnog saveza u Sportskoj dvorani u Gospinom polju.

Prema optužnom prijedlogu, Žuvela, Sentić i Milojević su 27. svibnja 2011. oko 12,15 sati u dubrovačkoj Sportskoj dvorani ušli u Ostojićev ured tehničkog tajnika Županijskog saveza sportova, dok je Kristić istodobno 'čuvao stražu' ispred tog ureda. Na zahtjev Ostojića nisu se udaljili iz ureda nego su zaprijetili Ostojiću da to mora on učiniti.

Spomenimo još, sudska rasprava je više puta odgađana što zbog spriječenosti ili bolesti pojedinih optuženika. Na Općinskom sudu u Dubrovniku jutros je održana rasprava po privatnoj tužbi Joze Ostojića protiv okrivljenih Igora Žuvele, Ivice Sentića, Ante Milojevića i Mara Kristića. Rasprava je zaključena, potvrdio je glasnogovornik Općinskog suda u Dubrovniku Vlaho Bošković, a sudska presuda biti će objavljena sutra.

- Održane su završne riječi vrlo kratko. Sve ono što ste već vidjeli je samo konstatirano da je prije odigrano tako da ništa se spektakularno nije dogodilo. Očekujemo oslobađajuću presudu kao što smo očekivali i prije. A prognoze o tome što će sud odlučiti u svojoj presudi ne volim davati. Sud je pun iznenađenja, uvijek je to bio i po mom iskustvu ne valja davati prognoze – kazao je Dino Hadžiomerović odvjetnik Mara Kristića u ovom postupku.

Izlazeći sa suda Žuvela, Sentić i Kristić nisu bili raspoloženi za izjave tek je Ante Milojević kazao:
- Psi laju karavane prolaze. Mi smo u pravu – kratak je bio Milojević.

Podsjetimo Žuvela, Sentić i Milojević se terete da su počinili kaznena djela prisile i prijetnje u sklopu grupe, dok se Kristić tereti za poticanje počinjenja tog kaznenog djela koje se još prije devet godina dogodilo u kancelariji Županijskog nogometnog saveza u Sportskoj dvorani u Gospinom polju.

Prema optužnom prijedlogu, Žuvela, Sentić i Milojević su 27. svibnja 2011. oko 12,15 sati u dubrovačkoj Sportskoj dvorani ušli u Ostojićev ured tehničkog tajnika Županijskog saveza sportova, dok je Kristić istodobno 'čuvao stražu' ispred tog ureda. Na zahtjev Ostojića nisu se udaljili iz ureda nego su zaprijetili Ostojiću da to mora on učiniti.

Spomenimo još, sudska rasprava je više puta odgađana što zbog spriječenosti ili bolesti pojedinih optuženika.
