Grad Opuzen se priprema za raspisivanje natječaja za zakup državnog poljoprivrednog zemljišta. Zakon je postupke raspolaganja državnim parcelama spustio na jedinice lokalne uprave koje su obvezne donijeti Programe raspolaganja poljoprivrednim zemljištem u vlasništvu države uz suglasnost Ministarstva poljoprivrede. U Opuzenu bi se natječaj za zakup državnog poljoprivrednog zemljišta trebao raspisati početkom iduće godine.

Međutim, što će se dogoditi ako se za istu parcelu jave dva ili više ponuditelja sa jednakom cijenom. U tom slučaju ide javno nadmetanje.

Postupak javnog nadmetanja za utvrđivanje najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja provodi se ako je više ponuditelja u natječaju za zakup u istom redoslijedu prava prvenstva ponudilo istu zakupninu za istu katastarsku česticu ili proizvodno-tehnološku cjelinu. Javno nadmetanje provode gradovi i općine.

Početna cijena na javnom nadmetanju je najviša ponuđena zakupnina za nekretninu koja je predmet javnog nadmetanja.

Podsjetimo, ugovori o zakupu državnog poljoprivrednog zemljišta na području grada Opuzena su već odavno su istekli te su se državne parcele obrađivale na temelju ugovora o privremenom korištenju. Bivša vlast je u siječnju 2021 godine pokušala provesti natječaj za zakup ali je postupak poništen.

U Opuzenu se daje u zakup 770 hektara državnog poljoprivrednog zemljišta uz ograničenje od maksimalno tri hektara koje pojedinac može dobiti u zakup.

Zakup na 25 godina poljoprivrednicima otvara nove mogućnosti u razvoju svojih gospodarstva, koje dosad nisu mogli ostvariti, sigurniju dugoročnu egzistenciju i mogućnost apliciranja za EU fondove

Grad Opuzen se priprema za raspisivanje natječaja za zakup državnog poljoprivrednog zemljišta. Zakon je postupke raspolaganja državnim parcelama spustio na jedinice lokalne uprave koje su obvezne donijeti Programe raspolaganja poljoprivrednim zemljištem u vlasništvu države uz suglasnost Ministarstva poljoprivrede. U Opuzenu bi se natječaj za zakup državnog poljoprivrednog zemljišta trebao raspisati početkom iduće godine.

Međutim, što će se dogoditi ako se za istu parcelu jave dva ili više ponuditelja sa jednakom cijenom. U tom slučaju ide javno nadmetanje.

Postupak javnog nadmetanja za utvrđivanje najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja provodi se ako je više ponuditelja u natječaju za zakup u istom redoslijedu prava prvenstva ponudilo istu zakupninu za istu katastarsku česticu ili proizvodno-tehnološku cjelinu. Javno nadmetanje provode gradovi i općine.

Početna cijena na javnom nadmetanju je najviša ponuđena zakupnina za nekretninu koja je predmet javnog nadmetanja.

Podsjetimo, ugovori o zakupu državnog poljoprivrednog zemljišta na području grada Opuzena su već odavno su istekli te su se državne parcele obrađivale na temelju ugovora o privremenom korištenju. Bivša vlast je u siječnju 2021 godine pokušala provesti natječaj za zakup ali je postupak poništen.

U Opuzenu se daje u zakup 770 hektara državnog poljoprivrednog zemljišta uz ograničenje od maksimalno tri hektara koje pojedinac može dobiti u zakup.

Zakup na 25 godina poljoprivrednicima otvara nove mogućnosti u razvoju svojih gospodarstva, koje dosad nisu mogli ostvariti, sigurniju dugoročnu egzistenciju i mogućnost apliciranja za EU fondove

Grad Opuzen se priprema za raspisivanje natječaja za zakup državnog poljoprivrednog zemljišta. Zakon je postupke raspolaganja državnim parcelama spustio na jedinice lokalne uprave koje su obvezne donijeti Programe raspolaganja poljoprivrednim zemljištem u vlasništvu države uz suglasnost Ministarstva poljoprivrede. U Opuzenu bi se natječaj za zakup državnog poljoprivrednog zemljišta trebao raspisati početkom iduće godine.

Međutim, što će se dogoditi ako se za istu parcelu jave dva ili više ponuditelja sa jednakom cijenom. U tom slučaju ide javno nadmetanje.
