U Općoj bolnici Čačak sitiacija je vrlo ozbiljna, a zdravstveni radnici su pred "pucanjem", izjavio je danas ravnatelj te zdravstvene ustanove, dr. Miroslav Sretenović. Precizirao je da su trenutno zbrinuta 174 oboljela te da se broj prijema u danu kreće od 15 do 25 pacijenata.
- U bolnicu dolaze oni pacijenti kojima su već uznapredovale bolesti, sa simptomima koji traju čak i po nekoliko dana i zbog toga ima mnogo njih za hospitalizaciju. Respiratorni centar je, također, popunjen. Ima oboljelih i na respiratorima kao i na drugim oblicima mehaničke ventilcije, naveo je dr Srtenović za Novu.rs.
Uprkos tome, kako kaže, uspijevaju nekako izbalansirati situaciju.
- U posljednja tri dana bilježimo manji pad u sveukupnom broju, prvenstveno zaraženih, ali hoće li će se tako nastaviti, ne možemo biti sigurni. Što se tiče podrške i opreme, toga imamo u dovoljnim količinama, ali ono što stoji je da su ljudi pred pucanjem. Sve ovo zaista nadilazi i najcrnje ideje i slutnje, jer u posljednjih nekoliko dana imamo dosta smrtnih ishoda, iz čega proizilazi zaključak da se u ovom valu kliničke slike razvijaju brzo, naveo je on.
To je, i psihički, i fIzički veoma teško podnositi i zato apeliram na građane da izbjegavaju kontakte, primjenjuju sve mjere na snazi, a na prvom mjestu da se cijepe, dodao je on.
Odgovarajući na pitanje novinara kakva je klinička slika djece koja su zbrinuta u bolnici i ima li razloga za strah roditelja, Sretenović je rekao da je u posljednjih deset do petnaest dana bilo četvero, petero hospitaliziranih mališana i da su to bile upale pluća, a najmlađe dijete je imalo svega 24 dana.
Ipak, naglasio je, djeca uglavnom nemaju pridružene bolesti, jer je njihov imunitet neistrošen, pa nema mjesta panici što se tiče njihovog liječenja. Epidemiolog Mihailo Luković je ocijenio da četvrti val 'stidljivo jenjava', ali to ne znači ništa, jer su bolnički kapaciteti vrlo opterećeni, kazao je za Nova.rs.
- Mi primamo pacijente s teškim i težim kliničkim slikama. Prošlog tjedna je održan sastanak, a nepobitna činjenica je da su ljudi premoreni i pod priličnom tenzijom što je razumljivo imajući u vidu koliko posla imaju, naveo je Luković istaknuvši da se ulažu veliki napori da se bolnički kapaciteti zadrže kako još jedan dio ove zdravstvene ustanove ne bi trebao ući u "Covid sistem".
Na Covid odjelima bolnice u čačku proteklog je dana preminulo pet pacijenata. Umrle su dvije žene i muškarac iz Ivanjice (62, 81 i 58 godina), osoba ženskog spola iz Čačka (84) i žena iz Lučana (56). U protekla 24 sata primljeno je još 18 pacijenata sa simptomima koji ukazuju na moguću infekciju Covid-19.

U Općoj bolnici Čačak sitiacija je vrlo ozbiljna, a zdravstveni radnici su pred "pucanjem", izjavio je danas ravnatelj te zdravstvene ustanove, dr. Miroslav Sretenović. Precizirao je da su trenutno zbrinuta 174 oboljela te da se broj prijema u danu kreće od 15 do 25 pacijenata.
- U bolnicu dolaze oni pacijenti kojima su već uznapredovale bolesti, sa simptomima koji traju čak i po nekoliko dana i zbog toga ima mnogo njih za hospitalizaciju. Respiratorni centar je, također, popunjen. Ima oboljelih i na respiratorima kao i na drugim oblicima mehaničke ventilcije, naveo je dr Srtenović za Novu.rs.
Uprkos tome, kako kaže, uspijevaju nekako izbalansirati situaciju.
- U posljednja tri dana bilježimo manji pad u sveukupnom broju, prvenstveno zaraženih, ali hoće li će se tako nastaviti, ne možemo biti sigurni. Što se tiče podrške i opreme, toga imamo u dovoljnim količinama, ali ono što stoji je da su ljudi pred pucanjem. Sve ovo zaista nadilazi i najcrnje ideje i slutnje, jer u posljednjih nekoliko dana imamo dosta smrtnih ishoda, iz čega proizilazi zaključak da se u ovom valu kliničke slike razvijaju brzo, naveo je on.
To je, i psihički, i fIzički veoma teško podnositi i zato apeliram na građane da izbjegavaju kontakte, primjenjuju sve mjere na snazi, a na prvom mjestu da se cijepe, dodao je on.
Odgovarajući na pitanje novinara kakva je klinička slika djece koja su zbrinuta u bolnici i ima li razloga za strah roditelja, Sretenović je rekao da je u posljednjih deset do petnaest dana bilo četvero, petero hospitaliziranih mališana i da su to bile upale pluća, a najmlađe dijete je imalo svega 24 dana.
Ipak, naglasio je, djeca uglavnom nemaju pridružene bolesti, jer je njihov imunitet neistrošen, pa nema mjesta panici što se tiče njihovog liječenja. Epidemiolog Mihailo Luković je ocijenio da četvrti val 'stidljivo jenjava', ali to ne znači ništa, jer su bolnički kapaciteti vrlo opterećeni, kazao je za Nova.rs.
- Mi primamo pacijente s teškim i težim kliničkim slikama. Prošlog tjedna je održan sastanak, a nepobitna činjenica je da su ljudi premoreni i pod priličnom tenzijom što je razumljivo imajući u vidu koliko posla imaju, naveo je Luković istaknuvši da se ulažu veliki napori da se bolnički kapaciteti zadrže kako još jedan dio ove zdravstvene ustanove ne bi trebao ući u "Covid sistem".
Na Covid odjelima bolnice u čačku proteklog je dana preminulo pet pacijenata. Umrle su dvije žene i muškarac iz Ivanjice (62, 81 i 58 godina), osoba ženskog spola iz Čačka (84) i žena iz Lučana (56). U protekla 24 sata primljeno je još 18 pacijenata sa simptomima koji ukazuju na moguću infekciju Covid-19.
